After I paid them more than $20k to move my stuff. BEYOND disappointing. After my review, they reached out and fully reimbursed me for the replacement cost. I don't have much stuff, so I was a little worried they might milk the time and go over the 3 hours. But Andrii and Vladimir were extremely nice, quick, efficient, and gentle with my things. They send photos during the process of any already broken/scuffed things to make sure you're aware (and to also cover their own asses I'm sure) They finished loading and unloading a 1br apartment in 2 hours.
