Ordered two salads and a BBQ chicken pineapple Pizza, Looking at the salad bar the lettuce was old and discolored, brought that to attention of the stall , who acknowledged and did nothing. Did not offer replacement or refund. nor did they take the bad lettuce out. Pizza was fair, Meal was not worth $37 plus $6 tip. Excellent pizza and excellent service! Mountain Mikes Pizza offers a great delivery service that I have used a lot more than actually eating at the business. Although the few times I've been there I've enjoyed the flat screen tv and winning at the rubber ball machine every time. My favorite delivery driver from there is Cristian. He always gets me my pizza quickly and with a smile on his face! I'll always be happy to order from Mountain Mikes pizza or recommend it to anyone! read more

The restaurant is small & there's no buffet like other locations I have visited but the workers were courteous & the food was good. The time it took to get our food was not bad at all. The floors were pretty dirty & the ladie's room was out of order so I had to use the men's room. read more

I left 20 minutes after calling in a order for pickup and all the workers were doing when I got there was standing around and one of them said "I'm just waiting to clock out." I like Mountain Mikes Pizza and this particular establishment is no different from any other in my opinion. HOWEVER, don't order delivery. Just don't. You will be told 45 mins and get your pizza an hour and a half later. I know people in Sonora drive slow, but come on. They need way better staffing for delivery because this was not a one occasion thing, this has happened several times to me and I live no more than 5 miles from the shop. So disappointing. read more

I have been eating at Mt.Mikes since they opened. Always bought the Mt. Everest wasn't bad, then a few months ago I went in and ordered the same as always, and when they brought it out and I grabbed the box I knew something was wrong. It was very light, when I got it home and tasted it, the sausage tasted off, girlfriend got a surprise, meat casing in hers. Called MM and they said they would replace it, I said no way I wanted my money back, that was 3 1/2 months ago, I have called corporate, they sent me to regional, they sent me back to the store, can you say pass the buck. All I wanted was my $20.00 back, they said at the store that because I didn't pay with cash they couldn't. Last I looked debit cards are cash.STAY AWAY new employees suck, new management sucks, oh and corporate sucks. If you have a problem with your pizza here unless you want more garbage then ok, cause your not getting your money back. This place just sucks from the corporate down. We usually go here frequently, but not for a while now!! First off, our appetizer bread sticks were brought out with the pizza. So much for an appetizer. And they were gross. Overcooked and missing something. The guys working were jerks, and the girl was really nice. Oh, and we had to eat off flimsy (I think their napkins are thicker) paper plates......but we dined in. On September 14th after taking our granddaughters to pan for gold, we decided to have dinner at this Mountain Mike's Pizza location. All the employees were very kind. While we were waiting for our pizza, our 5 year old granddaughter took her little packet of stones, that she found while panning, out of her pants pocket to look at. She didn't realize when she went to put them back in her pocket they had fallen on the floor. We then got our pizza (Canadian bacon and pineapple). Yummy, we really enjoyed our pizza! Our granddaughter didn't realize she had lost her stones till we got all the way home to Clovis. I called Mountain Mike's the next day and the young man I spoke to had found the little bag that morning. I asked him if he would ask the Manager if they would mail it to me. He said he would leave it on the Manager's desk with my phone number and we hung up. I realized that I had forgotten to give him my area code, since it was different than theirs. I called back later in the day and spoke to Victor Spooner. I explained to him my situation gave him my complete phone number. I asked if he would call me as soon as he knew if it could be mailed. He called me the very next day, stated he took the little bag of stones himself to the post office and mailed them. We got it last Wednesday, and boy was our little granddaughter happy! We need more businesses and people like Victor that care enough to go the extra mile for their customers. We will always remember the generosity and kindness Mountain Mike's and Victor Spooner showed us, and we loved the pizza! When we return to Sonora, we will definitely go back to MOUNTAIN MIKE'S PIZZA. Thank you and God Bless You All. read more

Pizza was okay but I can see why place was empty on Friday evening at 5:30 PM--total lack of customer service. Generally you like to think, when being practical, the customer is always right, but not here! I ordered medium sausage/mushroom pizza with extra cheese to go. I prefer my pizza cut in squares (yes, I know a round pizza cut in squares does leave you some small triangles) however for the first time in my life they actually flat-ass refused to cut it in squares (in the past I have had to explain to some people how to cut a round pizza into squares but all did it for me). The 'behind-the-counter' person said they have there way of presenting their pizzas and he would not accommodate my simple request. I wonder what he might have said if I said don't cut it all and I will cut it at home. In any event, I will never go there again...the customer is clearly wrong in requesting anything but what they offer. Sorry, no customer service no customer in the future! read more
