I was in the area and on the outside, this place looks like the type of spot that would have good food. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Gwen. She was very friendly throughout my visit. I usually rock with an Italian wherever sub place I go. Gwen told me it was the signature sub; I asked if I could get it hot. The sub was toasted perfectly. The bread wasn't thick and I loved that. I had a turkey and ham sandwich. Few choices in toppings. Had a 6 inch and they put ONE square of cheese split in half covering little of the sandwich, texture was off. It had a weird taste. You just cannot beat such service accompanied by such a delicious product. They genuinely want you to come back again and again and support this small business and I will do just that. Once he sliced the meat right in front of my eyes and went to prepare it in the back, gave me a chance to appreciate how much love and care they are putting into this place. EVERYTHING has its place, neatly tucked and functionally placed. Thier sliced veggies are such a feast for the eyes! There Isent a SINGLE onion slice or pepper out of place. The Asian couple that works there at lunchtime on weekdays is super-friendly. They treat you like a regular even if you're not -- they'll chat you up as they make your subs. It's enough to put you in a good mood for your drive back to work. Tuesdays they have special on their cold subs, so that's the best day to go. They also have stamp cards - 10 stamps and you get a free one. No stamp if you get the Tuesday special, though! :o) read more

Just had my first sandwich at Mr. Sub. It was excellent! I love that they have a vegetarian patty option. The veggies were fresh, and the Panini press was a nice touch. I ordered a foot-long, planning to eat the second half later. Somehow, when I got up from the table, the whole sandwich was finished! Delicious.
