Went there tonight. The Broast Chicken made me nostalgic and brought back all my childhood memories of Karachi. The broast was excellent and exactly as i remembered the broast from Mr. Broast in Karachi. Every bite was Yum! So juicy from inside and oh-so crispy and delicious from outside. It's a to-go place. You'll definitely not want to eat inside. The chicken itself isn't terrible. It's a full chicken wing. However, the front of house is shady, the menu is shady, and the prices are outrageous. It's expensive and it's sub par/average food. I wouldn't not recommend this place to anyone. The food was as expected because I eat at the lombard location all the time but the service was absolute crap. I get to the location and its a ghost town I order nobody in the restaurant and the lady says it'll take 15 min so I was alright with that. But other people walk in 10 minutes after me order and get there food first. THEY HAD AN OVERLAPPING ORDER!! so she gives the food that should've gone to me, to them. And when I asked about it they said it'll be right out. IT TOOK ANOTHER 15 MINUTES!!!!! It took well over half an hour for something that should've taken 10 minutes. The wings have a nice flavor and if you taste them right away they are really juicy. I ate one in the car that was juicy, but when I tasted another one 30 minutes later all the juicy yumminess was gone. The fries are good, but while my chicken was fresh, they fries were not. Everyone seems to like the fries, but you can get those same fries at Jewel(Orange bag, Jewel brand seasoned fries) I buy them all the time. The chicken was also good cold. My companion said that the chicken was average, but he is used to eating overcooked TINY wings from Harold's. For the price,taste,and the amount of food given-This place is great. Well I went back to Mr. Broast and wanted to try their Gyros. Big disappointment. It took them 30 minutes to prepare it. There was only 1 other person in the place. When I went to get my order it had "grilled" onions on it. Who puts grilled onions on a gyro??? Then the lady behind the counter got an attitude because I asked for thin sliced raw extra onions. Maybe I need to give cutting lessons. I couldn't eat it because the onions were cut so thick. Never again. Best place for gyros is Skippy's in St. Charles. read more

So let me start with the girl at the counter. Rude! No personality and not helpful one bit. It was like we were bothering her being there. Now the food. Just as horrible as their counter helps work ethic. I had a gyro that had pieces that were as dry and tasteless as rubber. Although they have takeout, I recommend sitting in and asking for ALL of their homemade sauces (3 total and all of them are legit!). So my biggest complaint is it takes way to long to get your food. I recommend if you know what you want call ahead of time. I was in the area last night with family and we decided to get dinner from here, we had a medium sized order (2 meals and a bucket of drumsticks) but it took them quite a bit longer then I expected to prepare it. The zinger burger wasn't that great compared to their Lombard location and had almost no spicy kick to it, I actually added a bit of hot sauce to it try try to get some tingle on my tongue. The above mentioned things contributed to the low rating but what pushed it over the top was the fact that they had no bathroom or even a sink to wash your hands, how can you not have those facilities as a dine in restaurant? To make matters worse was the fact that my 4 year old had an emergency and all they did was smile and apologize for not having a bathroom, they obviously had an employee bathroom and as a level headed person I completely understand that they don't want the customers using it, but any decent human being would make an exception for a 4 year old. I have never had chicken anything like this. It has a little bit of a kick behind it, and I love it. The biscuits have a honey glaze on them, and the prices on them are cheap. We prefer the tenders over the actual chicken, because you get more meat that way. It's a good meal at a decent price. read more

Went there tonight, I had 3 piece chicken meal,regular, my wife had 4 piece wing meal,spicy. Both of us judged everything excellent. Juicy, crispy skin, tender and hers was just spicy enough. Fries were meaty and just a little spicy. All was obviously fresh and cooked to order. Just a suggestion, order ahead because everything is cooked to order and does take 20 minutes. Girl at the counter who took our order was very helpful and patient since we had questions since it was our first time there. Price was very reasonable for quality and quantity of food.
