I was assigned a wait tag (mine was #49 pictured in the photos that I added). The wait was about 15-20 mins. The place is HUGE! They offer serving hours that are posted on the door. The staff greeted me and were friendly. An ample space was provided for waiting to be seated with many options to keep folks entertained by viewing the many antiques and interesting displays or by playing games and activities provided - as well as several long, benches and other seating offered for use during the wait. The food - well let's see how that goes - that will be the next part - this first part has all been just fine! And Now - the rest of the story! The food was awesome. I got baby back ribs (full rack) corn and home fries - plus chocolate cream pie (to go). I ordered unlimited soup, salad and bread bar - the chili was amazing and sweet with good meat and beans - perfect flavor and texture.
