I wanted to give their food a try but my friend has a severe allergy to dairy so I asked the lady if she knew if the burger bun was made with milk. She said she didn't know and then changed her answer to no when I said I had an allergy and then when I asked a second time to check for butter she replied with an annoying voice " oh my god!". We arrived at our hotel late night, and had this delivered to us. I ordered the arepas through the yelp app and paid extra to get more toppings, but they did not give me the toppings. When I called to confirm, they said that they don't take online orders, but somehow did receive my order. Also asked for some hot sauce which I did not receive. The food was honestly mediocre. The fries tasted stale, and the arepa was a bit dry. If it's close and the only thing open, it's worth it but there's plenty of other places you should try. read more

Horrible service, never coming again. Since the minute we ordered they had a terrible attitude and weren't welcoming what so ever. I asked for an arepa and he rudely said there wasn't any. Stumbled on to this food truck late night after a concert on Sunday when everything else was closed. They serve typical Venezuelan/Colombian fast food. I tried their arepa with churrasco and avocado, the arepa itself was cooked perfectly, hot and crispy outside and moist on the inside. I also saw what others were eating and everything looked very good,the prices were around $7-$11 and the guy who took my order was nice. There was a bit of a wait but that's understandable considering I wasn't the only one who showed up after the concert. I'd definitely revisit this food truck again if I'm in the area. read more

We got two parillas, one arepa and maduros con queso... delicious! Authentic tasting Colombian and Venezuelan grub.

I think one of the reasons I like this place so much is because the arepas are authentic. The queso guayanes arepa tastes the same as if you were eating at an Arepera in Caracas. This cannot be said of many other Venezuelan places in Miami as they have adapted a lot of Miami flavors and fusions with other countries (Peruvian, and Latin American in general). So, I can only speak about arepas as this is the only thing I have tried here. I think they are great. My only suggestion is to improve the sauces as there is nothing like to eat a good arepa with a good picante (homemade hot sauce). Since it's a food truck, there is, obviously, limited seating. But for this very same reason, I think food should be cheaper. You are eating at a food truck, not an air-conditioning place where you can have a table for yourself. Ok so I just moved to edgewater like 3 days ago. I was looking online to order from and I found this place. They deliver and they're a food truck!! So I order an arepa with fresco cheese and sweet plantains and other stuff but the arepa was the BEST thing I ever had in my life (I'm Spanish I have tasted a lot lol). Something really important to me besides good food is cleanliness. I ordered my food and handed the gentleman behind counter money.
