I've had Mr Moto in San Diego and fell in love with the variety of flavors and quality of pizza so I'm glad they opened one in Irvine!!! We ordered so many flavors: The Hulk, California Love, The Shroomster, Extra Virgin, and Piece of Art. We also ordered a calzone, 12 wings, and garlic knots! Highlyyyy recommend the Shroomster as that was my fave. The wings were also delicious and flavorful. I love how they make their pizzas crispy and am always down for a New York slice. There's no seating indoors, but there's plenty of seating outside which was perfect because we brought our dog. Service was helpful and we will be back!

First time trying Mr moto and I was pleasantly surprised! Theres a great selection of different pizzas. The crust is thin and crispy and the slices are massive. Piece of art is my favorite by far. And the stuffed knots were definitely stuffed!

Tried out Mr Moto Pizza to go along with some Spooky flicks and it was a solid pairing! The pies have very robust flavor combinations they are definitely generous with their unique toppings. Bit on the floppy side but the sauce and toppings make up for it, solid pie overall : Mr Moto - Italian sausage, Spanish chorizo, burrata cheese, Chunky tomato dots with homemade garlic paste base. Piece of Art - Pepperoni, Basil, Burrata, Parmesan, Reggianito and Spicy honey.

Amazing pizzas! I'm still blown away that you can actually create a custom box - not just a build your own - but select 8 flavors of pizza. Who said you can't have it all?! My favorites were the furious Diablo, California love, Lobsta 4 (flavor of the month for June and July), and piece of art! I came back the same week to grab a whole furious Diablo for our 4th of July lunch, it was so good. I like how they don't over flavor it, it's perfect. There's no indoor seating at this location, but there's plenty of seating area outside!

No indoor seating, staff was great, service was so quick (since we got slices, pasta took 10 minute tops). Appreciated all the sauces! + Mr Moto Special ($38 for 8 mix and match slices): perfect for a group. All slices were thin crusted and crispy. The margherita pizza was perfectly tomato-sweet (7.7/10). Mr moto was very savory, but liked how meaty it was (7/10) + Caesar salad add chicken: chicken was very salty but appreciate a decent sized salad to balance the pizzas (5/10) + Garlic knot: would pass, quite dense and could be fluffier even when fresh (5/10) + Stuffed Garlic knot: get the spinach cheese filled one! Amazing herby, cheesy flavor (8/10)

Tried Mr. Moto Pizza and it definitely hits when you're craving something quick, filling, and flavorful. The slices are big and have that classic crispy-on-the-bottom, soft-on-the-inside texture. I went with a couple different slices and they were all solid--good amount of cheese, sauce wasn't too heavy, and everything tasted fresh. It's not trying to be super fancy, just really good pizza done right. What stood out is how consistent it is. You know exactly what you're getting and it delivers every time. Perfect for a quick bite, late night food, or just something reliable. Service was fast and easy, and the vibe is super casual--nothing crazy, just grab your slice and go. Overall, solid go-to pizza spot. Nothing overcomplicated, just good pizza that satisfies.

Stopped by for lunch since it was near by my office. A quick pick up for my to go order. Lunch special was available to get two slices and a drink. There is no seating inside because of the outside seating available for common use. The decor was warm with the sliced pizzas displayed for selection. I got the piece of art as part of all the hot honey craze. The pizza was sweet but didn't have enough spiciness. Solid place to pick up pizza for lunch.

I was on a work trip and found this place driving from the airport. I had tried Mr moto pizza in Orange and it was phenomenal. When I entered the restaurant I was greeted by staff. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I ordered the Mr moto pizza slice and the garlic knot. The pizza was delicious and the garlic knot was phenomenal too. Ambiance is customer friendly. This is a great place to have a delicious pizza slice and other great items on the menu.

