I ordered 2 XL pizzas and bacon cheese bread online and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I got to the store for pick up, I waited an additional 15 minutes before my pizza was ready. I usually order for Pizza Guys, their food is delicious, and I didn't have a problem with how they prep it. My recent issue is that they don't get your order to you on the time promised. I waited 2 hours for them to get my order done, got fed up and called them. They said they were busy and only had one delivery guy. That's fine I understand that, but they then said that my order just got out of the oven. You can't blame that on the delivery guy. You decided to wait an hour and a half to get my order even started. Don't sit there and blame the poor delivery guy. Today I ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered to my job, both with white sauce. My pizzas arrived before my estimated time which was great and the pizzas were super fresh and hot. However, 1 pizza had red sauce. I called to let them know and the person that I spoke with (I wish I could remember his name ) was so nice and quickly offered to either make a new one or to credit my Pizza Guys account, I chose a credit. But we slowly stopped ordering from this location due to the poor quality of pizza and the carelessness of customer service. We had placed an order for delivery online at 7:20pm with confirmation of order. Nothing arrived and I called in @ 9pm, i asked to speak with the manager on shift in which I explained that we haven't received our order and should be refunded for the order with a free pizza for the trouble. I generally prefer a very thin crust, but I ordered the regular crust. Cooked well through. Fairly crisp and held up to the toppings. Good sauce and cheese. Pepperoni was good and the rest of the toppings were properly crumbled and cut into small pieces - the way I like it anyway. All the toppings were fresh and tasty. I wouldn't waste any time here. I was notified over 40 minutes ago that my order was out for delivery. I called in to check on the status of the delivery and was informed that my ordered had already been delivered- I didn't receive anything, no phone call or footage that my order had been dropped off. I have motion sensors and cameras set up around my house and would have known if someone stopped by, but nothing. I decided i would try it out because i have already tried several other popular pizza joints (Pizza hut, dominoes, Papa Murphy's etc). I moved to Arden last month and saw this location. The first thing i noticed when i walked in, it was air conditioned in the front, and i was greeted nicely by the employees. Customer service was great! Within a minute i placed my order, and i didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes to get my food.
