The move itself was tricky--my old place had a narrow stairwell that I thought would be a nightmare with my big furniture. But David led the way, and they got everything down without a scratch. When we got to the new apartment, I realized I might've overestimated how much space I had. I was worried my big sectional wouldn't fit, but David suggested a different layout that ended up working perfectly. He even helped me arrange the furniture in a way that made the room feel more open. What really stood out to me was how chill and upbeat they all was throughout the day. Manny was cracking jokes and keeping things light, which helped ease my moving day nerves. Adolfo found out I love jazz and put on some music while we was unpacking, making the whole process a lot more fun. I'm very impressed with this moving company. Times are rough and people are fleeing to more cost effective places to live. Wow fast service it took 1 month from hawaii to Florida. This company moved my syblings family from hawaii to Florida a year ago and now myself and my family from hawaii too. The price was affordable (over 34 boxes) I did all the packing nope correction my mother did all the packing and I provided all the sizes of the boxes to the company thank gawd the company didn't ask for the weight of the boxes All they wanted were the quantities and the sizes of the boxes. Weight didn't matter to them I didn't take before pictures unfortunately I was being a cheapskate buying just the basic boxes from Lowes (not strong moving boxes) I bought storage boxes and I bought cheap packing tape. From the pictures which is the end result of the move shows how much pride and care for their customers. My boxes survived and boxes intact. All the way from hawaii to Florida. Just wanted say thank you to RICHARD who was my point of contact on setting up the billing and logistics of the move communication was awesome and to NICK (he is a very kind soul) the delivery driver who took great care on unloading and placing my belongings. This company took care of my family needs and I have already recommended them to family and friends that are moving too Company's name is well deserved. One of their managers - Yuval, came for a home estimate, explained the process and gave me a price quote. He was very nice and professional. The move was done exactly as explained, and I got my items delivered within 10 days as he told me. All the movers were great to work with, to the extend that they even took my debris. Moving is always so stressful, add to it being a move from Hawaii to Florida and you add quite a few factors. We used Hawaii Moving Pro to send our shipment, the men were efficient and took care and caution with all our possessions. The shipment was picked up from my home on June 27 and was delivered on July 7 to our new home in Florida. The imovehappy drivers, Nick and Jeff, were amazing. The day they came was 100 degree Florida HOT! The 2 of them worked continuously for 5 hours to unload our possessions without complaint. We needed shipment from Orlando to Hawaii and requested a quote for a 500 cubic feet shipment. Scheduling the pickup was straightforward and the day before pickup our shipper Nick called to go over the process and make final preparations . On the day Nick kept in touch regarding the arrival time so there were no surprises. Pickup was very quick and loading our items inside the truck was super efficient so we actually stayed just under the volume. Shipping to hawaii is not cheap so I really appreciate the care that was taken in stacking everything efficiently to keep the cost down. All in all super satisfied with Nick and the pickup.
