I went back to the counter and was told by the same employee that she couldn't give me ranch because her register was already closed and she would have to charge me for it. The cashier who originally took my order apologized and said she thought she had added it to the receipt. I explained that I had requested it when ordering (I had even left a tip) When I asked if I could still get the ranch, I was told no and the employee walked away. Thankfully, the manager came up to my table and provided the ranch, allegedly anyway she was wearing normal clothes no uniform. She also had the incorrectly made burgers remade and personally brought them to our table, apologizing again for the inconvenience. The manager completely turned the experience around and was the reason the visit ended on a positive note. Unfortunately, one employee's attitude left a lasting impression.
