Meatball sub on a ciabatta bun
Karen R.

They renovated shit was BOMB. Got the meatball sub and omg it was amazing. 11/10 would get again Price a little pricey than subway but it blows it out of the water. Will be a regular. My coworkers got pizza and it looked bomb but I didn't take pics.

The pizza here is pretty tasty. It takes a little bit longer to have ready than some of the other restaurants in the roundhouse so if your buddies order elsewhere they will have their food ahead of you. I got the diablo pizza which comes with sausage and peppercinis and was pretty good. I wouldn't mind it if they went heavier on the toppings but I'd still order this again. The folks were nice. They use a big open flame oven and they have plenty of drink options. I'd return but perhaps not on a weekly basis.

I had the special panini - eggplant parmigiana. Eggplant was so thin that if you weren't told what it was you would have no clue what you were eating. Also, the piece of eggplant was so small that there was an inch+ of just bread around the borders. Split pea soup was good, and the sweet lady who took my order was very kind and helpful.

$5 for half a pizza is pretty decent! Thin crust, Neapolitan Style Pizza. I had the Village Green. Super yummy! Pesto, chicken and tomatoes ...winning!!! I also tried the Mac & Cheese. I wasn't a fan. Stick to the pizzas! I will be back to try the lasagna and cannoli.

Weekly special

You can definitely get better tasting food for better value elsewhere. I checked out Round House for the first time with colleagues today, and unfortunately it wasn't that great of an experience. I should have known better based off of the number of folks waiting for their order. The other two options were thriving while this one seemed pretty dead. I ended up getting the half panini and cup of soup special. At $8 it didn't seem like a bad deal...but what I ended up getting was a semi-warm cup of soup and a sad looking half a sandwich. The textures were okay (panini had a good crunch), but the flavors were extremely bland. Service seemed pretty friendly though...so adding one star back for that. I'd recommend you save yourself the money and go elsewhere.

We started with the Crispy Cauliflower, coated with tempura batter and served with lemon aioli; Roasted Brussels Sprouts, topped with chili flakes & Parmesan and served in a cast iron skillet; and the Hummus, topped with Pepitas and served with thin, crispy parm'd pizza bread. The Chopped Kale Salad came with apple, radish, carrot, cotija, and Pepitas, all tossed in a tangy pomegranate vinaigrette; and the Chickpea Salad also had a base of kale topped with chickpeas, roasted sweet potato/carrot, and charred halloumi, and dressed with herbed pesto. The highlight of the menu was their creative pizzas, which you could order either on a thin, crispy Neapolitan crust, or on a thick, soft, square-shaped Detroit-style base with crispy baked cheese edges. The Fun Guy came with porcini cream, mushroom, onion, goat cheese, and pecorino; and the Hail Mary came with beer braised chicken, caramelized onion, cotija, garlic, and Calabrian chili oil, which gave the pizza a flavorful spicy kick. Overall, my favorite items were the Hummus with aromatic pizza bread; and the tantalizingly spicy Detroit-style Hail Mary, but everything was tasty and came at a good value and with quick service too!

Great people and great heart you can tell they care so much, honestly one of the best most down to earth restaurant in the area. Now, don't even get me started on the food, ordered the cheesy breadsticks and pepperoni pizza. Food was hot, came out quick and so tasty. Flavor caught me off guard with how good it was along with the texture and amazing temperatures. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a great place. The vibe inside the place feels good, good AC and great music. Overall would rate the place 15/10 love

I am now a fan! At the suggestion of Obed (a delightful employee here), I ordered the Butter Chicken pizza and threw in cilantro and green onion, and OMG, this is now my go-to pizza. They have a good selection of beer from India and they also have a few Firestone draft beer selections. The pizza crust was perfect, the chicken tender and the butter sauce was a tad bit spicy but flavorful. I usually like to dip my pizza in Ranch or put parmesan cheese on top. This Butter Chicken Pizza needed nothing. I will definitely be back, and if you're around the area, please try the Butter Chicken Pizza. I nearly ate a whole kid pizza myself! Cheers!

I was originally going to get pizza from Mountain Mikes by then decided to go to Pizza My Heart…read morelast minute. This is actually the first time that I ordered a whole pizza from here. I have only gotten slices in the past that have been sitting for a while. Even though they heat it up, it's not the same as freshly made. I ordered a half Big Sur and half Maui Wowie. I got there soon after I ordered, and they had my pizza ready. I think I got lucky because someone else who had ordered before me with the same order, wasn't there yet, so they gave me that pizza. At least, I think that's why they swapped out the labels on the box. Anyway, the pizza was yummy. Bug Sur has cloves of roasted garlic. So good. They did not skim on the toppings. The kids loves the Maui Wowie. My husband and the two kids ate most of the 18" pizza. Bonus: there was a $7 off promo, so I got the 18" pizza for less than the 14" at Mountain Mikes, and I think it's better pizza. This is my local go to from now on.

I picked up a Too Good to Go dinner box and went home with my purchase. The following day I opened…read morethe box and found that the slice of veggie pizza had a bite taken out of the front of the pizza (see pictures). Really gross that this happened. I sent a message to their contact on the website and nobody bothered to reach out on this. Really disappointing since I liked their pizza. Definitely won't be going back after this. For anyone buying single slices or any Too Good to Go orders from this Pizza My Heart location need to think twice.
