We order from here quite often. Certain dishes are excellent. Service is good but the more popular they get expect wait times. We love their vodka sauce. They used to make a chicken dish with spicy rigatoni but they took it off the menu. If in the neighborhood check them out. read more

We decided to order at the Rossville pizzeria since it just opened. We called a dozen times and no one picked up so we called the Richmond Ave location. We ordered a variety of items. it took over the time they told us it would to arrive and gave no explanation of why Rossville never picked up. The food arrived and everything was ice cold . We had ordered a chicken Marsala platter with spaghetti. It was sitting in grease not even a sauce. They must use the lowest quality chicken because the meat was inedible. It was crunchy and tasted like it wasn't cooked ( although it was) . It was quite disgusting. The rice ball parm was decent although extremely small and ice cold and the pasta dishes were okay the pizza was small and arrived cold and again a chicken wrap the meat tasted rubbery. No one ate their food. We decided to call and at least try and get to talk to a manager or owner and it seems like staff are scared of him. They wouldn't call / text him to get a call back. Not sure how this place gets any good reviews for food and def not for customer service. it's really a shame! read more

We stopped ordering from here years ago but decided to try again. Went for a pickup and stood there for about ten mins while I wasn't acknowledged the whole time and my food was sitting on top of the oven the whole time. When I was finally spoken to and mentioned it the guy behind the counter said "you know we are busy right" horrible customer service and food was awful too . read more

I was very disappointed with my visit to this disgrace of a "pizza" place. My pizza that I ordered was burnt and killed and tased like the odor of gas. The chicken rolls and broccoli roll I ordered tasted like they were days old and could taste the PVCAs from whatever it is they used to wrap the days old rolls. My pasta from the kitchen was very fresh and delicious however highly disappointed with other items I ordered. I would suggest to not eat here and take your money elsewhere where they use fresh food if you are looking for quick pizza or rolls. Service was very much on point but however I am a foodie and the food was not to my standards. I ordered a family meal for delivery which was 3 pies and the Chilean wrap for my vegan sister. I ordered online and added to the special instructions that the wrap be made vegan. Online it says mushrooms spinach zucchini and chopped tomatoes. I called them to make sure that the wrap was vegan. The lady responded with whatever it says online it comes with. I said ok just making sure there's no cheese on it. The order comes everything is nice and warm. My sister opens the wrap and there's slices of mozzarella cheese on it. Thankfully she was able to take them off but why say it doesn't come with cheese when it does. Just wish she would've told the kitchen my request anyway instead of her being lazy read more
