Great product from an amazing team member! After lunch, I had boba on the mind. This place was the closest, but it was a fantastic choice. The place is clean has plenty of room for indoor seating. The tea-maker asked if we wanted anything in particular, and warned me about my first inkling... I asked about the taro milk tea... it was from the root and not the powder. I know the difference and was glad that he made an effort to give me heads up. I went with a Tiger Milk Tea boba and was super pleased with the results. I ordered the small and it was both refreshing and filling. The boba was cut fresh, it was actually warm. I would certainly visit this boba place again.

Was searching for a authentic boba place while I was visiting the area and I found this! Got a regular boba milk tea and my bf got a peach slush and we both loved our drinks and thought they were as good as the ones back home in SoCal where all the good boba is at! The bobas were warm, brown sugar coated chewy goodness. Also huge fan of the mini filled waffles. They're shaped like paws and just so adorable! They're made to order and so warm and fresh. Loved the taro and custard fillings.

I think the aesthetic is really cute but my tea was not made properly. I asked for a mango slushee with boboa but she didn't even blend it with ice unfortunately. I ended up going home pouring it into a blender and re-making it myself. Also, the waffles were disgusting reallyyyy really weird after taste that both my bf and I could not stand! I will not be going back.

New tea place in the area!! They recently opened this month! I tried their Special Wish Fruit Tea, it is black tea based and has orange juice in it with some fruit pieces as well. All their juices are freshly squeezed and they use liquid can sugar as a sweetener!! I loved the flavor, got less ice and 60% sugar sweetness which was perfect for me. Definitely coming back because they use freshly squeezed juices and fresh fruits in their teas. The servers pleasantly welcome you and they are really helpful in explaining their teas! They have enough seating area, pretty chic.

So glad we have a mr wish near us now. My favorite drink there is the colorful fruit teas. You can request the level of sweet and I like the crunchiness of the passion fruit seeds. Service is great! They made my drink really quick so perfect if you have a limited lumch time. I've never been a fan of mr wish milk tea but their fruit teas always very good. Taro milk tea here is made with real taro though so it's a plus!

Tea was quite good, I ordered the lychee fruit tea and did not realize it came with the jelly as it wasn't specified on the menu. The 60% tasted a little sweeter than I expected, but I suspect 30% would not be sweet enough, so a value in between would be nice. My friend got the same in strawberry and was a bit disappointed. We both ordered the Aloe topping, but there wasn't that much of it. Inside the cafe was a lot of space for seating, and it was pretty quiet.

Fantastic tea shop! The staff was incredibly friendly and made our drinks to perfection. We all enjoyed our drinks and cannot wait to visit again! Cute atmosphere & photo wall. Fantastic drinks and lots of parking. Service was very quick! It looks like they also had mini waffles and a very extensive menu, full of lots of options. Will definitely be trying more of the fruit teas with pulp - it was very fresh!

Really good boba! They have a pretty extensive menu, and lots of fresh options. I got the grapefruit green tea with boba with 0% sweet (4/5). Boba was perfect texture! Just wish my drink was colder (the boba made it warmer). The waffle cakes were so good! 5/5. It was nice and crispy and not too sweet. Great texture (mochi like). Will definitely come back when in the area!

Parking: it is located in a shopping center, so there is a lot of parking! You do not need to worry. Seating: there's some tables and chairs. Most are two seaters. There is one table with four chairs. So it may be hard for a large group to sit altogether. Food: the drinks are pretty good! My friend thinks this place is one of the better bubble tea places. We got the waffle cake custard and liked it! It was warm and not too sweet! Bathroom: their one bathroom was not working when I asked. Price: it's slightly more expensive than some other bubble tea places. Service: our server/cashier was very helpful and patient. She was very nice and did a great job! :)

The person behind the register was very patient with us as we looked at the menu. My family has a kumquat tree in our backyard and I really wanted to try this drink. I wanted to get 30% sweetness for my drink and he recommended I get 60% instead! The 60% was perfect! I wouldn't mind 30% though for next time. It really reminded me of the hot kumquat lemon drink my mom would make me when I was young. The custard waffle was also very good and didn't take too long to wait for. So good!!!!! The waffle was perfectly cooked and the custard was warm and delicious and not too sweet. I wish this shop was closer to where I live.

I was so excited to see Mr. Wish here! I've been to the one in Eden Center and always had good experience. When we first walked in, the staff greeted us. Although smaller, the inside decor was similar to the one in Eden. I went with my two go-to orders here - the Black Tiger Milk tea (fan favorite) and the Kumquat Lemon Fiber Jelly Tea. I also got an order of the Dog Paw Waffle Cakes with custard (comes with 4 waffle cakes). I loved all of it!! The dog paw waffle cakes were soft on the outside and really warm and gooey on the inside. I'd definitely get this again! The teas were consistent with what I've had at the other location. I'm so glad they brought a location near me. I'll definitely be a regular here!

If you are looking for a fresh and healthy tea beverage, then make your wishes come true at Mr. Wish. They cut each fruit ingredient in-store and you can taste the freshness. Was looking for a bubble tea place and walked in, but it was very special. I ordered Wish Special Fruit Tea with a black tea base and I loved it. It has orange pulp, passion fruit seeds so if you don't like pulpy drinks, I don't recommend it. Next time I want to try colorful Fruit Tea with more fruits, their signature drink.

Today, June 9, I ordered the same two bowls. I tipped 20% (the default option), and the bowls themselves were made correctly. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. The employee behind the counter never greeted me, never thanked me, and seemed far more interested in her personal phone call than helping customers. When I walked in, she briefly put her phone down, handed me my order without saying a word, then immediately picked her phone back up and walked to the back to continue her conversation. I'll definitely continue coming here because I genuinely like the product, but based on these experiences, I won't be tipping going forward. Good food can keep customers coming back, but good customer service matters too.

Indeed, most of the Vietnamese clientele in the small restaurant seemed to be enjoying hot bowls of bun bo hue, so I went with a bowl of that and my non-beef-eating wife chose the bun rieu. The bun bo hue possessed a clean yet very flavorful broth with notes of lemongrass and hot chili. The meat portions included generous slices of beef shank, pork trotter, blood cake, and pork sausage. Some of the beef shank cuts were a little tough, but the meats otherwise tasted up to par. The accoutrement of herbs and veggies included some authentic, hard to find garnishes such as banana blossom and Vietnamese coriander, which added a fresh, crunchy bite to complement the heady soup. Overall, this was an excellent bun bo hue and rivals many you can get at Eden Center. Similarly, my wife's bun rieu was superb. The broth had a light body but a very distinct and savory shellfish flavor. The crab and shrimp paste had a very silky texture and the bouncy fried tofu cubes soaked up the tomatoey broth perfectly. The bun rieu ran just a touch salty overall, but nonetheless is among the better renditions we have tasted in the area. Our bowls were about $18 each. While a bit steep, the portions satisfied and the quality of ingredients merited the cost. As the name alludes, bubble tea is also served here. My wife enjoyed a solid taro milk tea along with her noodle soup. We have gotten drinks from here in the past and find the offerings above average though, unlike the awesome soups, not necessarily worthy of a dedicated stop. Teabreak also serves other Vietnamese dishes such as banh mi and meats over broken rice, which actually looked quite appetizing coming out of the kitchen. I give this place a solid 4 stars for really tasty, specialty noodle soups and can easily foresee a five star upgrade in the near future after sampling some more dishes.
