I was very excited to try this pizza because it is one of the only places that still carries my favorite topping, beef. The flavor of the top of the pizza was good, but the crust around the edges & on the bottom was burned. Also, the beef was overcooked. The clerk had a very hard time speaking & understanding English. It was our 17th wedding anniversary on Saturday April 27th 2019 and we were driving through Ukiah California on our way to San Francisco and we were craving PIZZA!! We found Mountain Mike's Pizza on Google and decided to try it!! It was FABULOUS AND DELICIOUS and Mary Anna and the staff were so friendly and helpful! (They even took an anniversary picture for us) We highly recommend MOUNTAIN MIKE'S PIZZA! Heck if it's good enough for our ANNIVERSARY DINNER it is good enough for any meal!! Ha!! Is it pizza? Yes.... For a small town like this,it fits the surroundings well. Didn't expect much but they came thru. The dining room is a dining room. The counter workers are going about their day. Maybe they need to be paid more in order to get a smile out of them. Tip jar was empty. read more

This was my 3rd trip to Mountain Mike's Pizza in Ukiah. The manager Raj is amazing. I had a coupon and to get the most out of it, he suggested a smaller salad than the one listed, saving me $3, besides the savings of 25% from the coupon. It is a relaxed atmosphere, very clean, the salad fixings couldn't have been more fresh! To compare - I had the exact same meal at another pizzeria in Ukiah a week ago (salad bar, small pizza, Diet Pepsi) and it came to $30!! Ice machine broken. Warm, flat root beer. Long, long wait. A couple dozen flies in the back room. A few broken games the will accept your quarters in the arcade room and a manager who refuses to put an Out of Order sign on the broken games. The service here sucks. They are rude and unprofessional. The tables were not cleared, there is insulation blowing out of the vents above the tables, everything is sticky. The bathrooms are not clean, the food is subpar and over priced. Our pizza had feta on it that tasted like it had gone bad. Ordered a pizza was told an hour for delivery, didnt show up for two hours and my pizza was cold every time we called they told us they were busy. Called and said wanted to talk to manager and was told was not there and would call me when back never did. Would not recommend this place at all and will be the last time i order from them. This pizza place has a nice feeling when you walk in. We went in during lunch time we just wanted to take a pizza home. We ordered and in about twenty minutes our pizza was ready. We got a Mushroom Pineapple and Black Olives Medium pizza. The price was about $20.00 and away we went with our hot pizza. Even though it's a chain, I would definitely prefer this place over Slam Dunk Pizza. Very clean and new inside along with the fact that they have a very nice arcade. I normally prefer independent pizza places over chains but I love coming back to Mountain Mike's. Their large pizzas are HUGE and sold for a fair price as well. I've only been to this location once before but would be more than happy to make a return. read more

First time here and I am blown away by the amount of unprofessional dysfunction. How can you not know your beer prices and then when I finally ascertain a price you tell me the beer isn't working after you take my money!?! I have only been to this location once. DO NOT EAT THE SALAD BAR! Whoever came up with the design of this place did not account for the fact that children have to stand at the salad bar to choose their "prizes" for the arcade games. Meaning there faces and little germy hands are all over the salad bar and they are breathing and coughing, contaminating the salad fixings since they are much shorter then the sneeze guard. The layout of the place is very awkward, the tall tables and chairs are extremely uncomfortable. We were having a family dinner with a couple little kids, the arcade was too noisy and the normal tables have a wall separating so you can't watch the kids in the arcade so we had no choice but to sit at the uncomfortable tall tables. All that aside.... the pizza itself was pretty good. I liked the crust, it was not soggy or too thick and doughy. As a person who likes to dip my pizza in ranch, I would say to skip it since it's also located at that horribly placed salad bar. All in all, either order to go or just go to Slam Dunk like everyone else in town! Redwood Valley people please check out Pizza etc! Not impressed. It does not seem like a well run establishment. I was not able to order a simple beer with my meal but had to go visit an adjacent bar. The restaurant was not crowded at all, but my pizza took over 20 minutes to arrive at my table. When it did arrive it was missing a topping. When I brought it up to the front to point it out they simply threw the topping on my already cooked pizza and brought it back to me. read more

