I've never been to an actual store for Mrs. Fields before so this was a treat! Pros: - No line so it was pretty quick to get my food - Cookies were GREAT! I love how they're on the smaller size, so they were perfect for munching while walking around the mall - Prices were reasonable for half a dozen small cookies (Around $6 after tax). Cons: -Cashier had attitude. I asked her which cookies were the softest, and she said "They're all soft" so I asked if one was softer than the others, to which she said "I mean, I guess there is one".....and then didn't tell me what it was until I asked her to tell me the name. There was also eye-rolling. I was asking pretty standard questions, not sure why they were so irritated. I was the only person in line, so wasn't like they were busy either.

The store was basically empty on the Sunday before the major black that happened on Monday. The two men near the register were chit chatting with each other and they hesitated to even come to assist us. As we browsed the Gelato options from left to right for a brief moment we then noticed a family of about five people came in. We immediately noticed the difference in response time to this family's arrival. One of the employees immediately went over towards our left as they entered and said, "Guys, when you are ready to order come over by the cash register." This is why it is important for business owners to train the people they hire about appropriate customer service because although the employees are not owners, they are representatives of the business. So business owners have to be careful about who they hire. Hmmmmm, how convenient for these new guests and inconvenient for us that we were not acknowledged until the employees felt compelled to share this ordering practice with a new group of patrons after we were already waiting. That behavior was enough for us to know it was time to walk out. I refuse to spend my money where I can see overt disrespect.

Rows and rows of vibrant, beautifully swirled gelato in every flavor imaginable Ordered the dubai chocolate flavor and also the tiramisu and cookies and cream. All of them were bomb. The gelato is incredibly smooth, creamy, and packed with real flavor. None of that icy or artificial taste you sometimes get with the supermarket brands. Staff lets you have free samples to taste so you can know which one to order. I love that you can watch them scoop it with care. It really feels like a little work of art in a cup or cone. They also have a great selection of gelato bars and popsicles if you're in the mood for something handheld. The staff is always friendly and patient, especially when you're standing there overwhelmed by all the delicious options. There is also a see through glass where you can see how the gelato is prepared in the back. Whether you're shopping, hitting the water park, or just need a sweet pick-me-up, Lucciano's delivers every time. Fresh, high-quality ingredients and generous portions. If you're in the mall and have a sweet tooth, do yourself a favor and stop here. You won't be disappointed!

The display case is packed with beautiful Italian pastries and breads that look (and taste) straight out of a bakery in Italy. I went with the pistachio croissant. It was fresh, flaky, buttery, and not overly sweet, which I really appreciated. Also got a prosciutto sandwich in ciabatta bread. The bread was a bit tough but I guess that's how ciabatta bread works. It tasted great though!. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully made. Service was friendly and helpful; the staff happily explained the different filled croissants and options when I asked. Will definitely return next time I'm in American Dream Mall!

There were also a ton of options to choose from, which made it fun just deciding what to try. Unfortunately, the taste didn't quite live up to the presentation. While everything looked amazing, the flavors were pretty mediocre and didn't stand out as much as expected. Overall, it's a great place if you want a pretty dessert experience or cute photos, but not necessarily the best if you're looking for bold, memorable flavors.

We decided to try the bubble waffle and orange lime fruit drink. The nice part is you are able to customize your drink, if you prefer it less sweet. You also have tapioca or popping bubble options for all the drinks. I decided to get without because I was sharing with my son. The drink was really good, it was sweet and not too sour and you can definitely taste the natural orange and lime. The bubble waffle had cheesecake pieces, strawberries, strawberry syrup drizzle and condensed milk drizzle. It was really good, definitely on the sweet side. The waffle on its own wasn't really good, but with the toppings it's delicious. The employees were really nice. I wish the place had more modern decor and better seating. But I'm wondering if maybe not a lot of people dine in.

Because of the process, the rolled ice cream takes a while, so not everyone in a party may end up enjoying their treats at the same time. These days, sweets can get very pricey, so this is definitely a treat yourself experience. The boba here was very soft and chewy - the best I've had in a while. I don't think they have a good AC system because it was quite stuffy, and we hadn't even hit true summer heat yet!

I will definitely go back for this again any time I am in the American Dream Mall. The shop was clean and well-kept. All flavors and options were clearly-displayed for first-timers. Why deduct the one star, you ask? The staff member working today did not seem incredibly happy to be there and was very cold when we had a few simple questions. Not a huge deal, but it does leave an impression. Maybe she was having an off day. Will definitely try it again.

I tried the Bigface Coffe Affogato which while tasty, was a bit too creamy. With that, we opted for a small size of the: - Black Cherry Chip: Absolutely delicious, my favorite of the two! As a young kid from Louisiana, one of the first things I missed was the culture, flavor, and sweet treats that reminded me of home in New Orleans. Back then, my teammates used to tease me relentlessly about being the "fat rookie from Louisiana" because I was always chasing pralines, cookies, pastries, and every sugary delight imaginable. Not long after arriving, I stumbled upon a hidden gem that instantly made me feel at home -- Lyndhurst Pastry Shop. This led me to "SACKING" tons of NFC QB's over the years. From day one, Paulette, Jerry, her father, and the entire staff have treated me like family. Decades later, they are still absolutely knocking it out of the park. Whether it's their incredible Italian ice, authentic cannoli, specialty cookies, or my personal weakness -- their unbelievable apple rings -- this place never disappoints. Truth be told, I can't stop there without bringing one home for my wife. Some places serve food. Others serve memories, tradition, and comfort. Lyndhurst Pastry Shop has done that for me for over 40 years. A true North Jersey institution. Five stars isn't enough -- if I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would. Leonard A. Inside the venue is a true classic bakery atmosphere and while there is usually a line, the service is brisk and moves fairly quickly. If you want to impress your holiday season guests, family or friends, the LPS is the right venue for traditional Italian baked goods and desserts! As i return to NJ for the holidays, I will make at least three or four stops at LPS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
