I love Mrs. Fields cookies! I always have ever since I was a little kid. They have a perfect crispy edge with a super soft center. There are full sized cookies and nibblers, along with small and medium decorated cookie cups, and brownies. There's also drinks. Really no matter what you get, it's going to be delicious.

    Iconic in my opinion

This always hits the spot. The food looks so fresh and so soft. I love it. The only thing is that they still don't take any "tap and pay" so come with your card or cash. The deals are less expensive than other gourmet cookie shops. Highly recommend. Local business 2 thumbs up for taste. It is located on the second floor in the Main Place Mall at the food court. There are small table and chairs to enjoy your cookies and people watch if you like.

I was pleasantly surprised with my Mrs. Fields cookie! First of all, I couldn't believe that this Mrs. Field's was still at MainPlace Mall, what a time warp! I ended up getting my old go to Which is their white chocolate macadamia nut. Right when I bit into it, it brought back old memories! It was just as good as I remembered it being. I love Mrs. fields! My boys got the sugar cookie with frosting and of course they won't complain over any type of cookie. It was nice to see that Mrs. Field is still at main place! And, still is the best cookie!

Ordered over the phone; they only need 20 minutes notice! Awesome!

Great experience here yesterday. I was in a bind and had forgotten to order my daughter's cookie cake for her birthday party! I called a local cookie place and they said they needed 48 hrs. notice. I called Mrs. Fields, and they said they could have it ready in 20 minutes! Wow! They asked me the colors, and what I wanted written on it, all over the phone. I picked up the cookie later that day, and it was perfect. Ready on time, no errors, and it was so cute! It was about $35 out the door, but we served about 15 people, and had half leftover. It was very rich, so only a small slice will suffice. I served ours with ice cream. Definitely will keep Mrs. Field's in mind for future parties!

Hadn't been here in awhile and was disappointed in how thin and greasy the "Deborah's Special" oatmeal cookie was. Had always looked forward to getting cookies for my kids, but they were kind of tasteless, really thin and greasy. And they fell apart. Nice kid served us up at the Mall. Will probably come again for memory sake, but there are better places where one can get a chocolate chip or oatmeal cookie

Charging $7.98 for two cookies is robbery. I should've asked the price before buying them. Never again.

Santa Ana downtown is all metered street parking so be prepared to pay for parking. The stand is located right in front of the market so it isn't too hard to find. It's in the market so there's open seating and can get quite loud if there's a lot of people. Unfortunately, I was greeted very poorly when I got here. No one was available to help and periodically she would yell over to see if I was ready to order in a very bad tone. When I asked about the cheesecake selection, she said "you have to wait 30 min." I then asked what flavor it is and she said "pandan pineapple" in an annoyed tone. I asked if there were any other flavors and she said "no because I still need to decorate. You should really come later at night." I'm used to bakeries selling out later in the day but I guess it's opposite here. As if it couldn't get worse, I asked her if there are any coffees she recommended, and she said "viet coffee." I then said viet coffee is usually too strong for me and asked if there were any other recommendations and she doubled down and used a horrible tone to say "I already said I recommend the viet coffee." Therefore I opted to just not order coffee at this time. I ended up still ordering 2 cookies: miso toffee which was too firm and the ube coconut which actually was well balanced and had a nice coconut filling. I really hope they improve their customer service.

Ordered a sampling of their wares, and all were excellent. My wife looks for articles and stories about businesses with a Filipino angle, and showed me a NBCLA story about 61hundred bakery. Since we were going to be in the area anyway, decided to stop-in on a Friday morning soon after it opened. There was continuously a line snaking outside, with a few people allowed inside at a time. Once inside, it moves fast with a person grabbing each item as you asked for it and putting it on a tray. The cashier then counts the items on the tray, and takes your payment. By the time we tried to buy bakery items, the blue masa sourdough was gone. However, we were able to buy some other items to try: Classic Sourdough ($12) - excellent. Softened European butter seemed to be made just to go with this bread. It wasn't overly sour or too airy. I could see a group of 4 having a very enjoyable dinner with just this bread, a brick of hard cheese, some jambon iberico, and a bottle (or two) of a good red wine. There didn't seem to be an option to have it sliced. Sourdough Focaccia Dolce ($9), Pan de Sal ($8), Pain au Chocolat ($6). All really good, though not as good a value as the above. I've never really been too impressed with Pan de Sal before, but this version was very good: slightly sweet with a bit of pull and chewiness. The chocolate croissant was beautiful, with naturally occurring cross laminated strip clearly indicating the effort to produce the many layers of dough/butter that takes so much time. To top it off, we asked and received a small container of sour dough starter. Not all bakeries are kind enough to provide when asked. Here, they were more than gracious to provide it to us after a brief wait. And it's definitely alive...the starter was practically crawling out of the sealed container as we drove back home.

They had Phuket Thai Tea and Bangkok Thai Tea, and they actually tasted very different. The Phuket Thai Tea was rich with a strong tea flavor, almost coffee-like. The Bangkok Thai Tea was smoother and milkier, which felt more like the classic Thai tea. My top pick was definitely the Phuket Thai Tea because I loved the bold tea flavor!!! The self service, pre-made lunch bentos, sandos and sushi area is fine, but once you need assistance from a worker, it starts getting ridic. How so? You speak to whomever is attempting to assist you OVER and UNDER a twenty-four year old counter area that holds the pastries and/or through a tiny hole in the cabinets. You can hardly make eye contact with the person, because all the pastry is in between where you are standing and where they are standing. Some people are tall, some short, but regardless, there is NO WAY to have a conversation with them. They are trying to see what exactly you are possibly pointing to in the case, but as noted, you're talking thru a case of pastry. This is also true at the Fountain Valley location, where they only have a very small counter to check out with many people standing in line trying to have someone collect their order from the back. Maybe also ask WHY there is never any KINAKO donuts? I was there at 11 am and I got THE LAST ONE! If these are so popular, why don't you make enough to sell throughout the day? Every other time I've been here, you were already SOLD OUT! SMH HAS ANYONE HERE SEEN THE SELF SERVICE process at 85 degrees? All their pastry is individually wrapped and you calmly walk through the SELF SERVICE pastry area with a tray and tongs to help yourself. If you'd like to pass the person in front of you, it's easy and doable because there is plenty of room and it doesn't make anyone feel like you are taking "cuts". Once you get to the end, the cashier totals up your tray and puts it in a bag or box for you. Done & Done. Let me reiterate that your pastry and food are all above par and I know you've been in business since 2002 and let me commend you for 24 years of service, but it's time to CHANGE IT UP to a more user friendly process. It's not appealing to anyone in this busy day and age that there is a line out the door, ONLY BECAUSE THE PROCESS INSIDE NEEDS HELP! It's also more sanitary that the pastry and breads are wrapped ahead of time as I saw a fly inside the case today. Ugh.
