Oh wow what a bad start. I made a mistake and thought give the new place a try. I came into a large clean empty restaurant. The counter help was friendly and helpful. I ordered a medium pizza with garlic to go on a thin crust. The bill was a little over $20 dollars and I almost fainted. I thought maybe Beverly Hills but know im in upland. The girl said it would be 20 minutes so we took a seat. Quite a while passed and the counter girl said let me see what's going on. She called though the window and a gentleman said oh it's been done. He went somewhere and handed her my pizza. We took it home and what I had was a thick doughy pizza with hardly any cheese and no garlic flavor. I am hoping that these are a new operator pains and things will improve. I will try again in a few months. read more

Decided to try this place for date night. We had The Everest pizza and Buffalo wings. It's kind of pricey but it's worth it. This is by far the best pizza I've had since we moved out here over a year ago. Definitely coming back. read more

Let me start by saying I love Mountain Mike's pizza! Unfortunately we had a bad experience. I placed our usual order and was told it would take 25-30 minutes. My husband went to pick it up and he had to wait another 25 minutes. Not a big issue but when we got the pizza home it was burnt around the edges but doughy in the center. Definitely not the quality of a Mountain Mike's pizza we are used to. I called and was told to bring it back and they would make me another one. We did eat 5 slices because I was hoping to get a credit for next time but they said they couldn't do that. So we went back up there and when I showed the manager she said there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. I couldn't believe it. She didn't want to do anything for me. I couldn't believe it. She offered me a small pizza. So I paid $35 for basically a small pizza. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. read more

I am very disappointed in the downhill turn the quality of the pizza has taken of late. I spent over 45 dollars for a medium pizza and small salad. The toppings were terribly lacking (unlike before) and the crust was soggy. This used to be my favorite pizza place but something has clearly changed. My daughter had a similar complaint the other day re the pizza from a different mountain mikes location. I just wish there would be one establishment that could keep up its quality, but sadly, mountain mikes is not one. On to find another pizza place now I guess :( read more

This is one of my very favorite pizza places in this area. My wife and I have been coming here at least once a month since they opened, and the pizza is always fresh, well made, and delicious. I definitely recommend the classic pepperoni because it is just so good! Lately, we have been ordering half pepperoni and half Mt. Veggiemore, which I also highly recommend. They are so friendly every time they see us come in now, especially Anjali, and they always make sure to say hi and thank us for being their regulars. Went for UFC fight night food was nothing special paid 45 dollars for a table in advance but was taken the food bill. asked 5 x about the fights they did not know how to get the channel wasted an hour and a half .Food was pricey never gave me a plate for my salad till after I asked about it after I already ate my sandwich seemed like they did not know what they were doing I will never go there again . Bad management Good thing there was a place in old town upland that had the fights but missed 1 1/2 of them . I was hoping they were better than they were. I understand why the price was high, but I probably wouldn't choose to pay that much again for pizza. Daughter and I tried this establishment and loved it. The dough was amazing and the veggies were so fresh. We replaced the meat with mushrooms and onions and everything tasted great. The sundried tomatoes topped it off. Austin was the best with great suggestions. read more

The place is super clean and well decorated. There are several big screen TVs. A manager or owner was kind to give us a discount since it was our first visit. We had a pizza and boneless wings. The 'wings' were ok, not anything special. The pizza was good and they load the toppings on..way more than I expected. Overall it was ok. It was very expensive, around $30 for a personal pizza and one order of wings. The service was very good. We will probably wait a while to try again but we definitely will come back at some point. read more

Service was excellent. The pizza was delicious. It had the cupped pepperoni that I am always searching for. There were multiple TVs with all the games on to watch. The lady upfront was very nice and help us with the condiments promptly. Paul came by to check on us and told us about his lunch offerings. He gave us some coupons and left us to enjoy the food. I was pleased to see Mountain Mike's had moved to this location and we had one closer to us. We ordered online and picked up pizzas yesterday 7/13. I am not sure if they are still working out kinks in their food preparation and service, but my pizzas were not hot when I picked them up and my wings looks like they sat around for an hour before they were packaged and served to us. We have been to other Mountain Mike locations in California which made me encouraged to try this one in Upland. My experience with this location was not as good as other locations I have been to and overall I was disappointed. The pizza tasted fine generally, but the temperature of the food was not optimal. This perhaps would not be so bad, but the pizza is quite expensive, so I expected a better quality experience overall. read more

My bf and I went to try this place out and it was a epic fail! I followed them on IG for a while and was so excited to try it. As soon as we walked in it was empty with nobody was at the register or anywhere in the building. We waited around for 5-10 mins and still there was no cashier or cook in sight! I've had this pizza once at a friend's house and I enjoyed it. I came into the Upland restaurant and had mushroom and pepperoni and it was again really good! Pizza was cooked well and the cook recommended pepperoni on top to make them crispy. Delicious! It's clean inside and staff is friendly. Found a new regular customer. read more

My first visit, I was not impressed. The server was friendly, asked if we needed anything. My granddaughter asked for ranch dressing but she didn't return with the ranch dressing. I love Mountain Mikes Pizza. So far the best pizza I've had so far. The only issue I have with them is that they need to train whoever cuts the pizza's. The pizza's are always sliced all messed up! Some of the pieces are so tiny and some are so big. I don't understand why they can't do even slices, or at least close!!!!!! read more
