They communicated very well with me from the beginning chat all the way throughout my move. The two gentlemen that moved all my belongings were very kind and super fast. March 27th was honestly a nightmare. The elevator in my apartment broke down the night before my move, and I live on the 6th floor. The movers I had originally booked refused to proceed, and I was left feeling completely helpless and panicked. Late that night, I reached out to multiple companies, and Shift Me was the only one that responded--at 10:30 PM--and stayed with me on the phone until midnight. Jeff was incredibly calm, kind, and reassuring during such a stressful moment. Thanks to him, I was finally able to breathe and prepare for the next day. Max and his team went above and beyond. Moving heavy items like a massage chair, 77-inch TV, sofa, king-size bed, and large furniture up and down six flights of stairs is no easy task--but they handled everything flawlessly, including disassembly and reassembly. Not once did they complain. They were professional, detail-oriented, and even smiling throughout a long 6-hour move. I felt both deeply grateful and honestly sorry watching how hard they worked without a single complaint. Their dedication and responsibility meant so much to me. Shift Me wasn't just a moving company--they were my lifesavers. I will recommend them to everyone I know and will definitely call them again.

Great movers. They were very careful with wrapping the furniture and tv so that they didn't damage anything. They also uninstalled and installed my bed frame and set up my tv which was very nice. They are fully equipped with any size move. I didn't expect the truck to be that big. It's also nice that the unlimited plastic wrap is included in the price and that you can use their wardrobe boxes for free as well. Very competitive prices.

Their ability to visualize how to fit everything and maximize space was like watching champions playing live Tetris. We even finished loading an hour or so ahead of schedule. Yet another plus that actually solidified my decision to go with Best Movers ShiftMe over a ton of other quotes I got was their honest and transparent pricing--no games, no wasted time, no sneaky extra fees. Everything was fair and crystal clear, just as the estimate said. I'm a very Type A person so I even made a spreadsheet comparing a dozen movers and their quotes, but these guys came out on top in every regard. I needed one large piece of furniture moved -- a pullout sleeper sofa couch. Every other mover required a minimum of three hours labor. Shift Me Moving gave me a prompt quote that was fair for just the one item! They came exactly on time and were very professional. They picked it up from a second story location and moved it to our second story location. They handled the stairs with the greatest of ease. They also wrapped the item carefully and assembled it at my location! They even let me know a screw is missing and went out of their way to find a new screw to replace it. They changed their name AND location on Yelp to cover up their bad service. Please PLEASE stay away from them if you care about your furniture. The positive reviews are fake. I have attached pictures of just SOME OF THEIR DAMAGE. They will then tell you that your items, like your broken 85" tv will only get about $20 in reimbursement if their insurance covers it..BASICALLY...THEY DO NOT HAVE PROPER INSURANCE TO COVER ANY OF YOUR BELONGINGS AND THEY DO NOT CARE. read more

My furniture was well packaged and my boxes were handled with care. Nothing broke or went missing. I had a great experience working with guys from Shift Me Moving. Andy is so nice and friendly, and detail-oriented. He took care of my belongings with great care, and would consult me first before moving my furniture. Andy moved all my belongings from San Diego all the way to Santa Clara within 9 hrs (lightening fast speed!) and unloaded and assembled my furniture and boxes within 2hrs. Scheduling through Yelp was quick and easy. Several companies reached out but I had the best first interaction with Best Movers. The process to reserve a moving date was quick and painless. The movers contacted me approximately a half hour prior to showtime and arrived promptly at 8am. Once I directed them to the elevator and location to park their truck Jacob and Paul immediately got to work. Without having to ask they wrapped every piece of furniture to prevent damage. They remained thorough, diligent and quick despite working well past lunch at the pack up site. They drove straight to the drop off location and immediately began to offload the truck placing the items in the rooms requested. TL;DR 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone. PS. Considering some of the quotes I received from other locations they were priced incredibly fair. read more

Sher and Syrgak were fantastic! My husband and I had ordered brand new furniture for our 5 bedroom house. It got dropped off at our house boxed. We called Sher and Syrgak to help us unbox, move, and assemble everything. AND then took out all our old furniture (which they wrapped and protected) and dropped it off at the consignment store. They were very efficient, professional and courteous. Pricing was upfront and resonable. Any other moving company would either cost more or take twice as long. It was such a gigantic job - we honestly couldn't not have done it without them. Highly recommend!! read more

From the start, they took the time to walk through our home and clearly ask about everything we wanted to move so they could mentally map out how to load the truck efficiently. They were extremely diligent with protection, using blankets and/or shrink wrap on all furniture and electronics, and they were very by the book when it came to reviewing the contract and confirming details. I especially appreciated that they checked all electronics before and after the move and even had me climb into the truck at the end to verify that nothing had been left behind. The move‑in was just as smooth. We had labeled certain items to go to one level and others to another, and they followed those directions perfectly, with everything ending up exactly where it was supposed to, with no damage and no confusion. Their organization and care were obvious in every box/container they carried and every piece of furniture they placed. Moving is usually a very stressful experience, but Fito and the Pure Moving team made it feel manageable and even reassuring. I found them to be excellent in every way, and I would highly recommend both the company and this specific crew to anyone looking for reliable, thoughtful, and professional help on moving day.

