Please try and do better. We purchased two muffins, a donut, a coffee and a latte for $30. Pricey but typical for a bougie mountain town. My big problem was the product. We purchased a lemon and cranberry muffin. It tasted like someone had just massaged the dough, put it into the muffin tin and said, good to go. Why does everyone have to make bougie stuff that tastes like crap and then charge so much for it? Just make a calorie-filled, delicious muffin. That's all people want. We came here while visiting Mammoth due to good reviews! Always excited to try a mom and pop business and give them my money instead of a franchise business such as Starbucks but in this instance I wish I would've gone to Starbucks. The customer service here is severely lacking and could benefit from being friendlier as you've lost my family and I as customers. I came in today and ordered an iced vanilla latte. Waited a bit longer than 5 mins or so just to get a hot vanilla latte. I told the lady (with red hair) that I ordered an iced vanilla latte not hot. She just grabbed the latte from me didn't say sorry and just turned around. I went and sat down. Shortly after she called my name again and then just put it on the counter. Again no sorry no nothing. I tipped them for service and I'm super disappointed that I did because it was a bad customer service experience which is the whole point of a tip. It's unfortunate because the iced vanilla latte is actually delicious but I will not return because of the customer service. Please do better so you don't lose more customers. read more

This place is awesome! It started as a fundraiser and is now the cutest coffee shop with the coolest vibe. The coffee menu is vast and their vanilla is house made. Their Earl Grey tea is made with local lavender. The pastries are OMG. Clearly house made. I had the lemon cranberry muffin this morning. It's vegan, so the texture is a little different, but it was so fresh and clean and did I mention I love this place?! Does it take a while to place an order and get your drinks? The manager seemed to be training new staff, but the place still ran smoothly. I ordered a Vietnamese Iced Coffee and Avocado Toast. The Vietnamese Iced Coffee was tasty and strong! It was a bit lighter in color compared to what I'm used to, but I really liked it. My Avocado Toast was huge. It was nicely made with greens, tomato slices, and balsamic glaze. I ended up giving half of it away, because it was super filling. I also took a few bites of my friend's Maple Bar, which was delicious - very large, nice fluffy dough. Not sure why this is rated so high. The coffee is over roasted for my taste and they have a lot of add ons that they tag on. If you really like coffee and drink espresso or have it plain (without sweeteners or creamers), this isn't the place for you. They do have a lot of specialty drinks that, similar to Starbucks, hold up consistently to this type of roast. I'll leave this place to those who like that, but it's not for me. went in and the place was packed so i was pretty excited for my coffee. The menu is relatively pricey, but that's understandable for specialty coffees. I ordered a hot latte and was actually quite pleased with what i got, however, the iced latte i got was extremely watered down. i thought it may have just been a mistake, but all of my friends who ordered iced drinks also received something reminiscent of bean water with a splash of milk. if you visit i recommend ordering a hot coffee, definitely would recommend skipping the iced drinks for this one. read more

Let me start off by saying that the logo is absolutely adorable! Unfortunately, they didn't have any stickers on hand but hopefully next time they will and maybe they'll let me know, haha! Now, onto the important part, breakfast was delicious! I highly recommend this spot for breakfast or brunch. The staff was super nice and incredibly patient even with a long line of customers. Came by on the way out of Mammoth around 8am and this place was already busy! Parking is shared in a small lot. Lots of people walk or bike here so it wasn't too bad. They're popular for these cinnamon rolls which was out of stock already. Instead, I tried their coffee donut and cream cheese everything bagel. I was surprised by how strong the coffee tasted in the donut which balanced the sweetness. The bagel was pretty standard and could be toasted. Lots of indoor seating with people enjoying their morning brew. I'll be sure to try their coffees next time. They also had plenty of souvenirs/merch. read more

Probably personal taste preference but I felt my coffee (a regular cold brew) tasted like burnt dirt - was really not digging the flavor profile and no amount of sugar or creamer was going to fix that. My wife said her Vietnamese coffee was better but it definitely didn't taste like your traditional Vietnamese coffee either (just looks like drip with condensed milk). Service was fine but prices are also really high. Paying almost $20 for two coffees feels bad, especially if it taste like it did. Maybe some people like the flavor of the coffee here but not me. Would try somewhere else in town if I'm back in mammoth. read more

Came here with four of my buddies after a long camping trip and this breakfast burrito really hit the spot. A nice mom and Pop owned restaurant made us feel super welcome, especially when my breakfast burrito got taken by another customer they remade it with no hesitation. Breakfast burrito was super filling, eggs super fluffy and not dry, plenty of meat (sausage was juicy and bacon was crispy), and the salsa was the perfect addition on top. Really happy about coming to this place and would definitely hit it again when I'm back in town. Chai latte was pretty good too. There is some items on the menu that I think run very pricey, like the nitro cold brew for nearly $10 in a large. Our order was about $40 after tip. The service was speedy and the one gentleman working, who may have been the owner, was super funny and kind. The space is nice with lots of seating.
