Incredible service and total honesty!I hit a major pothole that left my car driving like a NASCAR vehicle with absolutely no power steering. I was stressed and assumed I broke a tie rod or a strut. After doing a lot of research, I decided to try the Mr. Tire tucked behind the CVS in Clarksville.From the moment I walked in, Will greeted me and was incredibly kind, professional, and prompt. Ive had my vehicle serviced at Mr. Tire on Ten Oaks Road 4 times. For rear brakes and rotors, 3 new tires. I apologize for my delay in writing a review. Unfortunately the manager who helped me the first two times they both have left that location. One was Michelle she was the manager I heard she transferred to another Mr. Tire location the last 2 times was Manager Will. Michelle and Will were very professional, nice and helpful. I waited in the lobby each time to get the work done and while waiting I observed managers Michelle and Will dealing with other employees and customers and they handled themselves very professional and nice. Came in yesterday because I needed a replacement tire after hitting a curb. Will, the person behind the desk, was super and I asked how quickly they could replace it. He said around an hour and so I opted to wait and do some work in the waiting room. The WiFi was fast and I felt like I had just started working before Will came and got me and told me it was finished. The price was about $35 less than originally quoted, they put the spare and everything away beautifully, and the tire is doing great on the car. Today, I visited Mr. Tire in Clarksville to address a slow leak in one of my tires caused by a small screw (see photo). Caleb, who was at the front desk when I arrived took a look and assured me the tire could be patched for $45, with a wait time of 1.5 to 2 hours, so I opted for the patch rather than buying a new tire. After driving home and returning with our second car to avoid waiting during the repair, I received a call 3 hours later that I'd need a new tire. After asking for clarity, I was informed that they hadn't even attempted the patch. The team in the back had decided it couldn't be repaired. This experience reflects either a lack of knowledge or effort from the Mr. TIRE team in Clarksville, resulting in wasted time and unnecessary trips. After multiple instances of poor customer service at this location, I'll be taking my business elsewhere and would suggest that others consider more reliable options for their tire needs. read more

If I could give this shop zero stars, I would. Came in to replace 2 rear tires with nails in each. Tires were replaced but put back on the rear. Seems like a knowledgeable tire shop would know to put the new tires on the front of a front wheel drive. Was charged for an alignment but don't know how the alignment was accomplished with the new tires on the back. Receipt says TPMS kit was installed and checked. Left the store with the TPMS Indicator on. Brought the car in the next day to find the only tech who could work on the TPMS hadn't shown up for work. Brought the car back a third time with instructions to rotate the tires and check all 4 TPMS and to rotate the tires. Charged for a third TPMS (older car, plausible that it needed replacing). Tires were NOT ROTATED!!! Waiting for that now. read more

They were rude, unprofessional and told me to go somewhere else. I had an appointment to come in to have 4 tirea on my vehicle. When I got there, the young girl behind the desk was kind of rude. Didn't know who I was and I told her. I had an appointment and she's No, you don't. turns out the person who took all my information and made the appt the day before Never entered it in the system. She ginally looked around and found a piece of paper with all my info on it.i said to her call around and See if you could find the tires Somewhere else I took leave from work for this appt. She could care. eventually she called the other person who took my order the day before and I could hear him on the phone with her being really ignorant toeards me, the customer. till I said to him. Hey, I hear you. There's nothing he could do. I said you could have put my information in the system. They could have got some kind of notification. Cause you had all my information to call me and say. Don't take 3 hours of your leave to come here when we don't have your tires so you could have done something. He got really mad and said. Before I say something I will regret. I'm hanging up and he hung up the phone. That's how he resolved it. I guess it was all my fault to call, make an appt. The online appointment system is either broken or not used by the shop. I made two appointments for tire installs (since they only had 2 tires the first visit I had to come back) and both times the service desk rep said the same thing: online schedule doesn't match shop schedule. The first time, they got the tires installed in 75m. The second time it took 90m! Not horrible, but recommend calling to know rather than being surprised. Mr Tire should either take down the online appointment option or get the entire organization in sync!!! read more

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. The tires were not rotated as requested. I reminded the technician to have this done and informed him of the location of the wheel lock and he noted it in bold in the work order. I also informed the technician who was working on the car to rotate tire, yet it was not done. They quickly got it done after. I spoke to the manager Chad about this noting that this was the third time this occurred. He said to me, and repeated it 5 times that the technician was new and he will talk to him about it. He went on to say they do not make money on oil changes and I have done no other work with them. When leaving out the door, he said 'Thank you for leaving'. I talked with Carl at Mr Tire and we settled on Ironman Tires for my 2015 Subaru. I went the next day to my appointment, and I was out the door with my tires within 2 hours. I was so pleased with the facility and the staff. My tires were within my budget and they look good. Driving home I realized my ride was quieter and smooth. I highly recommend Mr Tire....no pressure to spend more. That's important to me. Also, if I have to wait in a reception area, its important to me that it is clean. This place was extremely clean and quiet. And it was nice that Chik-filet was next store and open for breakfast, another perk! When I tell my five year old grandson I have Ironman Tires on my car, he'll think that's cool! read more

