I brought my truck in to have it washed and I paid for the gold wash for $22.95. After the windows were cleaned the man called me up to pick up my vehicle that it was completed, but they had not cleaned the wheels or put Tire dressing on or even wipe down the bumpers. My truck even has rubber floor no carpet. When I pointed out to him that the wheels had not been cleaned and there was no tire dressing he said okay. He put Armor All on the tires and then didn't wipe down the wheels. I called the manager on duty to complain and was told to come back another day. I work during the week I don't have time to go back and have my car washed I'm not going to take time off of work to redo something that should have been done right the first time. This is NOT a hand car wash it is a machine car wash like at a gas station. Its a drive through automatic machine the only thing extra they do is clean the windows for you this is a $11 car wash. They do not check to see where the machine may have missed. I would never recommend this car wash to anyone, just go through the drive-thru and save yourself $12 I would have given this review one star had it not been for the managers offer to come back another day but like I said I'm not going to drive to the city of Upland when I live in Chino just to have my car washed again because they made a mistake twice. Took about three hours to finish the windows had water marks and I walk up to my car and notice my bumper has a huge crack and was coming off the car. I shouldve listened to past reviews. You're better off just going through a Chevron car wash and vacuuming yourself. Which is what I plan to do from now on or go to a self service spot. Had to wipe down my own windows after the service with my own cleaner thanks to rinse spots. Middle front was neglected of vacuuming, and overall car still had dirt splots despite getting Silver package. Oh and despite wanting to use the $3 off Yelp coupon, cashier rushed to attach a $2 coupon and said something derragatory about customers using Yelp. Brought my car in to get a wash and carpet and seat shampooing. When I got home I realized that there was a few problems with my car. First I noticed that the windows weren't properly cleaned, also my tint started to lift from my back windows, and my cigarette lighter stopped working. I called the same day and spoke with a lady who told me to come on the following day, when I came in I spoke with Anthony who was very helpful. He told me the manager will be in the next day and he will be able to help solve all my problems. I came in the morning time when the manager was in and he was very unprofessional. He told me that all items that are left in the car are not there responsibility if broken or lost that there is a sign that saids that when entering the wash. He also said that "if a customer leaves a $100 bill in the car that it is not on them if it is missing". Yeah that is really not what I wanted to hear. I paid a $130 for a cheap wash and interior cleaning that could have been better. I asked to get my money back for the horrible job and he told me "no, all I can do for you is give you a basic wash($25) just to clean your windows and vacuum" I've came to this place in the past never had this before, once I've learned it's new ownership I will never come back. read more

I guess we need to contact consumer affairs since the new owner is not aware California Code doesn't have expiration dates on gift cards/certificates even with a change of ownership. The auto repair service is great. Today was the second time coming in to do some major work, and I will keep coming back. I have gone to a few places for maintenance and auto repairs around here and by far Mountain View is the best. I feel like a welcomed customer and not just a paying consumer. Roman is so friendly and patient. He showed me the brakes and the rotors, and I had never had any mechanic let me LOOK at the work they were doing. Roman took the time to look up different prices and explain the difference in quality without feeling like I was pressured to done more expensive thing. But I took the more expensive one because of the life time of the better parts compared to the cheaper parts, and I plan to keep my car for at least 5 years. It was definitely a good investment. Now Roman did say it was going to be 12:30, but I call a call at 11:30 saying not until 2. This may seem bad, but it was good in the sense that Ricky, the manager, actually called me to let me know! I have never had other mechanics actually call, and I always have to call for a status update about 30 minutes AFTER they initial estimated time. And instead of just "my bad", they actually apologized genuinely and explained that they gotten busy and they were short a guy, and that they wanted to do a good job. Hey, man, no problem! I love the fact that at least I'm not in the dark about what's going on with my car. And because of the wait, they upgraded the car wash for free! AND they picked me up from my place. I'm giving this place two stars for the guy who manages the oil change bay, about whom, not enough good things can be said. The girl who works the cash register is an indifferent minimum wage employee, and I have to assume the owner is a cheapskate loser. I've been coming here since 1995, and in the last several years, it's really gone downhill. If you don't have cash to tip the guys working on your car, you can either use their ATM and pay a ridiculous service fee, or you can go to hell. They literally tell you to walk to an ATM, and I've heard two different people behind the register tell customers, "I guess no tip then." I take my truck here all the time and I always get great service. The best thing is when they a mistake or take too long detail shop the manager always takes care of me. One time I was waiting in the restaurant next door while my truck was getting detailed and they took way to long. When I told the manager I was next door eating he paid for my daughter and my meal! That's great customer service! They have competitive prices but they do real nice work and always respond well if you have an issue. I've been coming here for a couple of years now and only ever had a couple of issues which were resolved immediately ! Great local car wash with excellent customer service!