Super stoked that this pizza joint came to OC! Going to San Diego, Mr. Moto's was always a stop for me. The New York style pizza is the perfect blend of crispy and doughy. My two personal favorites are the piece of art and the Rocky Mountains. What are they? I honestly have no clue, but trust me, try it! The piece of art is basically a pepperoni pizza with basil, parm, and hot honey. So good! Don't forget the garlic knots! It honestly seems boring, but once you try it, you'll be hooked. I recommend it with ranch, but they have it with marinara too. Service-wise, the staff was professional. Patient with me trying to decide what pizza to get and hooked it up with the ranch! The place alone has counters inside to eat, and also has plenty of outdoor seating. Not really much for indoor seating, but plenty of outdoor with shade. It is missing the grittiness that the SD locations have but that'll come over time. Check it out for a quick slice! You'll love it.

Saw this new pizza joint over by JWA, so we had to give it a try of course. Ordered 3 pizza's: Mr Moto, Mission BLVD and Hulk. My favorite was the Mission BLVD even though it was all veggies. The crust was a bit soggy on it, I think if you got it well done, it should be better. The Mr Moto and Hulk were both a tad on the salty side. I wasn't a fan of the ricotta they add once the pie is taken out of the oven. Pricing on them is on the high end, about the same as SGT Pepperoni for reference. It's located in the same plaza as Paderia Bakehouse/Starbucks/ Clucks. Can get busy in that plaza during peak times and I would imagine parking can be bad. There is also parking in the back area, by Starbucks. Overall, it's decent pizza. I would give it s 3.5/5 and would come back.

We got the California love & mr hulk, both were good but I enjoyed the California love more! It's great value for quality! $5 a slice & they have deals like $13 for 2 slices with a drink Need to come back to try the garlic rolls. I wish they had more unique options but it's still a great spot

No indoor seating. This place is basically a storefront with plenty of outdoor shared seating from neighboring businesses. Service is okay. Front staff taking order wasn't very friendly, but wasn't rude either. Ordered 4 slices of pizza and some knots. Was asked to look over my order on the screen to confirm. I did.... Waited about 10 minutes for my order to be heated up and when I sat down, I noticed my order was incorrect. Also, when they handed me the pizza box, I wasn't offered any utensils or paper plates. I wasn't even advised to where I can grab them. Again, I think the staff can work on improving their customer service just a tad bit. I understand that many patrons are repeat customers, but I was not. I also understand that being a small store, I could probably figure out where everything is. However, the friendliness factor was lacking. Pizza was good. Slices are thin, but toppings are generous.

Starting at $5 for a slice, it's pretty good! The pizza crust is more fluffy with a crisp, a little less "condensed" than Terra Mia.. Marinara isn't as good as Sgt pepperoni. Wings tasted better than the pizza. $12/20 and they were meaty! Took 15 min to make them. Even with sauce on the side, they're still flavorful without. chicken bacon ranch pizza 4/5 It was definitely indulgent with the white sauce, and flavorful from the bacon. Meatball ricotta pizza 3/5 decent and not dry, but the red sauce is nothing to write home about. I didn't like how their ricotta is more whipped and smooth, I prefer mine gritty, feels more cheesy! Garlic knot 2/5 Too doughy and not recommended. Don't waste your cals! In the cheaper pizza world, I would choose Terra Mia, but for convenience this isn't bad at all. Service is friendly and parking is easy!

Chewy was our pleasant waiter, very friendly and attentive. Fresh cold water when we sat down and a nice short easy menu to peruse and decide from. No frills, no uneasy decisions. Simple greatness is all that's needed. I'm guessing every table gets the Caesar salad, which was a botttomless pile of fresh lettuce, tons of delicately grated smoothe Parmesan cheese, delicate crumbles of breadcrumbs, with an absolutely decadent Caesar dressing - pleasantly spread throughout the whole entire plate of goodness. Next time I will try the fresh loaf of bread sliced thick with a bowl of cherry tomatoes. Whoa that looked great. Every plate that walked by us whispered 'try me' next time!! Saved the salami Calabrese pizza for home directions on the box which provided the most perfect texture for a reheated pizza we've ever had. Delightful! The pizza. The crust. I can't even believe a whole table while we were eating there skipped the crust of the whole pie. You can't! That's a sin! Greatest sourdough pizza, dare I say delicate but hearty? Perfectly crisp yet soft where it's necessary. I can't wait to try more flavors. Such an adorable place at 'the Camp' -quaint yet plenty of seating outside too for a larger party. It's all you need for a perfect slice of heaven! Thank you Folks! We will definitely be back!

