On the day of the cleaning, I received both texts and phone calls confirming my appointment and letting me know the team was on the way. The cleaning results were beyond my expectations. I had some high-traffic stains I thought would never come out, but David worked his magic and they vanished. He really worked hard and was very friendly and professional, too. I also had some torn carpet that needed fixing. Alberto carefully measured, cut, and made those areas look like new. MSS goes beyond the simple steam cleaning I've experienced before. For a little more, they did a pre-treatment and then used a special brush that really lifted out the grime and stains. I think MSS is a great carpet cleaning company. After having a local company use Host product in my carpet the day before, leaving sawdust and film in my carpets, I called MSS. I spoke to the Operations Manager, Alberto, for a while about the mess left here. He said they could have a certified technician here the next day to do a hot water extraction. The next day, Alberto called and said there was a problem with the tech's equipment so he would come himself to do the cleaning. Alberto arrived within an hour and looked carefully at the mess left by the Host products. He quickly did a wonderful job of steam cleaning my rug and carpet which look and feel so much better now. This company is not in a hurry to get your money. There is a sense of caring, listening, and wanting to do the best job on one's carpets with a knowledgeable process in cleaning. I have used MSS cleaning for before I moved into my new home, when my dog got sick all over my carpets, and after a roommate moved out to fix various pet urine stains. They are always very friendly and professional, and my most recent experiences with David and Jason were exceptional. They're always available either the day of or within a couple of days which is so helpful for emergency carpet cleanings. They gave me some of their pet cleaning solution for future use and a discount for being a returning customer. If you're not happy with the results they will come back and fix anything that didn't come out. Alberto came out and looked at the job and gave me a free estimate - he answered all my questions and there was no pressure to book an appointment. I did book an appointment and when he arrived he went over everything that he was going to do to make sure I had no more questions. There was one area that he didn't think anything needed to be done and he point it out rather than leaving it on the list and charging me for something that he wouldn't have been able to do much with anyway. After awful experiences with other carpet companies, it was a breath of fresh air to find one with the customer service, reasonable prices and amazing cleaning that MSS performed. The company was very accommodating to my schedule, they gave me an actual service time (not a 3 hour window), the carpets look immaculate, and the technician (also the owner) treated our home with respect. I'm happy to say that MSS cleaning service did a wonderful job removing some pet stains. My carpet is only 6 months old but my son's dog became sick and left me with 2 very nasty stains. Gilberto came out right away and was able to remove most of the stain. However, after the carpet dried there was some residual stain left in one spot. I contacted MMS and they returned the next day. Jason arrived early and was able to removed it . Everyone that I spoke to and dealt with from MSS were very politite and professional. I will use them again soon to clean all the carpet. I called these guys for my boss. The gentleman was on time and very kind as I was the one waiting for them to arrive. He took a look at the rooms needing to be cleaned and assessed the price from the quote from there. The price went up maybe $20 for a pet stain. So my boss was very happy.
