Good donuts, good coffee, decent breakfast options. Not bad to start a day of skiing and hiking! (Food took awhile but they get slammed by skiers in the winter who are headed to the mountain first thing.)

Got the Vietnamese coffee. Honestly I feel it had to be an error, because it was horrible. Not sweet at all and the coffee itself tasted weird. Sticker said no milk(which I didn't ask for, not sure if they did that on accident). I have a hard time believing it was supposed to taste like this. Pretty disappointing.

Mammoth Coffee Roasting Company was fantastic! We visited on the morning of Thanksgiving and found them somewhat busy. The interior had a cozy vibe and plenty of seating. The manager seemed to be training new staff, but the place still ran smoothly. I ordered a Vietnamese Iced Coffee and Avocado Toast. The Vietnamese Iced Coffee was tasty and strong! It was a bit lighter in color compared to what I'm used to, but I really liked it. My Avocado Toast was huge. It was nicely made with greens, tomato slices, and balsamic glaze. I ended up giving half of it away, because it was super filling. I also took a few bites of my friend's Maple Bar, which was delicious - very large, nice fluffy dough. Overall, a great spot for coffee and breakfast!

We came here while visiting Mammoth due to good reviews! Always excited to try a mom and pop business and give them my money instead of a franchise business such as Starbucks but in this instance I wish I would've gone to Starbucks. The customer service here is severely lacking and could benefit from being friendlier as you've lost my family and I as customers. I came in today and ordered an iced vanilla latte. Waited a bit longer than 5 mins or so just to get a hot vanilla latte. I told the lady (with red hair) that I ordered an iced vanilla latte not hot. She just grabbed the latte from me didn't say sorry and just turned around. I went and sat down. Shortly after she called my name again and then just put it on the counter. Again no sorry no nothing. I tipped them for service and I'm super disappointed that I did because it was a bad customer service experience which is the whole point of a tip. It's unfortunate because the iced vanilla latte is actually delicious but I will not return because of the customer service. Please do better so you don't lose more customers.

Love the service from Steve, who was energetic, friendly, and greeted me upon entry. Opted for the Americano, excellent coffee that kept me awake on the drive back to LA! Would definitely come back again as I love the vibe of this coffee shop!

This place is awesome! It started as a fundraiser and is now the cutest coffee shop with the coolest vibe. The coffee menu is vast and their vanilla is house made. Their Earl Grey tea is made with local lavender. The pastries are OMG. Clearly house made. I had the lemon cranberry muffin this morning. It's vegan, so the texture is a little different, but it was so fresh and clean and did I mention I love this place?! Does it take a while to place an order and get your drinks? Yes, because it's a small spot and everything is fresh. So order something yummy, walk around a bit, make a new friend, sit outside with your dogs. It's Mammoth - enjoy!

Cute place, bright, open, warm, lots of options for drinks and food. We got breakfast burritos, a cold brew and an espresso. The burritos were overpriced, but tasted okay. For the price, I had hoped to get like a "wow factor" for the flavor but it was meh. The coffees were good. The service, amazing. The guys working the counter were just the friendliest bunch. I'd recommend.

Chill vibes and excellent coffee shop right in the heart of Mammoth Village. Food was on point and delicious. We ordered several dishes including the Everything Bagel and Lox, Egg White Feta Spinach Wrap, Breakfast Burrito with Andouille sausage, Bagel with cream cheese, and to drink the 2 Cuban with 4 shots (one with 2% milk and the other with oat milk, and Mocha Latte. Again, the food and coffee drinks were absolutely fabulous and the service by E.J. was wonderful. 5 stars for this coffee roaster and two thumbs up!

Cute coffee shop with pastries, food and drinks! My White Mocha was good. Id personally like it a bit sweeter. The Vietnamese coffee was not strong but it was sweet. It was not authentic but it was okay! I personally would like if we had options with sweetness level. Overall cure coffee shop!

The staffs were friendly and reminded me the mammoth donut was too huge for me to finish. I enjoyed the breakfast in this peaceful place.

Ravioli Bolognese: The standout dish. Rich, meaty, satisfying, and exactly the kind of homemade pasta dish that makes this place worth visiting. Pepperoni Pizza: Excellent crust, good char, and crispy pepperoni cups. Simple and really well executed. This is genuinely good pizza, not just good pizza for a mountain town. Caesar: One of the more unusual Caesars I've had. It arrived with essentially whole heads of lettuce, celery, and a homemade crunchy component that reminded us of a savory funnel cake. The homemade dressing was excellent. Different, fun to share, and memorable. Pasta: This is where Vulcania really shines. Everything tastes homemade, and I'd be comfortable ordering just about any pasta on the menu. Chicken Parmesan: Pretty good overall, with a creamy, rich sauce over the top. It was a little too heavy for me, but everyone else at the table loved it. Meatball: I would skip this dish. The meatball was undercooked and felt like it was lacking a binding ingredient. One thing worth knowing is that the kitchen isn't particularly flexible about modifying dishes. That makes sense for a chef-driven restaurant, but it's worth considering if you have picky eaters or prefer lots of substitutions. Overall, Vulcania is still the best pizza and pasta we've had in Mammoth. The handmade pasta is the real draw, the pizza is excellent, and dishes like the Caesar give the menu enough personality to make it more interesting than standard Italian-American food.

We had several kids in our party and they enjoyed the novelty of it. Our waiter Cam was great and made up for the poor service with the host. He had great recommendations as all were spot on. Cam recommended "family style" as many of the entrees are large and it gives you a chance to sample everything. We started with the asparagus summer rolls and tricolore salad. Both were delicious and refreshing. For the entrees we shared the cacio e pepe, margherita pizza, orechiette nero and chicken parmesan. Again, everything was excellent. For dessert, the gelato comes with three huge scoops along with three zeppoles (Italian donuts). The food was excellent and probably one of my new favorites in Mammoth.