We were looking forward to Mountain Mikes opening in Ukiah and have tried it out now three times; however, we have to be honest with our review. First of all, the lights are extraordinarily bright...really! like hurt your eyes level bright! Secondly, you can not order a beer to go with your pizza while ordering at the pizza counter. They make you go into the bar (where I must say the lighting is way better) to get your beer, even though some of the taps are at the pizza counter. So, get this, there are different beer taps in two separate places, but you can only order and pay in the bar and then the bartender has to leave the bar to go to the pizza counter to get your beer if you want a kind that is located there...uh, yea, screwy! Finally, just tonight we tried to call in our order ahead and the phone just rang and rang and rang and no one answered. We then went online to try to place our order for pick up, but the website would only let us order a pizza for the next day, so we persevered and drove down there to get our pizza. The pizza is actually REALLY good, but are the bright lights, weird beer ordering ordeal, and no preordering worth it? We're not sure. read more

Very disappointed with this place. It was very dirty. We reserved tables for my daughters birthday and it was our first time at the one at this location. Always love mountain mikes pizza but this location was shocking how dirty and gross it was. Especially since it has only been open for a couple months. Floors were dirty even saw chicken bones on the floor in the game area. We had several dirty cups and plates that had to be returned. The windows looked like they had been cleaned with a dirty mop. Bathroom was dirty and the salad bar! I would not consider eating salad there Ever! Three of the folks that came with us did and they got food poisoning. Most of the games did not work either. I don't like giving bad reviews but I will never go there again and will not ever recommend it to anyone. Very very dissatisfied I only give it a 1 star so I can post this. I'll never understand a place that supposedly closes at 10:00 but when you walk in at 9:20, they close everything up and tell you they are open for carry out only (after you placed your order). Now for the 2 star review Halloween afternoon wanting to order pizza since it was gonna be a busy night of handing out candy and didn't feel like cooking! First off my pizza was sixteen minutes after the promised time of completion. While I was waiting I noticed an older gentleman behind the counter without a mask. A few moments later a younger man and the older man walked together towards the game room with neither one wearing a mask. I asked the girl behind the counter if they required all people to wear a mask to which I replied here are two men in here without masks and one was behind the counter. The lady looked shocked when she said al people must wear a mask and then went on to tell me that the man behind the counter was the manager. If that is the case why should the public have to wear a mask when the manager doesn't? Again, overall my experience at Mountain Mike's has left a lot to be desired. For the size of the pizza (a large is actually closer to a medium) the quality is not there. The Pike's Peak is a huge pizza with scant toppings. Even with all that this pizza place would be better if they could deliver on their promise to have your order ready on time (and not make you wait). Worst place ever!!! I usually love Mountain Mike's but this one in Ukiah is horrible! The girl working the counter/phone tonight June 7, 2020 in the evening was completely rude! Ordered pizza over the phone and when we got there to pick it up the pizza was totally wrong. She argued that was what we ordered. I said I would never order pizza with bbq sauce because I don't even like it. She just argued then told us to sit down and they would handle it in a minute. She helped other customers and then told us we could leave because we didn't want the pizza they made. We left and I called the manager. He got in the phone and was even ruder than the girl and just kept laughing. Never going to this place again!!! read more

The food was amazing and the cashier was so helpful and patient. Although there were two guys (looked like managers) who were on their phones just standing in the front. The cashier was pretty busy trying to help customers and clean tables, but the managers just stood there on their phones just talking and laughing. The least they could've done was help the cashier, didn't seem like they were doing much anyways. Really bugged me to see the cashier working hard but the managers hardly working, would've given this place 5 stars otherwise. read more

Great pizza -huge huge huge xtra large pizza. What I absolutely love is the fact that you can mix and match a pizza. 2 pieces veggie-2 pieces Hawaiian-2 pieces cheese ect. This is a unique idea that makes it special. The pizza was just as good as Round Table but a bit less . The complaints I have is the really intense lighting inside - needs more ambiance. The staff also does not tell you your pizza is ready. This is a brand new, local business and the problems can be worked out. Our extra large custom pizza was about 46$. Takeout, and feeds 6-9 people easy. read more

Since they been open I have had delivery, take out, dine in and have even been to two different parties there. And there service has been improving since they have opened. The last party I went to they were really busy with the other customers. I'm glad the we had the back room booked and the cashier would check on us every once and a while to make sure we didn't need anything else. Super friendly and the pizza is really good.
