Pictures don't do this spot justice! The food was a 10/10! The service was amazing. I believe we were the last table that arrived before closing and they did not make us feel rushed at all. Such an entertaining experience, the soup and salad is delicious, service is awesome, place is clean and so full of life. It is a great spot for families! Definitely go to Mr. Teriyaki and try to go for a birthday! You'll receive a great desert and nice mini celebration!

YUK! I walked in for a take out order of filet mignon and shrimp hibachi. Price said $22.95 on menu I thought I would treat myself as its a bit pricey for a styrofoam box but whatever, when I paid he charged me over $26 for it. Got the bag which was tied up and left. 25 mins later get home open it to disappointment. Pictures attached! The "salad" was left over stubs of lettuce..thats NOT a salad. Steak was over done and hard (I asked for medium). Soup was clear broth. Paid extra for fried rice which was boiled brown PLAIN rice. I was so hungry so tried a vegetable which was good. I called the place and guy said no managers and no refund unless I drove it all the way back....what?! So kept it for next day took it back.

Love the hibachi here, great chefs and delicious food! Sushi is good as well but hibachi is definitely where it's at.

If not eating hibachi, rice is not cooked and chicken is not cooked all the way. Don't recommend if not eating hibachi.

Their menu is a fusion of Malaysian, Singaporean, Korean and Indian dishes. Is it 100% authentic.... No. Is it delicious? Absolutely. A group of four of us went out for dinner on a Friday evening. We ordered a bunch of different dishes to share. I'll try to capture my thoughts on all of them, but needless to say we all left full and very happy. Our sever, Alex, was also fantastic. Very attentive and super fast at getting our orders and our food delivered. I started with a refreshing dragonfruit and ginger beer non alcoholic drink. Citrusy and sweet and spicy. Highly recommend (ended up ordering a second one to go) For apps we ordered roti with curry Then came all the entrees: chow fun? Malaysian rice, bibimbap, gao bi, chicken curry, bbq streak, roti murtabak. All dishes were well balanced. Not too spicy. Not too sweet, enough acidity and umami. Portions were healthy and meant to be shared. Presentation was spot on. All of our proteins were cooked well. Meat was tender, chicken was juicy and seafood was perfectly on point. Come for the food, stay for the ambiance and fun drinks! Will definitely be back next time I'm in Atlanta

Four days later, Tuk Tuk closed its doors for good. What an unexpected and bittersweet discovery. And I'm so glad I got to experience it. From the moment you walked into the downstairs foyer and saw the tuk-tuk, you knew this wasn't going to be an ordinary Thai restaurant. Take the stairs or elevator to the second-floor dining room and suddenly you're transported. The space was stylish, warm and beautifully done, with wonderful details throughout. We started with an ice-cold Paper Plane cocktail, perfectly made and a lovely beginning to dinner. My girlfriend and I shared the seafood garlic noodles, loaded with seafood and deeply savory. Delicious. Then we spotted the whole fish special on the chalkboard and couldn't resist. The whole fish arrived dramatically presented over garlic rice with a fresh papaya salad. It was enormous -- far more than the two of us could finish -- beautifully prepared and absolutely worth ordering. And because I will always find room for dessert, I finished with mango sticky rice. No regrets. It delivered exactly what I wanted after a Thai feast. I love Thai food. I seek it out when I travel, and meals like this are exactly why. Great Thai cooking can hit sweet, salty, sour, spicy and savory notes seemingly all at once, yet somehow remain beautifully balanced. Learning only a week later that Tuk Tuk had closed genuinely made me sad. I feel incredibly fortunate that I happened to walk through those doors one last time without knowing just how fleeting the opportunity was. After 16 years, that's quite a legacy -- and I'm grateful I got one final taste of it. Life is too short not to eat well or travel well. Get out there and find your next meal on your journey -- because sometimes the places you think will always be there simply won't be.

The noodles were thinner than usual, though they had a nice texture. The sauce was well balanced and flavorful, exactly what you'd want in a lo mein. The beef was tender, though I wouldn't have minded a bit more of it. The portion size felt fair for lunch, especially at $16. While it may not be the absolute best lo mein value around, I didn't feel the price was unreasonable. There was one woman working the entire front, and she was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself is clean, nicely decorated, and welcoming. Overall, I'd return to try some of their other menu items or stop in again for a quick lunch.

Today is no difference even though the management changed, the kitchen staff maintains the same carefully crafted ingredients for dishes of Malaysian and Indonesian, Thai and Chinese fare. Our tastebuds say the flavor is Malaysian, but the real Indonesian names of appetizers and entrees on the menu finds you savoring the tastes you long for. Lempers and eggrolls, chicken satay (5 sticks to one order), Beef Rendang (still an outstanding beefy classic), Bihun goreng and Nasi Goreng made the grade. I must mention that Vegan friendly Kwetiaw goreng with vegetable soup and ginger salad were also on the table, and for the Thai food aficionado, a heaping plate of Pad Thai noodles was delivered. We dont find our way to Malaysian/Indonesian food places very often, but when we do, we have a feast. Yes we can say "makan makan enak sekali, Terimah Kasi Rasa Sayang".
