I came to MSI for bathroom shower tile, bathroom floor tile, vinyl floor and countertops. After getting the run around at Floor and Decor I finally found the place. Loreto was super friendly and helped us pick out ALL our material. He knows what colors and patterns go well together. I told him what kind of countertops I was looking for- pattern, color, style etc. he picked out my countertops without me even seeing them and I couldn't be happier. With the bathroom floor tile and vinyl--I told him I wanted something that would flow with a transition between the two colors that would not be too harsh-- he knew exactly what color to match together. MSI was very professional and had a lot of stone, but most everything was already sold that was on the floor. They tried to help us but they didn't have anything that matched the granite we were looking for to match our existing granite. They tried but we will continue the hunt. read more

We got there at 1:58 pm on a Saturday 2 minutes before closing. The door was locked but Ali kindly opened the door and in a matter of few quick minutes answered our questions and helped us with what we needed efficiently and with care. Love this warehouse. Although you must have a contractors license in order to purchase. Homeowners paradise when it comes to remodeling. Prices are way better then other stores. There's a scanner where you can take a picture of your home and picture what flooring suits best. The service is friendly. Be careful. They'll sell you the slab, say you MUST seal it, but then refuse to tell you what to seal with it. After numerous calls with numerous sales people, the best answer that they could provide was that you MUST seal the slab, if you use the wrong sealant, it will ruin the slab, but they will 100% not recommend a sealant or tell you the correct sealant. Which is....wildly frustrating. Sebastian Herrera was incredibly helpful before we paid, and then rude and unhelpful after. Find somewhere else... read more

Located in an industrial area, this wholesale showroom is just for people to come in and select what materials they would like used for a project. You are not able to purchase anything nor find out prices - this must be done by a contractor. I wish they would at least give you a ballpark figure so you'd know if certain materials were within your budget! What you'll find here are materials for countertops, bathrooms and kitchens: granite, quartz, marble and porcelain. When you walk through the main door you will find a showroom with these materials for walls and backsplashes. Down a hallway is the "slab room" - giant polished slabs of the above stated stones. There are an overwhelming number of choices within this humungous warehouse (note: no AC so whatever temperature it is outside it'll be equally hot or cold inside). Outdoors you'll find smaller slabs for smaller jobs. Staff here were friendly and helpful & patient when answering questions...even stupid ones. Samples are available to take home. Once you decide on something it's up to your contractor to go purchase whatever you need (and probably charge you double). read more

We ordered Quartz from MSI and have not had anything but issues with its quality. We chose quartz as it was the hardiest and would offer longevity for our countertop. We had two slabs installed and both came damaged. We went with the second slab to progress our project, but it has continued to etch and has not been a good investment at all. Please be careful ordering their quartz as it is not the quality that you will be hoping for. The people that I worked with were great, but so very disappointed with the end product. read more

I went into MSI this morning to get a box of these specific tiles it comes with 10 of them I only needed two. Also you have to have a contract with this company to make orders. My husband and I walked in MSI, we found slabs that were told by someone passing by that those slab were in our price ranges. That was great then we walked up to counter and found Pedro De La Rosa, he just entered all our info including our contractor info that needed, he even went out of his way and showed us higher product that still in the budget and that was it. His friend Juan also was helpful, he emailed his crew to move obstructing slabs so we can see more new granite slabs. Everyone there was very friendly. This place isn't meant for the general public, however, if you're working with a GC, you can look around their showroom. I had gone to MSI with my contractor and designer but wanted to see if I could get a few samples so I went back. I was greeted by Rich after I signed in. He could not have been more professional. He walked around with me and when he looked for the samples they were out. However, he pulled up the app where he was able to show me what a room would look like with the materials I was considering. I was just in the store this past weekend and wanted to give a shout out to Ace with his awesome customer service and patience in helping me to go pull various samples before finally making a selection and loading them to my car. Ali was also helpful in checking on quantity, availability and additional information about the various product types. Both guys were very helpful and will definitely reach out to them for future project needs. Despite how hectic it was Sandhya came up to us and assisted us in viewing the slabs we wanted and helped us to hold the ones we wanted.