Came in to Mr tire for some replacement parts for my car today since everywhere else was booked out a couple days out before I could have my car serviced and Nick the service advisor said he had open availability for the day to service my car and gave me a direct quote with everything I needed replaced and changed out for a good price and he even asked if I was specific about any car parts that they would order being from a certain company or if I wanted aftermarket and gave me the difference right then and there. I felt welcomed and the service requested was more than top notch! Just cause other people didn't like the service they received most likely means they had "other ideas" about how much maintenance would cost for their cars so just call and ask ahead of time before posting a bad review cause you didn't like the price of the service you wanted read more

I've been to this location for tire work repeatedly and alignment on multiple cars. They are friendly, eager to do the work, and don't treat you like an idiot. Great feedback also discussing options while the work is being performed. These "nice" guys FIND A WAY to screw things up big time. After installing tires, they put 1 front DIFFERENT SIZE staggered wheel on the rear. Then charged for alignment after rough ride! Also a suspension piece was installed BACKWARDS and loose, requiring a fix at the dealer. YOU WERE WARNED!!! read more

Bait and Switch: On 9/10 at their web site they quoted me a new set of Goodyear Assurance Comfort Tread Touring tires for $890. When I got there the morning of 9/11, they did not have my reservation, and did not have Goodyears in my size. Specifically, the only tires they had in my size were Yokohama and Michelin. There was about a $20/tire difference in their price. I ended up paying $1480 for the Michelins. Also, I'm missing a valve stem cap. read more

I called the store and got a price on the phone before going over to have tires mounted and Balanced. When I arrived they wrote the work order up and increasded the price by 40%. When I called them on it they reluctantly agreed to the price quoted over the phone. When I got the wheels back they all had deep scratches from the mounting machine. In 50 years of working with cars I have never had anyone do damage to rims like they did. I would not recommend this shop for any work. read more

From the "what was I thinking department" I offer that I patronized this establishment for the 1st and last time. The rating and experience are influenced by 2 things: 1. Three days to receive the tire delivery to the store trashing an entire day of my time. Didn't arrive when promised causing significant delay; 2. Severe vibration at 30-60 mph due to poor tire balancing; 3. Severe pull to left (I surmise b/c I declined alignment b/c I had alignment 2 weeks ago). Not a great experience. I popped a tire over the weekend. I thought the most efficient way to get it squared away would be going to Mr. Tire (hence the name). I was wrong. I dropped my car off on Saturday around 1pm. The gentleman who checked me in told me he would attempt to patch the tire if he could. I get a call 30 mins before closing on Saturday informing me that it couldn't be fixed and needed a new tire. Gave me a set price, didn't offer more than 1 option. No big deal, but the store is closed on Sundays and I use my vehicle to get to work. I had to take the day off, vehicle was ready around 5pm on Monday. Thus, over 2 days without a vehicle for 1 popped tire. The facility is very clean and gentleman who checked me in was friendly. The timeliness and communication is what needs work. My family will use some place else in future if tire issues arise. read more

I needed a battery for my son's 2004 Ford Fusion. I figured I would give Mr. Tire a try since it is close. I asked them to also change the oil. I was budgeting around $200. They never gave me an estimate but called me in a few hours to say the car is done. I was charged $412. They charged me $270 for the battery and $60 for installation. The car is barely worth that much. I guess they are struggling and feel it is good business to rip people off. Don't go to this location (Ten Oaks Road Clarksville, MD). A battery for a car this size is usually around $70-120. read more

Sent my 19 year old to get tires that we picked out on the website. Of course, they "didn't have those" and sold him tires that cost about $75 more a piece. I could have lived with that but they sold him every other thing in the book (lifetime balancing, whatever)for a grand total of $1300. Lesson learned. But then to make matters worse, we didn't even get a proper invoice and now I have to make many phone calls to customer service to get one in order to get a lousy $50 rebate that I had to find myself despite the fact that I specifically asked for a rebate when I picked the car up with my son. Horrible service. Never again. Shame because convenient location but totally not worth it. Should have went to Sparks Car Care or joined Costco. read more