Received a call the day prior and also received a call immediately after the service was completed to ensure everything I wanted was covered and if the service was completed to my satisfaction. I shared I was very happy because the team led by Ivan was very careful with my items and made sure not to damage the walls or floors. They were thorough and were able to document previous damage from previous moves and ensured our TVs were working before and after a move and thus packaged carefully (very important because one of my TV screens was damaged in a previous move). They were very accommodating to where I wanted items to be moved and responsive to my needs. Even when delays and complications came up outside of their control, they stayed calm, solution-oriented, and hardworking the entire day. I almost wished they would take longer breaks because of how nonstop they worked. They were also very transparent about pricing, which was fair, and communication throughout the process was excellent. Also, please feed your movers during lunch and ask if they have any allergies or dietary restrictions. This crew absolutely deserved it. Then the messages started coming in. I received 10 inquiries from various moving companies, but Prodigy came in first. You can tell that the 1st messages look automated, but Abby came in with a personal message as well and sent me the specifics to my move quickly. I had her on the phone within a couple of hours. I had diligently worked through all the companies and looked at the various price points and what it included. I was really weary on how fast things would go, but Abby said, for the size of myhome, she suggested 4 movers at $195. Since they also had great reviews and seemed very professional, I completed my reservation by the end of the day. Day of move: Not going to lie, I waited too long to pack up my office and boy, did I feel it on moving day. My office was still not fully packed, it had a lot of furniture to be moved and I was literally still working when they arrived. Arrival time was between 8-9 AM. Ivan called a little after 8 AM to let me know they would be arriving in about 45 min since it was traffic and they were coming from the valley (I was in Echo Park). So I started excusing myself from work and prepared for their arrival. Everything happened so fast. I showed them around the apartment: 2 stories and 1 level up from garage (2 sets of stairs) and then a long driveway. I had stuff in the backyard and the balcony too. I asked if they could put some furniture out on the street for pickup and they helped me out with that as well! I let Ivan know that I was still working on breaking down the office, so he said he would go there last... and they all went to work. All I could here was the plastic wrap noise going round and round. They had broken down everything! Dining table, Peloton, Recliner chair.. It was amazing to watch and they did it with such care. They were done packing up in less than 4 hrs (3 bedroom apartment). We took the drive down south and they beat me there. They were already unloading and asking where to put things. Not only are they movers, they are also interior decorators LOL. We did not move into an empty house, so they helped us move things around and place stuff where we wanted. On top of that, they rebuilt all the things they took apart. I bought them lunch from a Busy Bee in San Pedro and a neighbor even offered them avocados from her tree! At the end of the day, I couldn't find my bag and phone! The whole team helped me try to find it because we thought it got buried in the garage! I had put it aside in one of the bedrooms and forgot where I had put it, but I was so grateful that they tried to help. I was thinking it would be an 8-10 hr day and it turned out to only be 7 hrs including the drive time. They made a very incredibly stressful time in my life as easy as possible. Then Abby, the manager of schedule talked as if I was wrong and was unapologetic then just started complaining WHY CANT WE JUST TAKE THIS DATE SINCE MOVERS THERE ALREADY. On top of that , their work order of WHERE to move my things was the WRONG ADDRESS!!! They dont really care about details and when they make mistakes, they act like your wrong and are rude about it. I have zero confidence in this mover company and cancelled the enitre order and will be hiring real pros. I have no idea how they got so many high yelp reviews. This is the second time I have used US moving services and both moving experiences were excellent. This time I needed last minute help moving my mom to a new place. In less than 24 hours we had a team of three unload and move everything. The manager was great in ordering this setup for us. She quickly emailed everuthing for my review. She was very friendly and worked quickly to get us ready. The dispatcher explained everything in detail about what to expect. Just in time I heard from our guyswith their ETA. The guys were there exactly when they promised. They are professionals and really know a lot about moving! They did an outstanding job with my move! They were incredibly careful with all of my belongings and made sure nothing was damaged. The two-man team moved me down three flights of stairs at my old place and up one flight at my new home, handling some pretty heavy items without any issues. Andy was amazing to work with--friendly, professional, and very easy to communicate with. The whole team worked quickly but never cut corners. Wow, these guys are real professionals. My lease ended on a 2bedroom apartment, and I needed to move to another place. But since I hadn't found or signed a new lease yet, my things had to be moved into storage. These guys are true professionals. They packed everything carefully, loaded and unloaded everything perfectly without a single scratch. I was just relaxing, HAHA. They were able to move our most difficult furniture upstairs through very narrow hallways and doors, and even helped fix the desk that needed new screws.
