If you're speeding down Research Boulevard (which we totally never do) you might just miss your next favorite coffee spot. Mr. Brew Coffee is a cute and cozy bean shop that feels as if Dutch Bros and Starbucks had a baby. They have both dine in and drive thru options and if you opt for dine in they have a fun and inviting atmosphere to their shop. The coffee was decent and the service was friendly, although they only had 3 workers for what was a very busy Friday morning and I could see they were struggling a bit (which makes it even crazier that they were able to find time to put cute little messages on our cups). We ordered a pot of gold, latte with brown sugar syrup, and a hot chocolate. Their drinks are VERY customizable which is something we look for since there's a lot of value in going back and trying new things. We will mention that the hot chocolate wasn't very good, tasting very syrupy and just not all that. The coffees were great. We think Mr. Brew Coffee has a lot of potential. It has good bones and we will give it another try, maybe when they're a bit less busy. For now we'll settle on them being a bit above average for a coffee place but look forward to trying them again soon.

Oh my goodness, what a tasty treat! I got a small iced latte (which is 16 oz...awesome) and it was delicious! Got to meet the owner, what a lovely human! They are all amazing that work in there and incredibly friendly! Love a home grown business that is all about customer service. She told me she gets up at 5... I was like "you're def in the right business ". Prices are reasonable and the line moves fast! What more could you ask for?!

Drinks are great! I'm not a coffee person and usually stick to the Red Bull based drinks and the two I've tried so far have been great. You get more flavor and actual fruit in your drink not like at Dutch bros where it doesn't taste as good. My fiancé also likes the coffee here and the cinnamon type of cake. Always friendly employees as well. Keep up the good work guys.

Fantastic!! If you're a coffee lover this is the spot for you! We stopped at the drive through to grab a morning coffee, I got their caramel latte and my friend got the J&J. We were both astonished at how good they were! The service was quick and the staff were very friendly, we loved the little positive messages on each cup. I'm glad I'm not local to the area otherwise I'd be here everyday!

This place is soooo cute y'all! You can drive through, but you should definitely go inside once in a while because it's a super cozy and artsy space. The staff is very friendly and efficient, the food is good, and the coffee is great! I've had a latte and an Americano so far, and both were delicious. I'm not into flavor pumps, but if that's your thing, they have a million of them. Do yourself a favor and skip the long lines at SB's and give this place a try! #shoplocal *Update: I got a potato egg and cheese taco this morning and it was really good. One suggestion for the business would be to make some extra salsa bc some of us like to drench our tacos :)

There aren't nearly enough drive thru coffee options in town, and so when I found out Mr. Brew has one I was absolutely ecstatic. The convenience of a drive thru is perfect especially when you're on the go running errands or heading to work, AND you're supporting a local business! The menu is creative and full of fun flavor combinations, with even a large section for non caffeinated cold drinks that are perfect for summer or kids. They also had an extra holiday special menu full of delicious seasonal options. My partner and I ordered the Brewfire (white chocolate, hazelnut) and Gingerbread macchiato (holiday menu special), and we were both thoroughly impressed. Delicious drinks served to perfect warm temperature (it's an irk of mine when coffee gets served scalding hot and not ready to drink for a while or else your tongue gets burned), the level of sweetness wasn't too high yet still packed the flavors promised. We are excited to return and try the rest of their menu! Definitely support this awesome local business that clearly loves what they do.

Genuinely think it's my new favorite spot. Coffee taste strong, not overly sweet. Something about it makes it taste fresh and sorta homemade, if that makes sense. Staff was kind with my friend and I when we couldn't decide what to get. Will be going back soon to try their other seasonal items.

We decided to try out Mr. Brew and it was so great! The owner was the one who helped us and made sure we even liked the drinks before driving off! It was also $18 for a large 4-shot and medium cold brew plus 2 muffins which is such a good price here. And don't get me started on- the coffee was so good and my partner, who is a coffee snob, said his was delicious and the pumpkin foam was delightful - will definitely come back Also- always LOVE supporting Latinx-owned places

My experience was very accommodating and helpful from ever aspect of their operations. They recommended and offered specials for the day. The ambiance and atmosphere was a jolt of positive energy.

I really enjoy seeing Breeny and talking with her when I stop here and to top it off the drinks are really good! They also serve breakfast tacos and some treats. Finally a touch of cuteness - they write little affirmations on your cup lid which is so sweet and fun! This place offers a really personal experience.

I stopped in before close today and the cashier was so sweet. This place is newer and you can tell they put a lot of thought into their menu. I had no idea they did other drinks too. Way better options for cold drinks than most shops -- I was very close to ordering a Red Bull based refresher. They even wrote a cute little quote on my cup. There's some seating inside, as well as a drive through.

I was a little confused when I drove up because I didn't realize that it's inside the Retreat Yoga Studio. There is a neon sign on the window as well as an A-Frame Sign near the entrance to let you know you're in the right place. Parking is plentiful in the shopping center. Because it's in a Yoga Studio, there isn't much seating (though they did have tables set up outside). The vibe was relaxing and calm. I don't know what scent they had in there, but it smelled nice. This wouldn't be a place to study or work as the seating is limited and I didn't see many outlets. There was a small area with bar stools if you need a tabletop, but most of the seating was couches and lounge chairs. It's more of a place to relax or catch up with a friend. I love when coffee shops have signature drinks. I ordered the Cajeta Crème Brûlée Cappuccino. It was so good, but it came in a small cup. The smoky sea salt was delicious! I don't typically care for sea salt in beverages, but it complimented the flavors so well! I asked the barista to sub oat milk which they were able to do but he informed me that some of the ingredients had dairy (which was fine). I appreciated the disclosure. I was able to drink it without any issues. Because my drink was so small, I decided to order a second one. I went with the Ginger Snap Latte (with oat milk) and it was tasty! I didn't like it as much as the Cajeta Crème Brûlée, but it was really good. I was happy that it was served in a larger cup. The space had plants as well as merch like clothing, scented candles, soaps, and jewelry (which was beautiful). The bathrooms were very clean and had feminine hygiene products as well as a basket with bobby pins and hair ties. I love the attention to detail! We were there close to closing time (3 pm). I appreciated that one of the employees let us know that they would be closing without forcing us to get up and leave. It was on par with the gentle and calming vibe of the space.

Nice space, good mix of seating, wifi, local feel, and friendly staff. Their seasonal drinks were usually fun, the bottled horchata cold brew was great when they actually had it, and buying a quart of regular cold brew was convenient. I also remember them being one of the first places around here doing nitro cold brew. No pour overs, but the drip was solid enough when you wanted something hot.
