Here is a summary of my 2 previous orders: 1. Ordered. Order was really late and came cold. 2. Ordered a pepperoni pizza. Received one with olives. I complained, seeking a refund because I didn't want to wait another 60+ minutes. No dice. I ended up picking off the olives so that I could simply get on with the night. 3. Today, I ordered a "pepperoni pizza" from the itemized menu; not a create-your-own. I added red onions. I received a cheese pizza with red onions. I called to complain, seeking a replacement. The person was argumentative, demanding to know how the pie was ordered. I presented the delivered pie to the local store for refund. I was told that I had ordered a "pepperoni pizza - hold the pepperoni". Refund was not given. Pie was left as a doorstop. Loss - $20 + tax, plus tip. A few problems: 1. As noted, the numerous failures now. 2. The Mountain Mike's website is so inept, it would allow an itemized menu item, pepperoni pizza, to be ordered sans pepperoni. 3. The local store manager and team are so slow and inept, none can see the obvious issue with ordering a pepperoni pizza sans pepperoni. Not one could verify the order at the number provided. They are more content to allow obvious errors, and blame the customer for having the temerity of placing the order online, at the mountain mike website, which has already been established to allow stupid to happen. 4. After hand-delivering the pizza to the store, and witnessing the haphazard application of personal protective equipment, I don't want a replacement, Yeah.... no. Three strikes. Out. read more

Ok so I'm not big on doing yelp reviews but I do see the value in noting when changes are being made and what used to be very substandard services and products are now high quality customer service and also consistent product values. I will say that there is a new owner and he seems like a really stand up guy as well, he's definitely fixing all of the things that were wrong with mountain Mike's for about the last 3-4 years. Arcade machines are being repaired or replaced literally watching them install new machines. The bar has been closed for at least two years (which I don't drink) is now open, and he's doing some renovations inside as well. I was surprised by the level of satisfaction I received from the attentive service and overall experience. I liked it so much that I think I might start coming every week and do a weekly chat over salad and pizza with my lady. Thank you Raj for the pizza! read more

My daughter wanted to go here with me, after having gone here with a friend. We are new to town and trying to new places. Raj, the new owner, spent time with us and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a great dinner in the bar (which is a great little bar set up for sure!) and Raj was very courteous and welcoming. He is a new owner her and trying very hard to change old poor reviews. I'd highly recommend checking this place out and chatting with him about his efforts here. He is doing a great job!!! We had a nice experience here for sure! First choice for pizza in town. Family atmosphere, games perfect to keep kids happy with earning tickets for prizes, great customer service and outstanding pizza. Lunch special beats anything in town. Yes there are a few pizza places to choose from. Prices are perfect and remember, it's not a cheap pizza like L![[/E C@#$#×S. Once inside you dont feel like your in a chain restaurant. The building is like a high end restaurant without breaking the pocket. Everyone is friendly. We dropped in with a party of about 20 people for our daughter's birthday and we received a very warm welcome and excellent customer service. The man, I believe to be the owner was very accommodating and attentive throughout our entire visit. He checked multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were pleased with our food. The pizza was delicious, the kids had a blast in the arcade and the service was great! Had such an amazing time for the first visit. If you are visiting Ukiah or are a regular, you might appreciate the new special management and attention offered at Mountain Mikes Pizza. I greatly appreciated the calm atmosphere compared to Slam Dunk. We went for the lunch buffet and was well worth it! We were a party of 9. We enjoyed the all you can eat pizza buffet. Hot yummy pizzas & a very nice Salad bar & drinks This was a special event for all of our party. We decided to try Mike Mountain Pizza again after not going for a long while. We were very happy with the new management/ownership. The salad was fresh and wonderful choices. We did the lunch buffet and got all you can eat pizza salad and drink. The pizza was perfectly made the host was wonderful. If I could give a 10 plus star I would. We just had a party here Thursday for our 1 year olds birthday and he had a blast. The arcade room was clean enough for him to roam around and easy for us to keep track of all the kids that were there. The food was great, full bar was definitely a plus. Pizza is great, service is great. They have lots of tvs for sports and what not. They did not have the football game that I wanted to watch on so the cashier lady called the manager and he came in from home and downloaded the application on the TV so my wife and I could watch the game.