It stunk too. We were theorizing that the dough was made with dirty water, but there was also a possibility the serving pan given to us was used unwashed. Honestly wish we were able to send it back, but there was no time for a remake as it took about 30-40 mins for it to come out in the first place. The Caesar is also very, very depressing. The dressing is missing authenticity and tastes so bland and like pure lemon, the croutons are crushed up crumbs, and it was very hard to get through for $20. We left it behind as a group of 4 with full plates. I literally got fast food fries after this to fill the disappointment and void, and I'm a health conscious eater. The only saving grace was the meatballs. They were very good, and sadly the first plate that came out as everything went downhill. Should've known as this was the only dish that stood out to us when we ate here a few years ago. We decided to give it another proper try but it does not live up to the hype at all. If you want high quality pizza with a variety of ingredients and Caesar salad, go down to X Eats inside Brewery X. Half the price of the Caesar here, and so much better. Theirs comes with proper dressing, fried capers, freshly grated pecorino, and delicious sourdough croutons made in house. The pizzas are about the same price range as here, but pepperoni is like $6 less than here, and they are much, much larger, fresh, and drool worthy.

Ever since then, we've come back repeatedly because the food has been consistently good, and it's become one of our regular spots whenever we're craving Neapolitan pizza. And the Burrata e Tartufo is still the biggest reason we keep coming back. The combination of creamy burrata, truffle, and a well-executed Neapolitan crust never disappoints. During our latest visit, we also ordered the Margherita, which was simple and well done. We also started with the usual focaccia and meatballs. The meatballs continue to be one of the highlights of the menu. For pasta, the Capellini alla Checca was fine but nothing particularly memorable. The Rigatoni alla Genovese con Manzo was the pleasant surprise of the night. It didn't look especially appetizing, but it ended up being rich, comforting, and full of flavor. We also ordered a few cocktails, and while I can't remember exactly what they were, they were well made and complemented the meal nicely. The atmosphere is lively without feeling overly formal, making it a great spot for either a casual dinner or date night. The main thing keeping this at four stars is the service. It's been consistently slow every time we've gone. Thankfully, we haven't had a repeat of our first visit years ago, when our food had clearly been sitting a while before it made it to the table. If they can tighten up the service, I'd have no problem bumping this up to five stars.

I expected it to be crowded as usual and that parking would be insane. Fortunately, and surprisingly, there was plenty of parking. As we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by a hostess. When I observed the dining area of the restaurant, it was approximately thirty percent full. The bar contained about the same amount of occupants. We waited two minutes and the hostess took us to our table. Once we were seated, our server immediately came to our table to greet us and take our beverage order. When she came back with our waters, we both ordered the parmesean chicken sandwich. Our orders arrived and I realized I made a huge mistake as I didn't read what was included in the sandwich. I don't eat pork and prosciutto is included. I apologized to our server and told her about my error. She said it would not be an issue at all to make me a new sandwich without the prosciutto. Once my sandwich arrived, I dove in, and it was good! I wish the chicken was a little meatier and juicy, though. I also didn't really taste too much of the mozzarella and provolone. I love that melted cheese you get with the bite, but it sort of was lacking. The sauces were prevalent and tasty. It wasn't the best I've had, but still good, nonetheless. I had a side of salad and it was just a regular mixed green salad. The service was fantastic! Our server was extremely attentive and friendly. I didn't catch her name, but she had her long, blondish-brown hair in a ponytail braid. I love the ambiance with how open, bright, and airy it feels. Here's the breakdown: Food - 4/5 Service - 5/5 Ambiance - 5/5 I would definitely recommend this place for drinks and appetizers with a really nice ambiance and great service!

The tagliatelle bolognese was the best in my opinion; the pasta was cooked perfectly and the meat in the bolognese was tender and flavorful. I did find it to be extremely salty and greasy though and I usually like salt.
