I was afraid we were going to have to wait a long time for the food since it was so early in the morning and they had just opened, but we ordered a way expecting a long wait. The tacos box is such a good deal and everything is fresh and seasoned well. The service is fast and efficient and the restaurant always has seating. I personally think consommé should come free at a Birria place, but here we are. There are many things on the menu but the number one is the Birria Quesadilla. If I could take the birria/broth and add my own noodles, it could be perfect. Added the lime for it to cut the heaviness and that helped it a lot. Bone marrow: this was alright. I usually like bone marrow but maybe this just needed to be seasoned. Probably wouldn't order again unless I was specifically craving it. Horchata: super thick, not as much cinnamon. This got a mixed review from my and my fiancé. I didn't like it as much due to the consistency but my fiancé loved it and happily drank the rest of mine. Overall: bathrooms are clean and food was quickly delivered after ordering (like within 5-7 minutes). Something I didn't like was that while the woman at the register was reiterating our order to us, she stopped to answer the phone and took someone else's order so I just stood there for three minutes, waiting to pay. She then went over my order again and had extra things that I did not order that I had to correct and when she gave us our food, we were missing an item. First time coming here and first time getting Birria! I got the Birria ramen and the 3 piece plate. The ramen was delicious. It was nice and simple, a bit salty but I liked it. The plate was so bomb. I love all the extra lime they give you on the side!! I get all the hype and why this place has such good reviews. Those small hole in the walls really are the best. They have outdoor and indoor seating & the service is super quick. I feel like I was in and out in minutes. Will definitely be back to try more items on the menu!!
