This place is amazing! Zinger burger is the best I've had in a long time, very flavorful juicy and fried golden brown (you can get it spicy/ regular), it beats KFC/ Popeyes any day! Also, coming from Philly, this is probably the best Philly steak sandwich I've had since I've been here (they also offer Philly steak panini which I thought was pretty cool). The Philly steak is not slathered with a bunch of mayo, I think they put just the right amount of everything in to make it nice. Fries are very well seasoned and similar to Arby's seasoned curly fries although these aren't curly, and in my opinion these are perfect (I hate bland fries, makes me feel like I'm eating straight potato.) Note: if you have any problems to spicy foods, let them know ahead of time as they make everything fresh to order. Personally I don't mind the 7 minute wait time when food comes out incredibly fresh. I got my food to go, and by the time I got home, there was still steam coming out of the chicken, just amazing! Funnel cake is oh so sweet! If you ask them to make it a funnel cake sundae the way you see at street fairs, they're more than happy to accommodate you. We got ours with vanilla Ice cream and chocolate syrup! The people that work at this establishment are the most friendliest and welcoming people I've seen (girl behind the counter always greets me with the warmest smile). Facility: It's nice that they have a big screen tv up against the wall for everyone to watch and be entertained. The facility itself is kept very clean but the small space gives the appearance of it to be a lemon. (I know they're in a strip mall so it might be difficult to expand, but I only say this for ease of accessibility to use the restroom and to be able to dine in with larger groups). They do keep a huge bottle of hand sanitizer up at the front when you walk in which is pretty decent of them. You can tell that for a small restaurant, they're making a lot of effort to keep their customers happy. (sometimes you can only do the best with what you have) The nice thing is that they deliver within a 10 mile radius! So if you don't want to dine in, carryout is not your only option depending on where you live, you may be able to get delivery as well. read more

Went there tonight. The Broast Chicken made me nostalgic and brought back all my childhood memories of Karachi. The broast was excellent and exactly as i remembered the broast from Mr. Broast in Karachi. Every bite was Yum! So juicy from inside and oh-so crispy and delicious from outside. It's a to-go place. You'll definitely not want to eat inside. The chicken itself isn't terrible. It's a full chicken wing. However, the front of house is shady, the menu is shady, and the prices are outrageous. It's expensive and it's sub par/average food. I wouldn't not recommend this place to anyone. The food was as expected because I eat at the lombard location all the time but the service was absolute crap. I get to the location and its a ghost town I order nobody in the restaurant and the lady says it'll take 15 min so I was alright with that. But other people walk in 10 minutes after me order and get there food first. THEY HAD AN OVERLAPPING ORDER!! so she gives the food that should've gone to me, to them. And when I asked about it they said it'll be right out. IT TOOK ANOTHER 15 MINUTES!!!!! It took well over half an hour for something that should've taken 10 minutes. Well I went back to Mr. Broast and wanted to try their Gyros. Big disappointment. It took them 30 minutes to prepare it. There was only 1 other person in the place. When I went to get my order it had "grilled" onions on it. Who puts grilled onions on a gyro??? Then the lady behind the counter got an attitude because I asked for thin sliced raw extra onions. When I arrived an hour before closing the place had a decent amount of customers-empty restaurants scare me, so I was happy. We ordered the 6 piece fried wings for $7.99.What I like about this place is the wings are large, and you get a LOT of fries, you can definitely share a 6 piece wing order with someone if you have a normal appetite. The wings have a nice flavor and if you taste them right away they are really juicy. I ate one in the car that was juicy, but when I tasted another one 30 minutes later all the juicy yumminess was gone. The fries are good, but while my chicken was fresh, they fries were not. Everyone seems to like the fries, but you can get those same fries at Jewel(Orange bag, Jewel brand seasoned fries) I buy them all the time. The chicken was also good cold. My companion said that the chicken was average, but he is used to eating overcooked TINY wings from Harold's. For the price,taste,and the amount of food given-This place is great. I was in the area last night with family and we decided to get dinner from here, we had a medium sized order (2 meals and a bucket of drumsticks) but it took them quite a bit longer then I expected to prepare it. The zinger burger wasn't that great compared to their Lombard location and had almost no spicy kick to it, I actually added a bit of hot sauce to it try try to get some tingle on my tongue. The above mentioned things contributed to the low rating but what pushed it over the top was the fact that they had no bathroom or even a sink to wash your hands, how can you not have those facilities as a dine in restaurant? To make matters worse was the fact that my 4 year old had an emergency and all they did was smile and apologize for not having a bathroom, they obviously had an employee bathroom and as a level headed person I completely understand that they don't want the customers using it, but any decent human being would make an exception for a 4 year old. Went there tonight, I had 3 piece chicken meal,regular, my wife had 4 piece wing meal,spicy. Both of us judged everything excellent. Juicy, crispy skin, tender and hers was just spicy enough. Fries were meaty and just a little spicy. All was obviously fresh and cooked to order. Just a suggestion, order ahead because everything is cooked to order and does take 20 minutes. Girl at the counter who took our order was very helpful and patient since we had questions since it was our first time there. Price was very reasonable for quality and quantity of food. Ordered 2 Iftar boxes to break our families fast plus 4 beef samosas. Everything in the box was rotten! I'm assuming everything was made in the morning and sat out with no refrigeration. When ordering the food at the restaurant the cashier told me they were out of the fruit chat and he would substitute pakora for it. When I arrived home there was 1 pakora in each box. When it was time to break the fast my 2 younger children grabbed the samosas first and ate them. My daughter said that the samosa wasn't tasting good. My daughter then took a bite of the chana and said it was hard. I then took one bite of the Channa it was hard as a rock and not only hard, but the sauce was tasting so sour from being expired. I then moved onto the pakora not fresh too. The pakora had to been made in the beginning of the week and kept already fried in the fridge. I then started smelling something off and took a bite of the beef samosa, the meat inside was way past expired it had a vinegar taste too. After not being able to consume anything in the box. I called the restaurant to inform them about the food. The worker Umar was not forgiving at all. He just kept saying to my husband and I on the phone, "the customer is always right"! That's something you don't exchange with the customer. Not only that he kept repeating himself he wanted us to comeback to get 2 more Iftar boxes. "No, thank you"! Why would I comeback to get the same spoiled food? I told him that I would be back tomorrow to get something in exchange.! Next evening kept calling the restaurant and no one was answering the phone. We live 15 minutes away. My husband drives over there and explains to the cashier our experience from yesterday and that he was there to get something in exchange for the food yesterday. The worker tried to compensate us with $10! The food I ordered the other day was not $10! My husband told them what he wanted in exchange. They told him to comeback again another day to get the replacement food because they're too busy to make it. The cashier told him he should've called in the order before coming. My husband told them he kept calling to place the order and no one answered the phone. We also did call that very next afternoon too and spoke with the cashier and she too was aware of the situation. The cashier then told my husband that he'll have to wait 40 minutes for the food. We landed up getting 8 pieces of mixed chicken leg and thigh in exchange (Their $9.99 daily special)!. When we brought it home to break the fast half the chicken was raw! I've seen bad reviews about this restaurant before, but just ignored. But after our families experience of rotten food and horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone! read more
