I've been here twice picking up orders for my family. Both times they screwed up the order or misplaced it entirely. Even with the name and order number they struggled to figure it out. And of course they ran out of items that she had prepaid for. What should've been a 10 second pick up became a 30 minute carnival of confusion. Had to check out the infamous "Moonbeam Ice Cream" Benson Boone cookie before it was gone. Despite all its mixed reviews, it was good! Better the second day than the first, for some reason. We also got their classic chocolate chip cookie (which is always a favorite), and their apple cinnamon & cornbread. Boy, were they GOOD! Please bring back those flavors, they are so good! Flavor quality depends on the week. It's fun having a variety of changing flavors and they have a good rewards system. But not all of their cookies are great. I'd say their best ones are: the Carmel Apple cookies, smores and waffle. read more

I love checking to see what the week's new cookie and cake creations are and I want to mention the team here in Orange that has to deal with me almost every Saturday! A special complement to Maritza who for years now alway is professional and patiently answers my questions and requests. Always a good time! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because cookies often run out at this location and I'm forced to drive to other locations. I think the minor loss from excess inventory is better than causing customers to drive long distances and causing frustration which may lead them to just go to those locations instead. read more

So, I got a gift card to Crumbl, so we decide to go there after dinner. We walk in only one other person is there, but no acknowledgment that we entered. Evidently, you can only order from an I-Pad, so we did. We got two COOKIES for 12 something and change. Of course it asked us to tip? Why would we tip the I-Pad? No one acknowledged us when we walked in? So no. I tip people everywhere, not computers. The sad part as one on the cookies was a chocolate chip cookie. I got about a fourth, it had one chocolate chip, that's it. Chocolate chip cookies should have more chocolate to pasty dough. It sucked. I could have lived with everything else but a crappy cookie from a cookie store? read more

She handed it over to me after calling my boyfriend's name no thank you or goodbye or anything. What was most upsetting was half of the mini cookies we ordered were still cold and hard which is not normal for crumbl as all of them are usisally soft Lukewarm or warm or room Temperature but for some reason three of our cookies were hard and cold. I had to let them sit for awhile so they would thaw out and then they became soft. Crumbl is one of our favorite spots! Their cookies are heavenly :) they have so many flavors to choose from each week. We have tried the sugar cookie, chocolate chip, s'mores, berry, and peanut butter. I am waiting for them to have either the gingerbread or carrot cake flavor because I'm sure I would love those. Not only is the taste of the cookies incredible, but so is the texture- they are soft and chewy which I personally prefer.
