All was fine for a few weeks- no change in cars.... Suddenly, without explanation, a worker appears at my window and insists that the new policy is to remove all hitches from trucks and SUVs. Additionally, my hitch has a lock on it so there's no way it was going anywhere. no one offered to replace it after they took it off and there was no way for me to leave the line and abandoned the errand that morning. Fast-forward a few days later and I try to get my car washed during early business hours and it's closed. I try again later that day again during business hours and again it's closed. I guess the idea is to take your credit card and charge it but not to provide the service. Final comment, it's a tight squeeze when you come out and you try to get your vehicle set up near a vacuum.
