This place is really nice looking. However I got a pedicure and it was super mediocre. I came in for a basic pedicure and while i was getting it done i kept getting asked if i wanted all these extras. It was very persistent and I felt it hard to relax because I was kind of on edge from it. I kept declining because i literally just wanted the basics and i noticed when i did decline on everything, it felt like the whole pedi was rushed after that. I used to work in a nail salon and do pedicures, it would usually have taken me at least 45 mins doing a good job. This pedicure was maybe 25 mins. When she exfoliated my feet it was literally 10 seconds each foot and the "massage" with the lotion was her putting lotion on my legs and then wiping it up and down with her hands and then she took a towel and wiped it all off. She didn't even rub it in my legs. At that point I understood completely that I didn't spend enough money here to get the bare minimum service. I think I would have appreciated if she would have even spent 1 minute on my massage but I'm telling you it was literally 10 seconds. But my toes looked cute afterwards! At least there was that. And the front desk girl was very nice too. I really wanted to like this place cause it was so pretty inside! But the service for me personally I wouldn't come back. read more

Owner was very rude told me to leave because they where closing at 7:30 only because a month back I came and told him about one of his nail techs not doing her job properly and expected me to pay for the service. Walked in 12/30 to get my nails done. I went in and got a manicure with gel and pedicure with no gel. The salon was very clean and looked nice. After a week, the gel nail polish peeled off on one of my nails. They cut my toenails with a different tool that was not a nail cutter which was extremely disturbing. The customer service was good but the quality of the manicure and pedicure was mediocre. Their prices are good, but they have lots of add on fees that makes it expensive. read more

Beautiful new nail salon in Monterey Park. Super clean. Super customer service. I was fortunate to have Tammy do my pedicure and Cyndy do my manicure. Both ladies are super sweet and do an amazing job. I opted for option 2 for both the pedi and mani. Laughed a lot with these lovely ladies. They accept credit cards, but add a service fee charge. First time here the place looks nice but in the end was disappointing. From the start they mainly push for you to get both Gel Pedi & Gel Mani and worked in rush even though it was not crowded. The lady that did my pedicure cut me 2 times and it burned so bad. Then before starting my pedicure I asked if they can do a basic flower and was told yes. In the end the lady did a bunch of white poka dots only and I said that's not what I wanted. The lady said she couldn't do a flower. Which I understand and asked if someone else can do it and was told NO because I didn't get a Gel Pedicure but regular nail polish they can't do a flower. When I asked for the lady that did my manicure with a flower design they said no she's busy and no one can do it unless I did gel only. So if you want a regular nail polish pedicure with a design they don't provide that service and focus on upselling for GEL everything. I wouldn't recommend this spot. read more

We had an appointment but waited an hour to be serviced. They had us sit at the massage chairs to wait, but no one gave us an estimated wait time or communicated with us in the slightest. Luckily we weren't in a rush that day, but didn't appreciate having to wait that long with the staff looking like they were annoyed to help us or answer our questions. While we were being serviced, the staff was standoffish and irritated. I understand that they are busy, but this experience speaks volumes about their customer service and I will not be returning. read more
