04.19.25 - we decided to order pizza and a salad from here during our Renaissance Faire weekend. The website showed many options available with regular crust, thin crust, and Detroit-style pizza available as options. We went with the Detroit-style Mr. Jimaterian, no tomatoes and bell peppers, and with jalapeños added. The website makes it super easy to customize your pie. And we went with a dinner salad to pair it off with. The pizza arrived before the estimated delivery time right to the hotel room door. Our driver was friendly and helpful with the delivery. We were amazed at the size of the salad and amount of toppings. The lettuce and spinach mix we asked for (another custom option) was done perfectly. It came with a couple of dressing cups and crackers. The pizza was delicious. It wasn't as much a Detroit-style pizza as it was a huge cheesy bread with pizza toppings. That was our impression. The crust was doughy and pillowy but delicious. The toppings were laid on perfectly. We enjoyed all of our food thoroughly and ate most of it even after gorging ourselves all day at the Ren Faire. We wanted pizza and don't like the Pizza Hut location in Waxahachie so someone mentioned Mr Jim's. WTH ! Pizza's pizza right? From the time I ordered over the telephone until the time I picked it up, I can't say enough good things about the man (kid) that took my order. Very courteous on the phone and thorough. I get to the store and recognize his voice as the one who took my order. He was fairly short and looked to be about 12 or so but he was very polite and acted like he cared about what he was doing. I thanked him again and took my pizza home and ate it. All of the family commented that they liked it because it was hot and freshly made. Mr Jim's has a new customer from now on. read more

This was the first place we ordered delivery from when we moved to Wax. I was intrigued by the various crust options, but opted for the sesame seed crust. We loved it! The crust was out of this world! There was so much cheese it was mind blowing. And the cinnastix were intoxicating. They also have fantastic salad. I get the one with all the fixings. I used to work there and it is un real how bad the owner nick treats his employees and all the staff there he is greedy and can't even let one of my old coworkers have off two days for graduation because his whole staff is high schoolers and he doesn't wanna close the place for one day. he would call us names and yell at us for no reason. the pizza is alright at best but he jacks up the prices by atleast 500% you can get better pizza else where. read more

After several debacles of Milano's my wife ordered a large supreme with extra sauce and thin crust for pick up. Needles to say this was by far a better pizza. Lots of sauce. Very crunchy and well cooked. Lots of ingredients and the extra sauce which I like. Mr. Jim's will be getting our business for now on. 5 stars for great tasting and well cooked pizza. read more

Ordered a sticky finger pizza,it was one of the worst pizzas we have ever eaten,the crust was soggy and greasy most of the meat on it was tough,it was not at all enjoyable. About six year's ago when we lived in Midlothian the Mr Jim's sticky finger pizza was our favorite pizza Waxahachie is another story we will never order another pizza from the Waxahachie location. read more

Place is a joke. Leave it to them to mess the order up. Then they tell you how your being refunded for it but you have to wait so long to receive the money back into your account. Best pizza in Waxahachie! Great value, always specials going on, reasonable delivery fee. I love the seasoned crust too! Our favorite varieties are the ultimate pepperoni or cheese lovers - so yummy. The crust is a nice thickness, no cracker varieties that don't fill you up. read more

I'm usually not a fan of large pizza chains but that's not the case with Mr. Jims. Their pizza is very tasty without being salty which is an issue I usually have with most pizza chains. I love that they have options for seasoned crust, my fav is their garlic Parmesan. read more

It's all about the crust. So good and never soggy. My favorite is the Mr Jim pizza which is loaded with veggies and meat. The slim jim salad is also fantastic. Favorite pizza of ALL time! Always been my favorite since I was a child. Mr. Jims fixes my mood! I love the pepperoni, cheese or beef. My kids love it as well. The waxahachie location has amazing customer service the young lady named Ashlee was so good over the phone she answered every question well mannered and the request i had for them to wear gloves she was very understandable and was going to go out of her way to make sure it happened. And the manger Amy was very nice also i told them i only had 100 dollar bill and went out of her way to make sure there was change for me . The woman who took my order asked my name and number four times before finally letting me order. The driving directions they have listed here are 10-15 mins from the actual restaurant. So over twenty minutes when I finally arrived I let them know about the wrong directions and they said there is nothing they can do about it. The pizza was so runny everything fell off the top. Yes, the pizza is delicious at this mr jims, but the management and employees are untrustworthy and thieves. I usually order from mr. Jim's when I'm at work and this particular week I had ordered twice before because I love their salads. So I place my order at 5:45 and I get a text on my phone saying that my credit card has been authorized for $20.11 and that was the total for my order. So an hour and a half later the pizza guy arrives and I sign the ticket for $20.11 and sign my name at the bottom and gave him a cash tip of $5. about 2 hours later I get a text saying that my credit card has been charged $25.11. Which is strange to me because my order was only $20.11 but somehow my card got charged for$ 5 more. Seems like somebody gave their self an extra $5 tip because the cash $5 tip that I gave them wasn't good enough. So as soon as I got the text I immediately called the store and ask for the manager I explain what happened and it was literally about a 35-second pause from him before he responded i. And when he did respond the only thing that he said to me was" well it's probably something with your bank." And after telling him that my bank would have nothing to do with my phone telling me that mr. Jim's just charged my credit card for $25.11 he again, stayed silent for about 30 seconds and then told me that I could call the customer service number. When I ask to talk to the general manager he informed me that he was the top and there was no one else that I could speak to. And then I tried calling the customer service number and they send you around in a loop and there's no one you can really talk to I left a message I didn't hear anything back I tried calling the store again snd wad put on hold for 5 min and then he hung up on me. So all in all it's good pizza but it's criminals that work there and you could spend your hard-earned money in a place where you can actually trust the people dealing with your credit card information. Becuase once you give tbem thay information they can do whatever thsy want with it. read more

A little pricier than other fast food pizza restaurants but the quality makes it worth it. They always prepare a pizza. What I mean by that is there is crust, hearty marinara, loads of cheese, and a nice amount of toppings whereas pizza hut for example, serves up tomato paste on cardboard. My analogy, my opinion.
