I contacted him via Yelp! and he responded immediately with an accurate quote for an interior and exterior detail ($275 before tax). On dropoff, he greeted me with a cold water bottle and asked what my primary concerns were to be sure I'd happy with the end result - great service from the start! I mentioned I had concerns about dirt and sun damage on the leather of my steering wheel which he later paid special attention to. Total detail time was 4-5 hrs. On pickup, he had the car ready with the A/C running. Car now looks incredible, he even buffed out some scratches on the side of my car! I will absolutely come back, Isaac's terrific. read more

I found this place on yelp of course because I wanted to find a good auto detail in Mountain View. Instantly through yelp messages the owner contacted me within 10 minutes and provided with all of the interior and exterior details and costs. They had availability on a Saturday that I wanted and told me my Mazda CX-5 would be ready in 4 hours. My car is a 2018 model and has been through the ringer. Going to Tahoe lots and a dog who brings in dirt, manually I couldn't clean it myself well enough. The car was ready in less than 4 hours and was in awe of my car. Like I was amazed and said "WHAT DID YOU DO TO HER? WHATS YOUR SECRET?!" She was beautiful and even better than the day I bought my car. This is a late post. Sienni is actually a friend of mine and recommended me to come through. When I went on Saturday and saw Isaac. He usually doesn't have walk ins, but when I came through I asked if it was ok to pencil me in for the next day. He was polite enough to have me in for Sunday. When I went over that Sunday he had to text me he was going to be late, if anything that's my only complaint since I came right on time. He did interior and exterior of my Hyundai Veloster. I had scratches on the right side of the vehicle- but don't have a before and after pictures- but after I had gotten it done it was as though it was better than brand new!! He took about 3 hours - and on a Sunday, it was worth the time and money since I also had gone to the beach a couple of days before. I highly recommend talking with Isaac. I expressed over the phone AND when I showed up WITH work van (which is a large utility vehicle) I needed it washed & interior cleaned. Picked it up 4 hours later, paid, and started to leave when I realized exterior was NEVER WASHED. When I asked about this I was told "Veh too big" - what?! SMH. Unreal. $200 for a vacuumed inside and windows I had to clean again because of smudge marks all over the interior. read more

I got a response almost immediately when I requested a quote. My main concern was some staining on the drivers side door and a large drink stain in the center cup holder in the back. The drivers side strain was still pretty much there when I went to pick it up and the fabric is starting to lift from the door. They got most of the cup holder stain out from the fabric but there's still a little left. I tried to buff out the rest with a microfiber but about 15% of the stain still remains. This place was awful. For an interior clean, they charged $220. Expensive, but I hoped the work would be worth it. All I got was a quick wipe down. Tons of stains left. My windows were so smudged with oil I couldn't see out of them. Wiping afterwards it was solid black. My car now REEKS of animal piss. I don't have any animals ever in my car. But now over a week later I can't get the piss smell out. The carpets were shampood well and those stains removed, so say one positive, but I also now suspect the pissy smell may be mold or something coming from them. The car did not have any smell before cleaning On top of all that, my little bobble head was completely broken, and they offered no apologies or even comments on breaking it. Dropped by with my 19-year old Acura. The folks here cleaned up the exterior beautifully and restored the headlights to get rid of the coat of fog on them. Especially appreciated that they took a look and my car ahead of schedule and were very clear up front about what they could/couldn't fix in terms of paint issues. Got a $350 full car detail. A little turned off by the greasy shine on everything, especially the interior, but at least it was thoroughly cleaned. Clay bar treatment didn't minimize any of the scratches, so not worth it. Water spots on my grill. Anyone with a Mazda knows that honeycomb grill is a pain to clean properly. Most places leave water spots, so I'll let it slide. Appreciate that they put any loose items in a ziploc bag at the end of service. I asked if they could kindly put air in my tires. My car needs 36 psi and they gave it back to me with almost 50 psi! Weird. I wouldn't go again, but if you have a really dirty car and just need a fresh start, go for it. read more

Great service. I was late (forgot) to pick up for almost an hour and they waited for me. They called me but the phone was charging in the other room. I was honestly grateful and gave them good tip. The detailed cleaning was great. My car had a smelly accident. Needless to say they were able to do a great job remove stain. Smell is there if you seat where the accident is but others can't smell it. Everything including the seat were dry and cleaned. The car looks fantastic after detail. Price is about market price and slightly below larger car wash in the area. It is in the same parking lot as the Thrifty car wash, and the sign is not big so you have to turn into the car wash and find them in the end. I would recommend the team/ family business. read more

I came here with an older car that needed a lot of love. Not only was I able to get in immediately but it came book looking and smelling clean and fresh in less than 2 hours. For the price, I thought it was a good value and the service was good too. Would come back again. Some hints about the area - if you plan to stay nearby and wait while the car is worked on, there is no place to wait at the site and not much around. There was a taco truck parked on site (Saturday afternoon)- I don't know if it's there all the time but it was delicious and if you are hungry I would recommend that too. I ended up walking about 5 minutes to a nearby Panera which had WiFi and a surprisingly good almond milk latte. They didn't care at all that I lingered for almost 2 hours. read more

