I rented a uhaul here and I put gas when I returned it. As a customer, you dont know how much gas to put in when you're returning it. I accidentally put quarter tank over and asked if I get a refund. Britney the manager responded in a rude manner that they dont do refund and there's much they can do about it, and that was it. As manager she did not even out an effort to check how a "customer" will be credited. It also says inside the uhaul truck that you can save. $25 if you return the ubaul clean, Britney also said she dont know nothing about it. A manager doesn't know the answer what is being advertised. Britney the manager is rude, no people skills and customer service SUCKS!!! I am pulling my storage unit from this location!!! BEWARE!!!! They are only nice in the beginning!!! Run away!! read more

We store our 31 foot travel trailer there because there are no other storage places locally. It is not a quality place. The management is poor. Looks more like a junk yard, there are so many broken down non running autos, busses and just junk. The facility is not maintained. The asphalt was due for slurry seal 10 years a go. The spacing and parking spaces is not enforced people park over lines and in the row. It is not set up for RV storage. You bring it to managements attention, they say yes your right we will get it corrected, then they do nothing. Try talking to them on the phone. Hold 10 plus mins almost every time then they are rude and not helpful. If you can find other RV storage then do it. read more

This is a good place to store your RV. New management is very nice and especially JB, who works in front office. He will help you get your RV in a good location and will make sure you are happy. His team members are always around to assist if you need help. The storage facility is in a convenient location, close to 210 and 605 freeways. Easy access in and out and a safe place. read more

Foist of all..... This place ROCKS!! We looked at a few places before we found this place. They are awesome! We started with a storage unit. Super clean. Super easy to access. THe guys in the office are kind and actually help. They are pretty funny too. Frank.. the manager.. most excellent. He made us feel welcome and not like we were pain in the ass. Management was changed recently which is an improvement. You can actually talk to a manager now. The pros are: The gate hours arent bad and the place is clean. They sell propane and have water and place to dump. Prices arent bad and easy to get in and out of spaces. Cons: One of our trailers was broken into There is autopay and availability to pay online but the system is outdated and doesnt have option of seeing account history /info The reason for 3 stars- I had problems twice with payments. Both could have.been avoided by my using common sense (Don't give anyone cash without getting a receipt and dont give anyone gift card details over the phone) But it should not have taken so long to discover it. The new manager did take the time to go over our account with us and clear up confusion. It was frustrating to realize that after months of trying to speak with him, the only person that was aware we had a valid issue was no longer working for the company. I read more

DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN ANYTHING HERE!!!! I had seen Facebook reviews that claim people's stuff had been vandalized and when they made police report the police said it happens all the time at this location. Well today we came to check up on our trailer and our Honda Generator and compressor were missing. I haven't been through the whole trailer to see if anything else is missing. The employees didn't seem surprised when they were told our stuff was stolen. It must be routine. They also have NO cameras! IF you want a secure storage this is not the place. I just want to be honest and warn you. Seems very weird that in 2017 someone would steal from a storage. Pretty bold to assume they didn't have cameras. Seems fishy to me. Please it's not ok to steal hard working people's things!! Please look at the other poor reviews. Every single one says the same thing when people's valuables were broken in to. How does it keep happening. Why isn't security beefed up or is it an inside job because who ever opened our compartment had to have used a key and the door was left unlocked and not damaged. You would think if it happens so much a security camera system would be beefed up as well. Our new facility is way smaller and has cameras everywhere. Beware, this place charged me $25 for gas even though I returned the truck with the gas gauge in the same position as when I picked it up. They also don't believe in washing their trucks, I could barely see out the windshield. They are polite as they rip you off, I will say that. read more
