Once I was ready, he took my order and gave it to the cooks to make fresh while he continued helping other customers. When he came back, I paid, and by the time I sat down, my food was already at my table--hot, steaming, and looking amazing. Now, let's get into the food. This burger was fresh, hot, and straight off the grill. My mouth was still on fire after the first bite, and I have zero complaints. I got the double cheeseburger with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup, and mustard. The flavor of the burger was amazing, and everything complemented each other perfectly. 10/10 The fries were hot, fresh, perfectly crispy, and had great seasoning. 8/10 by themselves and 9/10 with ranch. Their homemade ranch was another banger. I dipped both my fries and burger in it, and it took the whole meal to another level. 10/10 The mac and cheese was a different take on the classic, and I wasn't complaining. It had a unique flavor that I really appreciated. When it arrived at the table--brought singly out by Fernando (I believe)--I realized that I hadn't asked for the lettuce or tomato and I mumbled that to myself. But, I did not ask outright! Lo and behold, not a minute later Fernando appears with a plate of lettuce and tomato. How terrifically caring is that!?!?! And my burger was perfectly cooked and I did not have a bad reaction which means McKenzie got all the instructions exactly right and the chefs did exactly right, too! I thank all the staff very much!
