After he did the suspension, Discount Tire told me my tire was rubbing against the suspension, which means it wasn't done correctly. He also never refunded me for the parts he didn't replace, even though I had already paid for them. Communication was a big issue -- he barely updates you, leaves you guessing, and you have to constantly call him just to get any info. He was cool at first, but once he started flaking, everything went downhill. One night he didn't show, came the next day with excuses, and the quality still wasn't right. While putting on my bumper, he even said "I should've charged you $1500 for this," even though he already had the full $1,200 plus an extra $50 I gave him for gas. Overall, the work was incomplete, the experience was stressful, and now I have to spend more money to redo the suspension correctly. 10/10 would not recommend. Customer service was less than ideal. Poor communication, poor time, inconsiderate of customers time, and prices are higher than what a professional at a shop or business charges. I had to miss a day of work and was late to another appointment because of his lack of professionalism. Advised me to take an Uber to wherever I needed to go as if I would have left him at my home unattended. He had so many excuses. One which included he didn't have clean clothes and had to do laundry, which caused him to not show up until after 4 the following day. He banged around a lot on my vehicle when doing the work. Charged me $75 for a $20 part. He didn't have the proper tools to complete the job. Towards the end he claims to discover another problem that was not an issue before he started working on my car. Asked me if I had credit cards to buy the parts and that he could fix. I didn't feel comfortable nor safe to say anything. When it comes to pay I was charged more than necessary and he wouldn't put my car down off the lift until I paid. Plus as mother he told me my car is now not safe to drive and to be cautious of having passengers in my vehicle. Little did he know I had my tires previously changed and the issue he claimed to be pre-existing wasn't there. The banging he was doing caused the issue he claimed was already there. Since you have attempted to repair my vehicle it drives worse than when I needed the rear brakes done. It makes sounds it didn't make before and one of the lug nuts was even loose, which I will add a picture of. In all the years I have had my car a lug but has never been loose. It does not surprise me that you have a tendency of blaming customers for your inadequacies and incompetence. You are a small business owner and I was referred by a friend. I do my best to support small businesses, especially when they are minority owned. However, on occasion you come across some that lack integrity and take advantage of people. I know my truth and my experience. The universe has a funny way of taking care of itself and I'm sure my experience isn't the only one. I hope you conduct better business moving forward and that others won't be made to spend more to fix issues that you have caused like myself. He overbooks himself and ends up having to reschedule times three. He will replace everything under the sun before he troubleshoots it properly. He does not keep his word reimbursement for parts that I have to go to the store and purchase because he never bothered replacing gaskets when he replaced my compressor. And because he didn't have the proper equipment when he arrived . Sure he can take apart a car and put it back together but he's not looking out for you he's looking out for his wallet. I had to tell him to Evac the AC system before he put freon in it. Then he blamed me for having to come put more freon in it when he had to do it all over again because of his inadequacies. He sat on the front of my car while he was looking on his phone. Smoked with dangling ashes over my engine. And the third time he came he finally never cleaned up all his greasy fingerprints all over the front end of the car. Also dropped tools that bumped against the front of the car.
