Idk how this place has great reviews. The food is very mediocre in my opinion. The first thing the girl asks us is if we have ever had middle eastern which I thought was funny because clearly my boyfriend is Iranian he looks like it!! Then a soldier dressed in uniform comes in after us and she's like "oh you've definitely have had middle Easter right" I was like wooooowwww!!! Lol anyways we always have all types of middle eastern we are familiar with kabobs and wraps and rice and shwarma!! So we get the lentil soup and hummus and a chicken shawarma wrap hmmm and falafel. I'll start with my least to favorite. My least fav was the falafel it was pretty dry and overly fried, the chicken was way too salty and too much lemon, the soup and hummus were amazing though!! Not bad at all. The chicken wrap wasn't terrible it was just overly seasoned maybe that day I'm not sure. The lady was yelling the orders way too loud like the cook wasn't 3 feet away from her I mean seriously. Idk we have had sooo much of different middle eastern food and maybe there's just not many of this type of food here in Pensacola. We are spoiled we go to Los angelos a lot where middle eastern food is super prime so I won't be too harsh. read more

My husband and I was in the mood of trying something new. We were hungry and ready for anything at this point. We drove by and did a turn around. Needless to say this place did not disappoint! Our eyes were bigger than our stomachs. Being out of town I was fine with having leftovers; especially from Mr.Shawarma. It may be a hole in the wall but it was a very warm and inviting place. Shawarmas from here are a perfect pick me up for a long day. The smell of the chicken alone makes you start to salivate. Well seasoned food and comes out fast. The falafels are delicious, but can be a bit too sharp for some people's taste. It is definitely a place to try and come back to. read more

Great restaurant, food is always good and they are always pretty quick even when they are obviously busy.

This spot honestly was disappointing. I expected more flavor and spices, but ended up being very bland. It was very basic I.e just dry chicken, pickles, and sub par tahini. The fries were similar to Captain D's but with no seasoning. Also, I never got my baklava after paying for everything. I thought I could depend on accuracy, but instead I was just very dissatisfied and disappointed. read more

Great place to grab a quick bite, or a family feast! This place has delicious food, and it is family owned and operated. The owners are so kind and honest people. It is the best Arab food I have eaten in the USA. The shawarma was divine we ordered chicken and beef and they were very good. We ordered fried Kibbeh and there is no description that can tell you how wonderful it was, the Falafel was "AMAZING" incredibly good. The Pistachio Baklavah was a dream. It is the best place I have eaten in Pensacola. I recommend it 100% and would go a thousand times each time I visit Pensacola. It is unforgettable. read more

Pretty good overall with some kinks to work out. The pricing is a bit high for the serving sizes. The shawarma itself, while delicious, is lacking some of the essentials I've eaten in the Middle East like chopped pickles and other chopped and shredded veggies. Seating is limited but it didn't seem to be a problem. Drinks are limited to bottles. I'd come back, but hope to see they lower prices or expand the serving size and bring a fountain in. It's frustrating they don't even have cups for water - you have to buy water. read more

I've been a big fan of this place since I found them recently near the intersection of Tippin and langley. The beef shawarma is very good and worth a try. Recently they put up a new sign advertising goat gyros, I think I'll try those next. Anywho, the place is nice and so are staff, they always give us extra garlic sauce in small containers, the tasty cream one, it's delicious! Highly recommend! read more

Cute & delicious little Mediterranean restaurant. The prices are good, food is delicious, and service is great! I ordered a falafel sandwich (wrap) that was very good. This is the perfect place to go for lunch break because the food comes out so quickly. Very clean and they require employees to wear masks and gloves. read more

The first time I took a bite I was immediately sent back to my time in Jordan. They use similar ingredients that are uncommon to Americans but it makes a huge difference. This place has become more rigid and unwelcoming after the ownership changed. The food quality has gone down too, and there are unnecessary restrictions on customizing sides. Also, every time I come back, there is a new rule. For example, today (8/7 at 4 pm) they told me that they don't allow drink with the shawarma combo super meal.. weird. I feel it was much more welcoming before. Not very satisfied with their restrictive behavior. I have to add to this review after eating their food. The food was so oily that oil was dripping down the forks and fingers. It was not cooked well also. My sister an I recently stopped while on a road trip. Neither of us eats fast food so we find it can be difficult to find good fresh food. Initially we attempted to go to a place closer to the interstate but were unsuccessful. Well thank goodness because even though we arrived as they were closing we were able to get an order of falafel, hummus and salad..., and they were all AMAZING!!!! Hands down the best falafel I've tasted anywhere! The hummus was delicious and you could definitely tell it was made with love not scooped of a jar. I went in expecting to dine in and was a little disappointed to see there were only a few (literally 3ish) tables and a long row of bar-style seating outlining a lonely and stark hallway. There were no waiters. The food was very reasonably priced. It was ok food but lacked some of the elements of Middle Eastern cuisine that I would deem necessary to provide quality and authenticity to the dishes. read more
