They did our slider blind on our back sliding glass door, the installer never installed the end caps correctly, when they cut end caps there were jagged edges & they fell off almost hitting my wife one day. called office explained situation, owner came out said all the right things end caps cut wrong & rail missing a part. will get back out here & fix????? We used MTS Installations to install new shutters throughout our whole house. They were professional, knowledgeable, on time, and so easy to work with. They showed up with tons of options. Allowing us to choose the color and detail/trim around the window. We ended up doing our house in sections, because at the time, we couldn't afford to do all the windows at once. I'm sure this was more work for them but they never made us feel like it. Very grateful to them. We highly recommend MTS Installations! Also, we later used them again to help replace a set of blinds in our rental. Once again this company was so helpful & professional! read more

Horrible customer service. 0 stars. But since it's required to post I selected 1. I went through Lowe's to have Roman shades installed in our house. MTS contracts with them. A guy from MTS came out to take the measurements before returning them to Lowe's so I could order them with the proper dimensions. That's where the issue began. The MTS guy showed up...with his wife . I thought it was odd that he would bring someone along. But didn't think much of it until she started asking all these personal questions and PICKING UP THINGS and LOOKING at them in my house. It was so intrusive and awkward. Not to mention unprofessional. Well fast forward 8 weeks later when the same company, MTS, shows up to install the blinds manufactured with the same dimensions they took. They were completely off! The valances should be flush to the inside of the window frame. Instead they installed it with one side flush and the other completely sticking out. Basically like CRAP. I paid some 800 dollars for these two blinds and a half ass installation. Nevermind that the guy who installed them just shrugged it off and told us,"you gotta call Lowe's"...while taking no responsibility. This was October of 2017 when they were installed. It is now the end of February 2018 and Lowe's has repeatedly tried to get MTS to come to my house and adjust the valances. Lowe's says every time they call, MTS assures them that someone will call me in a few days. Such bull! It is so frustrating and unfortunate that this company does business this way. Watch out for that guy and his creepy wife. Possible home invasion casing if you ask me. read more

I cannot believe MTS have the nerve to say they are experts at anything. I would believe they are experts in not being honest. They are experts in not telling you the truth. They are experts in being incompetent. They are experts in being unable to do what they were hired to do. They are experts in being unprofessional Trust me they are not experts in doing any type of installation especially when it took then 3-4 years and still didn't get it right. The best news is I have a new and competent installation company now. Trust me it's not MTS. This is what's its like dealing with MTS.... Mr Houlton, I've recently discovered that you've blasted us on yelp multiple times. It's unfortunate that you think we were responsible for the sale, and manufacturing issues you had a party stuck in the middle of your shutter issues. We were LABOR ONLY. I admit my installer damaged your T-post, as as a responsible owner, I ordered and delivered(with you rejected). I also admit I I should have handled my frustration with you better, when you continued to threaten and blame me for issues I'm simply not responsible for. You are damaging my business for reasons MTS is not responsible for. I'm asking you to REVISE or delete your yelp claims to property represent MTSs role regarding the shutters or I will be contacting my attorney. I have a costumer who has referenced your claims and has cost me that job. I will sue you for the amount of my losses for your misrepresentation of the facts. You have one week to do so or my attorney will be contacting tony you. It wasn't until I had my attorney standing there the last time they attempted to install the shutter he all of a sudden said I am only installer cannot help you anymore. So bring it in. Like I have posted before MTS wasted my time for 3-4 years. The shutter company finally sent in another installation company. With the issues since we purchased the shutters I was skeptical. I am so happy to let anyone who is reading this the new installation company ordered, delivered and installed a new shutter. IT ONLY TOOK THEM 1 TIME. by far the worst company to order from...I had to be on top of them in order to get my installation appointment. Then they measured two windows wrong. Now I'm having to wait on a blind back order. I had to call to get some sort of compensation from Lowe's. I wouldn't recommend them at all... run away! read more

At first, I was apprehensive about doing business with MTS Installations but when Mike showed up and thoroughly went over my options for shutters and surveyed my condo...I was impressed with his fortitude and knowledge because I felt that he had the acumen to do the job right! He made the correct suggestions for my rooms and made sure I was happy before moving the ball into motion. It took awhile for the shutters to be fabricated but like every home investment you want to be patient ensuring that you're hard earn money is spent wisely...why not rate MTS a full five stars, it was the lag time for the shutters to be made but alas that part is not their fault. Would I recommend them for installation, yes and yes. You may shop around for other companies to install your shutters but make sure that you give them a call because you won't regret it and be sure to ask for Mike! 8/3/16 Caesar was probably the best installer I have ever witnessed. I use to be in construction until my late 30's and I know how customers are about service people coming into their homes. Clean and neatly dressed, Caesar brought in the blinds and was very careful not to disturbed our child's lego sets as they were right under the windows. He picked up after himself and was soft in his speech and well spoken with his accent. A gentleman. I think he did a very thorough job. Unique to hear people say "Sir" and that was refreshing. MTS was supposed to install seven blinds that I purchased through Lowe's. They called to schedule the installation but then called to reschedule the day before the appointment because they had not figured out that they didn't actually have the blinds until then. A week later they came out to install them, but the guys basically had to ask me what it was they were supposed to install. It turns out that after scratching their heads for a few minutes they finally realized they were missing one of the blinds, and it was the largest and most important one---the one that is needed to cover an 8' by 8' window at the front of my place. When I went back to Lowe's to bring this to their attention, I found out that MTS had received the large blind the day after they came out but wanted Lowe's to pay for another installation visit, which is absurd. It's been another nine days now, and I have yet to get a call to arrange a time for them to finish the work they were paid to do. read more