Ok but not worth the price. I got the "full detail" which 2x what I expected and 10x the lowest price I've gotten for a normal interior+exterior wash. Pros: - Mostly the car was shiningly clean - They emptied and cleaned the car's storage compartments - Drop off and pick up was easy - I had some tree sap on the car that they managed to get off Cons: - A small chip of paint had come off from the spot where I had the tree sap. I don't have before and after photos to prove it but I don't recall seeing that before the wash - They had missed a few obvious spots like door frames which were still dirty. I easily wiped those clean myself - The white fabric on the inside roof of the car had some dark stains, it didn't look like anything was attempted on those - Price! read more

First time I have ever used Isaac's service. Most of the reviews were so positive and they all sounded so pleased. I bought my newly purchased Acura RDX to Isaac yesterday5/20/2020. I was extremely disappointed, I could have done a better job myself. Especially since I wouldn't have damaged my car. I will get to that shortly. I made my appointment last week got a quote on the time and cost. Isaac gave me the price of 200$ dollars and it would take 2 hours. I thought it would take a bit longer but that's fine. Dropped my car off on time, an hour and 20 minutes later I got a text saying my car was ready. My bad I didn't take a Extremely good look at my car when I arrived to pick it up. The car was still in the stall. it wasn't pulled out so that we could go over it together. The men were all looking not so pleased with their work, not a smile to be found. I had my dog with me so I was in a bit of a hurry and I trusted that Isaac and his coworkers had done an excellent job.. like so many of the reviews had said. I was terribly wrong! He charged me 220$ I gave a 40$ tip and went on my way.. Got my car home and On further inspection there were deep to the metal, hairline half circular scratch and several other small scratches deep into the paint, on the passenger side doors, and there was black touch up paint on them to try and cover it. I Will never, I SAY NEVER use his services again.. and I prefer to wash and wax my own car and save the money. But I was mistaken when I thought I could find an affordable and close to work detailer that would honor his business, and Appreciate good customers.. WRONG AGAIN.. Based on these great reviews, I took my daughter's car here to be detailed as a gift. I was very underwhelmed by the result in relation to the price. First of all, the car was only moderately dirty, so I don't see why they have a flat price irrespective of the work required. But I was prepared to pay a premium if the car looked fantastic. It did not. Yes the floor mats looked great, but I could have bought new ones for 1/10 the price. They got most of the grime from center console, but left grease and dust that was easily reachable in the door frames. They missed obvious lint when vacuuming and it all felt like the effort to do a great job was not there. The 'hand-wash' that was included didn't even fully clean the top of the roof on a modest sized sedan. By the time I got home and really took a look at the details, I felt like I had paid $225 for something I would have expected to pay less than $100 for. read more

This was one of the easiest and nicest experiences I have had with Yelp messaging. The owner is super attentive, quick to respond and tries to ensure that the car cleaning will work with your schedule. I actually messaged him at midnight the night before my early appointment and cancelled due to a family matter and he was so nice about it. I reached out again to reschedule about 3 weeks later and he still remembered me. So, dropped off my car today and told him I just needed it detailed, so that I could sell it. He said okay and told me he would give me a call when it was done or I could pick it up at 5:30 when they closed. I called him and told him i would get there around 5:25, and when I got there, he had my car on and turned the ac on so I would be cool. I am 37 weeks pregnant, so this got him some major bonus points. The car was IMMACULATE. Seriously, it was spotless. I have dogs and you wouldn't even be able to tell. He got all the hair out and it looked brand new. I told him I was going to have to come back and pick it up with my husband and he graciously moved his car, so I could leave the car in his spot and as I was walking over to the car to move it, he goes, "oh don't worry, let me move it for you so you don't have to walk much." Talk about great service. I reached out to him a week later and asked him to clean under my hood and he was kind enough to tell me I could swing by whenever and he would do it st no cost I mean, how can I NOT love this place. I HIGHLY recommend him. His prices are cheaper than others in the area- I got and interior detail and simple exterior wash and it was only 199. Full exterior and interior detail, and I was amazed at the attention paid to the car as well as the quality of the service. I recently got the car off Craigslist, and it was clear the vehicle had been sitting out and had not been washed in some time. I was looking for a place that would detail the interior of my car. I contacted them through their website to get pricing and availability. Isaac responded to my request within 30 minutes and provided pricing and availability. We then continued our conversation over text to work out the logistics. When I arrived to drop my car off, we did a quick walk through as he went over the detailing. As we looked at some of the small bumps and scratches, he helped set expectations about which things could be removed, and which would remain even after they did their clay treatment. He was very responsive over text and let me know when my car was available to be picked up. He told me that he found some additional mold in the trunk of my car and told me they took care of it. Normally they would charge for this, but since he didn't notice it during our initial walk through, he didn't charge me for it. When I saw the car, it looked like a totally different car. He was spot on about which scratches they could buff out vs would still be there after the detailing. Overall, I couldn't have been happier with the work they did.
