And these came with the best runny ranch. It was a huge portion to split between the two of us, so we had lots left over. Our sandwiches came out shortly after and looked amazing. They were super stacked with tons of meat! I really liked the addition of the grainy mustard which helped cut through the fattiness of the meat. My friend liked hers - it had pistachio butter and ricotta (similar to a delicious sandwich I ate at a wine bar in Detroit). Portions are large and it's a cozy, neighborhood spot. Nobody likes dealing with a missing order, and there is definitely room for improvement in their Uber Eats process. However, mistakes happen in every business. What matters is how a company responds when things go wrong, and Stella's showed they care about their customers and reputation. Not a perfect experience, but the recovery effort and customer service earned back a lot of goodwill. We'll give them another chance.
