My husband and I ordered online and got the thin crust with light sauce and it arrived burnt up. We called and talked with Brian and he explained that to get the cheese to melt correctly with the thin crust and not much sauce it chars the crust edges. He said to avoid that it is better to order regular crust with light sauce. He said he would start making a new one for us asap and less than 30 minutes we had a piping hot perfect pizza. We would like to thank Brian for remaking the pizza and explaining the issue with us. We will be ordering again. Best customer service and great pizza. read more

Don t waste your money...I ordered 2 large pizzas one white with an extra topping and the other red with sausage and 24 boneless wings for a total of $71..The pizzas had no taste and appeared to be cooked the least amount of time to be done..no color or crispness..the nugget I asked if real chicken breasts were used and was told yes...no way..they were like the nuggets you get at the Golden arches..the garlic parm were ok..the sweet and sour...were just given a quick toss without a drop of extra sauce..I was embarrassed to serve the order to my friends...never again read more

Love this place. This quickly became my boyfriend and mine "the usual" for our pizza nights. When we order out it is never late or damaged or cold. Their pizza is delicious and wings are always crispy. We fell in love with their blue cheese dressing. It tastes like it has buttermilk and garlic in it and it is heavenly. We try to buy a jar whenever we get low. I can't eat any other blue cheese now. Love this place. read more

I got some take out earlier this week from the Greece location of Mozzeroni's and I'm divided on how things went. The store was super unorganized and they seemed to be pretty understaffed. The phone must have rang just before I walked in because I had to wait 10 minutes while the sole employee took the phone order. By the time he was done there were 4 of us waiting. I had to enter my order, which I did verbally at the employees request. He told me to give him 30 minutes. So I waited. What else could I do? I wanted pizza...A pizza and a dozen wings, 30 minutes. Longer than I wanted to wait but it's only one guy, how much can I expect? Maybe the number two guy called in? So 40 minutes into this endeavor I head back in for my pizza, oops he needs five more minutes. OK. 45 minutes for a pizza and wings. Meh. It was a Sunday and he got an order right before mine. What ever. Onto the food! The wings were "OK", it takes true skill to pull off garlic parm and these guys swung and missed. The wings were sitting in an inch of garlic butter and kind of had the taste, but not really what you think of when you think Garlic Parm. They weren't bad, they were fully cooked, just not up to snuff. The fries. Yah we got fries too, sorry I forgot that part. They charged around $3.50 for these fries. They were about half of what the Chinese place charges me $1.50 for so... Again, not burnt or anything just meh. Reallllly meh. The pizza.The pizza was pretty solid, good sauce to cheese and crust ratio and what not. Decent flavor, BUT when combined with blue cheese... AMAZEBALLS! Sadly these Blue Cheese Tycoons have the cost of a 2 oz souffle cup of blue cheese at $1 even. $0.50 seems high enough let alone $1. So overall. Slow but friendly! Decent tasting. We had a few friends coming for a combo birthday party at 2 pm on a Sunday. There are not many pizza places open on Sunday, especially shops that deliver. We found the listing for Mozzeroni's online and gave it a try. So glad we did! Our sample pizza was very good and the people at the counter made for a relaxed an friendly experience. Our extra large pizza was delivered right on time for our Sunday event and the pizza was great! Their sauce is unusually good. We expect to return many times. read more

One of the delivery guys stopped by the store I work at with a hot bag full of calzones and pizza. For $5 I had a giant calzone that I could only eat half of. Overall, it's a typical local pizza experience...a fair amount of food for a fair price. The reason for 3 stars? Got a meat lovers calzone. No complaints, tasted great, crust was nice and thin. Lots of cheese. Service was reasonable in terms of wait. Restaurant was a little chilly but they kicked the heat on for us. Price was typical, a little more than 10. Came with 2 small containers of tasty tomato sauce. Asked for an extra sauce to take home as I was only able to get through half the calzone, but they wanted a dollar for a little 2 ounce container of sauce. read more

I ordered a large pizza with spinach and chicken, and a medium pizza with just cheese. There was a coupon for buy a large pizza and get a free medium pizza. So I decided to take a chance. First of all, this particular location has seen several restaurant-type establishments come and go over the past few years. No one seems to be able to make it here. Anyway, I did not try the medium pizza, but to be honest the large pizza was quite good. It was not too salty and the crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings worked well together. However, there were far too few pieces of chicken and not enough spinach. But overall, it was a good large pizza. Here's the problem. I paid $23 and change, which, taking the coupon into consideration meant that was the regular price for one ordinary large pizza with two toppings. No special crust or filling, or anything. I asked the only employee to double check the price, which he confirmed with the manager (or owner) in the back. The manager came out front and said I was getting a real bargain, because a large pizza with two toppings and a medium with nothing on it would run at least $35 "all day long" elsewhere. as he put it. Well...I have never paid anywhere close to $23+ for an ordinary large pizza with two toppings at any other pizzeria, anywhere, at any time. Not in the Rochester area, anyway. Plus, the manager was not very cordial or friendly. So, in conclusion, even though the pizza was definitely above average, this establishment's regular price for a regular large pizza with two toppings is outrageous. I will not go back. read more

My daughter and I went to this restaurant 1/26/2017. The restaurant was 56 degrees. The owner said he could only turn the temperature up to 60 degrees because business was so slow. My daughter and I had to wear our winter coats in the dining room. My daughter got 2 slices of pizza one was just cheese and the other pepperoni. She took a bit out of the cheese and said the pizza tasted spoiled. She then took bite of the pepperoni and said the pizza tasted like it the cheese was sour. I tasted both and agreed the pizza was spoiled. I brought it to the attention of the owner and he responded with a loud voice to my daughter. Why did you have to take a bite out of both slices, he wanted to resell them. It just got worse from there...I had to explain to the owner that he was speaking to a customer and her young daughter. He then said that there were no refunds and I said that was fine we could order something else. The rest of the staff would not say a word because he acted like a bully...The food is subpar and the owner is rude, loud, cheap and extremely difficult. I would never eat there again...and will never forget how the owner treated me and my young daughter. I was very upset when I left...Horrible Experience read more
