Just got back from having my daughter's birthday dinner here and I am so happy with the food and service we received! They accommodated 16 of us and gave us the entire patio to have a little party for her. Austin, Alyssa and Dallas went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They were so helpful and kind and really made us comfortable. And on top of all of that, the food was AMAZING!! We had the garlic cheese sticks to start and then 6 of the specialty pizzas. I'm super picky with pizza and honestly didn't think I would eat much but I ended up eating 4 slices bc I just couldn't stop! Below average pizza at best. Ordered a medium build your own with pepperoni, sausage, and jalapeño with mozzarella sticks and wings. For the price I paid, I would spend the extra $10 and get round table. Or save $30 and get little Caesar's. The pizza looked like it was cut by someone with their eyes closed. Slices were 1 inch wide to 4 inches wide. The marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks was so thick I had to add water. The wings and bleu cheese were just ok. I'm a First timer at Mountain Mikes Pizza. I found it on Yelp. Ordered the standard pepperoni pizza and it was surprisingly good. Crust was cooked just right. It was crispy on the outside but doughy on the inside. The sauce was excellent. And the pizza had plenty of pepperoni and they were toasted just right. Everyone in the family had the same consensus. I have to say that this time around my pizza was very well done, tasted great, toppings were well done and delicious, crust crunchy and tasty had some garlic cheese bread that was amazing!! 9/12: This is an update to my previous review. The owner called and made the situation right which we really appreciate. We have ordered from this location multiple times (8/14, 8/22, 9/3, 9/9 and 9/12) and the pizza has been good each time except for today. The reason for the 1 star is the customer service or lack there of. The pizza we received today had undercooked dough and an excessive amount of cheese with not a lot of pepperoni. Usually the pizza is packed with pepperoni. My husband called to let them know that it was undercooked and was told he needed to send a picture of the pizza to a phone number so they can investigate further. The manager instead of doing the right thing decided to argue with my husband about pieces of the pizza missing. There were 5 pieces left. My husband took 2, I had two and my son had 2 but none of us finished our pieces, we just threw them away because they were gross. The manager should have just offered a free pizza for next time or a refund instead of arguing. Eat at San Biagios instead. They are always kind, care about your business and most importantly the quality of the food is always good. read more

**Update** I was contacted my the manager yesterday shortly after my initial review and she offered to refund my purchase for the amount of the gift card. Thank you Mandy for responding, explaining the situation, and for your efforts at a resolution. This week was my first time at Mountain Mike's after receiving a gift card from a friend. I called in my order and then drove there 15 minutes later to pick up. The young girl who greeted me was friendly and polite. She swiped my gift card and then it was apparent there was an issue. She excused herself to get help and came back and said the manager "(Mandy) had no idea why my card did not go through." I spent the next 5 minutes trying to log onto the website address on the back of the card but although it would accept the gift card number and PIN .. i could not get past the "captcha". The clerk offered no further solutions so I ended up paying for my order in full. Tbh .. I was a little annoyed that the manager did not come out to help her employee. The employee seemed new and just did not know what else to do. I drove home and was able to access the card balance which stated $25. So clearly it was the register that was working properly. I tried contacting customer service to find a solution but no live person and an unanswered telephone message. On the bright side .. the pizza was great loaded with lots of pepperoni and the crust was a perfect size. The breadsticks weren't bad either. So I'll rate the food a 4 but customer service a 1 and won't be back. Sorry but too many options out there to accept bad customer service. Do better Mountain Mikes! read more

Placed an order for two pizzas was over $84 after waiting over an hour contacted GrubHub our delivery driver said he was there waiting for the pizzas and then we get a message that our order was canceled no explanation no communications tried calling mountain Mike's pizza to see what was going on and there voicemail phone doesn't pick up goes right to a message can't even understand the message and then clicks off. If you're going to be in the retail business you need to have some type of phone system that you can answer. Was really looking forward to having the pizza but not sure I'll give them another chance very very very dissatisfied. read more

Today my bf and I went for lunch. They have a great lunch deal going on right now all you can eat Pizza, salad and a drink for $9.99... First of all I'm already a fan of the pizza but this is the first time I have actually ate there since we always do take out. The pizza is good but even more delicious when it's fresh out the oven.
