I walked into the station here in Pleasanton, I was the only person in line, a well educated African-American woman... everyone working here, looked at me as if I was a foreign object. They proceeded to help the Asian man that came in behind me. I waited patiently to give my order only for them to get a completely wrong. I guess this is the stupidity that they process I mean, how hard could it be to take a hamburger order? Anyways, they got my hamburger all wrong., gracefully I sat down and begin to eat only to start feeling sick with about three bites in I realized that they did not give me ranch and mustard for my greasy ass burger I went back and asked for some ranch to get my fries in as well as mustard. I was told they charge $.60 for a little 1 ounce thing of ranch. I said oh that must be new because I've gotten ranch in the past. It was free but OK. As I was walking back to my seat I saw this white man sitting down eating his food with two sides of ranch. I politely asked him if he knew how much they charged for the ranch. He looked at me and said oh no, it's free with your order. Wow...right... I will say the only reason why I landed in this place for dinner tonight is because I'm on my way home from work. My car decided to take a dump. So while I wait for AAA, I thought OK it's a good time to get dinner. I guess I was completely unaware that the side of dessert would've been a dose of discrimination and a few incompetent employees. Another lesson learned. I hope they read this and change their ways and approach and most importantly get some additional training so that they can effectively serve each and every customer equally.

Normally I'm used to seeing mango coconut. But this place had banana coconut and it was delicious. You could taste both banana and the coconut. The sago is cooked perfectly and same with the boba. The sweetness was perfect to my liking too! My only suggestion would be to use more ripe bananas since some banana pieces were clearly not ripe ones. Service wise, they work pretty quickly so my husband and I didn't have to wait long. All in all, probably coming back here given the chance.

I made a visit since I had a little time for breakfast before I get to work and I've never really have problems before but this time I walked in around 10:30 and luckily, I was the only one there. I ordered two orders of garlic bread, some sesame balls, and Vietnamese coffee with a gentlemen at the counter who was definitely friendly . Not long after more people showed up and started to fill up real quickly. I've seen two or three customers walking out with a couple of sandwiches and coffees, which left me in 10 minutes of waiting then I hear the gentleman asking the food prep in the back for the garlic bread. Everyone looked around and then he had to go help another customer. Another couple of customers walked out with a few more sandwiches still no sign of my garlic bread, then I heard the gentleman asking again if the garlic bread was ready, and I've seen one of the ladies shrugging her shoulders with no answer then he went on to help more customers as the place started filling up more. This went on for about 20 minutes. I finally got tired of waiting, so I went to the side of the counter, waiting for the gentleman to be available and ask him if I can just cancel my garlic bread but he asked me to hold on and turn to the back and ask the ladies in the back one more time if the garlic bread was ready, then I heard older Employee shouting at him, one order of garlic bread and then he said no 2 orders of garlic bread. She repeated what he said and said with a very annoyed tone . He went back to helping other customers, at this point she walked towards what I assuming where the toaster oven is and glares at me. As she starts to prep the bread she glares at me again with the most annoying look on her face so I looked at back in confusion as to why she was looking at me like that, she didn't even turn away when I looked at her. At this point, I was so confused. I asked the gentleman to cancel the order but he was so busy. He asked me to just wait so I stood there for five more minutes. I finally got the order so I decided to just leave with it, but I couldn't help leaving feeling very uncomfortable and confused. I sat there for 25 minutes for four garlic baguettes that take less than 5 minutes to prep while they prepared Atleast 10-15 sandwiches that I watched customers walk out with and then I get glared at by their employee? I didn't yell, complained or gave a hard time. I understand sometimes businesses can get busy but for a person in the front to ask three times for the most easiest thing to make was ready and get ignored, and my order was the very first order before anyone else is absolutely not ok. It's football season. I order a lot of chicken wings and sandwiches from here, but I will definitely visit other place. If your staff are preparing food for customers and they're going to make customers feel like a burden and they don't want to be there to work why are they even there?
