Have previously brought my Audi here for tires, as local and prices for tires are very competitive plus GMC rebates if I used my CC. (NO LONGER AVAILABLE). The service at GMC is poor. Non responsive. I let management know and switched my Audi tire service to their Ford team, which is excellent and highly recommended. Recent situation new tires only have 20K miles on them. Filed a warranty issue. No call backs, no feedback. Called again told parts is addressing it and will get back to me. No call backs. Called again left a voice message for parts, still no call backs. Interesting, why bother recording your phone calls if management does NOT monitor the calls! Guess their GM is too busy doing commercials with sports people to care about the "actual and existing" customer! Ps NYE Auto is no longer owned by the NYE family. They were sold off, but Buick GMC had issues and continues to have issues after the sale.

I honestly think they were understaffed because they told other people they couldn't change the tires today. But on the plus side, he found me a coupon to save me $10 today which has never been done before, so I guess that makes up for them not rotating the tires. Attention to detail is lacking though since after spelling out my info and entering it online twice, my name and address are still spelled wrong on my receipts. The owner doesn't wear a face mask, and doesn't require customers to wear them (a man asked if he should put this on when he saw me wearing mine, but was told they aren't needed). My Baldwinsville experience was awful. My car is actually back in their shop to fix the work they…read moredid incorrectly. So, I'm conflicted. I had to constantly call THEM to get updates. I got a couple text messages but none of them were updates, they all said the same thing, that my car is "being worked on" and they had my car for 25 days (the first time, at this point, they've had it a month cumulatively, FOR A SCRATCH). The people though, were SUPER nice. Angela especially! When I brought one of my previous cars to Northside in Cicero, my experience couldn't have been better. The whole process was seamless. I got into an ACTUAL car accident with a decent amount of bodywork that needed to be done. I got it back in less than a week. Fast forward to this June. I brought my car into the Northside office in Baldwinsville for a SCRATCH that I got from my parking garage at work. This took a little under a month to get back....for a scratch. Someone hit me and left their insurance info, so this cost me nothing, except my time, patience and the car doesn't look right now. My initial experience was great. The front desk staff and the ones who evaluated my car couldn't have been better. NOW...my car was brought in for a SCRATCH. The paint was rubbed off the driver's side bumper/cheek area and scraped up the headlight. THAT'S ALL! So, why would it take close to a month to "complete" this work. The only part of the job that was done correctly was the color of the paint on the bumper. 1. Incorrect trim piece. The wrong parts were used, and TO BOOT, the part they replaced incorrectly, had NOTHING wrong with it but was replaced anyway with the wrong part. A trim piece needed to be added, THAT'S IT!! Instead, they put a piece on that was made to house a fog light, which my car clearly doesn't have. They took the original out (which wasn't broken), so they knew what it was supposed to look like and replaced it with the fog light version. WHY? When I told them it was incorrect, I was told, "well, we replaced it with that one since there was an air vent down there, it needed that trim piece. I'm not sure how or where they got the part number because that clearly wasn't for my car. NOPE! It's doesn't need "extra venting" but thanks! The purpose of that vent is to cool the brakes. I even showed them pictures of the damage I took before I brought it to them and also when I showed them what they incorrectly fixed. 2. Scuffed up bumper. When I go to pick the car up, the entire bumper was replaced and the new bumper wasn't seated on the car correctly. There was a noticeable gap between the bumper and headlight, which I also showed them that my car didn't look like this when it was brought in. They replaced the ENTIRE bumper, TWICE (again, for ONLY a scratch). The sensors on the car had color matching O-rings around the parking sensors. Instead of color matching O-rings in the front, like how my car came from the factory... like how the sensor O-rings were were before I brought it in to Northside... like how the back bumper currently has (as did the front before Northside got ahold of it)... they're black and stick out like a sore thumb. I'm told, can't paint them, sorry. Well, the BMW factory sure was able to... 3. Scratched headlight. This I get, it had to be replaced because they couldn't buff out the scratch. BUT, this car has adaptive headlights, meaning that when you turn the steering wheel, the lights follow. The new headlight had to be programmed by a different Northside facility, which I'm not real cool with someone else driving my car. So, they "programmed" the new headlight...incorrectly, which is par for the course for this visit. The headlights will go right but won't go left. It worked before I brought it in to them though. When my headlights shine against flat surface, the headlights are uneven now. When I brought my car there, my headlights were even. Now one points up and one points down. You're better off going somewhere else. Just don't bring it to the Northside Collision in B'ville.

They offer all types of repairs and even offer financing for the cars they sell. Growing up, my grandfather was a mechanic and he always did any and all repairs on my vehicles. After he passed, I really had no idea where to go to get my car serviced. I didn't have much trust in mechanics when it came to my car, so I tried my best to find friends or friends of friends who were able to fix simple stuff on my car, but eventually, I needed a more involved repair. I ended up at B&T because my wife had recently brought her car to them for a repair because 5hey are a 2 minute walk from her job. She was happy with their work, so I felt comfortable enough bringing my car to them as well. I have had my car serviced by them several times and they always do a good job. Jeremy in the office is very friendly and will explain every thing that is going on with your vehicle to you. They're prices are reasonable. Still somewhat expensive, but what mechanic isn't? They are also usually able to get your car taken care or and ready for you pretty quickly, I've never had my car there longer than a day. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic in the area.

My wife and I went to Tony Rotella's shop today for a NYS Inspection. Checked in at one of their…read moreservice desks without any waiting. Very nice guy took care of us quickly and showed us the comfortable waiting area and he explained where the bathrooms were should we need them. Not long thereafter he came over to the waiting area to let us know that we were all set. We checked out with the same nice person (I should have gotten his name) paid for the inspection, and we were on our way. Both my wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the clean, comfortable waiting area, the large show room, and we observed that all staff were friendly and they obviously like working at Tony Rotella's. One of the most important things in any business setting is a great culture and they obviously have one and it shows. One other thing I wanted to share that I witnessed while waiting. I overheard one of the staff members on the telephone with what must have been an insurance company. This staff member was in a deep "professional" debate with the insurance company trying to convince them to pay for more for a body shop repair, so the customer didn't have to come out of pocket as much. It was nice to see one of Tony Rotella's staff members fighting for their customer's best interest. He was also very nice in how he was presenting his case, yet firm as well and would not back down. If I'm ever in that scenario, I want a guy like that fighting for my best interest as well. If we ever need body work done (and I hope, we don't) there is no other place I'd bring our car than Tony Rotella's after what I witnessed this morning. We'll also come back in the summer for new brakes and new tires as we've heard from several friends that they are great with that type of service and the pricing is very good as well.
