    Afternoon tea goodies

Not just gelato - Afternoon tea too ! Hidden gem for Lovely spot for afternoon tea, sign up for membership discount and save pp, All the selections were good and service was excellent ! They have these cool teapots for one as we could each choose our own tea. We were the only group in the cafe on a quiet afternoon but there was another group in the separate private room - must see the decor !

Really nice gelato shop in the heart of Steveston village! The space is much more spacious than it appears from the outside. They have a good variety of flavours. I picked green tea, mint chocolate chip, mama's lemon pie, bubble gum, hazelnut and taro. All delicious! They also fill up the takeout container FULL to the top. Great value for 6 single scoops! The lemon pie was probably my favourite (unexpectedly!) -- I thought it was going to be very sweet and rich like cream but it was actually a little tart and did taste like a lemon pie. There were some crust bites in it too. I appreciated that the mint chip wasn't bright green IYKYK. Their gelato is REALLY smooth. The owners are very friendly too! I saw they do afternoon tea too. I'm definitely coming back for that.

We were strolling in the area. My child wanted chocolate ice cream and we happened to walk past this gelato place. Service was great. We were able to sample a few flavours. Gelato was creamy and tasted as described. The person working was able to kindly split a double scoop into two separate cups as my child was not going to share the same cup with me. My only feedback is that I wish there were more flavours to choose from. There was plenty of seating available. They also serve afternoon tea and carry good quality tea options.

e! I like their texture for their gelato, it's a little bit more creamy and dense compared to other gelato places in Steveston that I trie

A cozy Taiwanese family restaurant serving a nice selection of Taiwanese street food and desserts…read more We came here mainly for dessert and ordered the tofu pudding with yam balls. The tofu pudding was AMAZING - freshly made with a delicate soy milk flavor, silky smooth and melts in your mouth. The yam balls are equally impressive, nice yam flavor with just the right amount of chewiness. I could happily eat this all day!

I feel like their other dessert options probably have potential and I can see this being an excellent post dinner hang out spot. Turkey On Rice (3.75/5): Rice and gravy was tasty, but turkey was a bit overcooked and kinda chewy. Black Sesame Mochi (3.75/5): This came out piping hot and the flavors were good (can't go wrong with black sesame and peanuts), but the texture of the actual mochi wasn't as chewy as I like. Satisfying, but not anything special. Taiwanese Sausage on Sticky Rice (2/5): Not sure what the red sauce was, but I really was not a fan; too sweet and had a weird funk to it. Taiwanese sausage also didn't have the right texture or flavor, you want the signature big chunks of fat. Pineapple Shaved Ice (4/5): Decently fluffy shaved ice and the pineapple was candied like the inside of a pineapple cake. Grass jelly sat at the bottom of the bowl and added an extra satisfying jello texture. Traditional Fresh Milk Tea (1/5): Way too sweet and the tea flavor was kinda bland. Maybe the other drinks are better.
