Fluffy Cheesecake (definitely not fluffy, more like crumbly and slightly dense.)

They have pretty good milk tea and a yummy cheesecake! Customer service and store is clean and spacious too. I ordered the assam milk tea with pearls, a people rice milk tea, and a fluffy cheesecake. The assam milk tea was good and refreshing. The cheesecake was really good, but definitely not fluffy. It was more on the drier and crumbly side. It should just be called cheesecake, because I was expecting a Japanese cheesecake. I ordered a purple rice milk tea, which was unique and good! Drinking the rice was interesting and a nice change from boba pearls. Overall, I'd order everything again, especially the cheesecake. Everyone I shared it with also said it was really good.

Highlight: Large Green Tea Yakult ($6.25) Strong yakult flavor and tea. Not too sweet, overall refreshing. Drink had a lot of ice. Hospitality: Ordered at the kiosk and received my order within minutes. Honorable Mention: Small in size but does have table top and bar seating.

We came here for some boba for a much needed family mental break. There were some fun flavors and the ordering kiosk was easy to use. We got 3 boba tea varieties and each of them was flavorful. My brother's mint tea variety was extra tasty in my opinion, I will definitely order the one he got next time I'm around that area.

I love going to the place as it has a variety of different fruit teas and milk teas along with toppings! You can adjust the sweetness level with the majority of the drinks. You can order at the Kiosk that have photos of the menu. Favorite Drinks: Mango Yakult, Thai milk tea, or Taro. Toppings: coconut jellies or aloe I like to get 0 - 25% sweetness and add the toppings to make it sweet. Parking: You can park for free in the garage at the Wahu up to 2 hours. Environment: can be overstimulating sometimes with the online order notification going off abruptly loud for a long period of time.

Purple rice milk tea, 50% less sugar, less ice.

Saw that they had purple rice milk tea and the ants exactly what I got. If you're a fan of purple rice drinks, this was reall goo, filled with chunks of purple rice that was yummy and added a nice, grainy flavor. The tea wasn't masked by the rice and got it less sweet which was perfect for me. I got my drink within a few minutes of ordering so they were fast and it turned out well. The place is clean, easily accessible with parking up front for a quick stop to get a drink while you're in town.

Something we love about this tea shop is how we can order on the screen- meaning no interaction and it is easy to customize. The line is fast or nonexistent to order. In terms of food I tend to get the same thing. A brown sugar boba, since it is good. But there's so many different things you could get change it up anytime and not get bored. I also got the mooncakes to switch it up this time. The moon cake takes longer but is a good treat. It has a nice seating space but no one really seems to be sitting around to talk in here. A great place to go!

Got the taro bubble latte and it was delicious! It's just straight up taro and milk with boba and ice. You can't even adjust sugar because they don't add any. The taro does have some sugar in it but you can't adjust that. The flavor was really good. You could actually taste the taro and it added a creamy texture to the drink. Boba was perfectly chewy. The space is really small and it was very busy on a Saturday afternoon so probably not a great place to get work done. Also only have street parking.

Desserts and bubble tea. Service is quick unless the moon cakes those wait, but still recommend ambiance chill hangout

Another day, another boba place. Pretty average overall (3.5/5). The pricing was average, the drinks were average, and the service was eh. The one thing that was cool about this place were the fresh wheel cakes. They make it right when you order them so they come out piping hot. For my drink I got the passion fruit yogurt ($4.75) and I only tasted the yogurt, no passion fruit. However, I would be willing to come back here and try more drinks.

Still our favorite beverage spot in Minneapolis--best tasting boba and milk teas. Shout out to the one employee working hard to get a full room of people their drinks.

Ordered door dash from here. Loved the taro bubble tea. One of my favorite places in Minneapolis to get this. Definitely a weekly staple

The boba was great, but the wheel cake was "ehh". Service was okay, not good, not bad.

Be…read moreaware that you will be seated with a group of 6 and you'll have to work with them to decide who does what tasks, since not everyone will get to try making everything. I attended solo but luckily really liked the group I was assigned to. We wanted everyone to work on things they enjoy and allowed everyone to try some parts of the important tasks (making pasta and pastry dough). Your enjoyment might really depend on what your group is like. You can buy wine and beer to drink while you take the class, and those were reasonably priced I thought! $9 for a glass of wine and I think $8 for beer. The class was chaotic since we were making three courses and things needed to be done at different times, but the chaos felt like how it really is in a kitchen making multi course menus, so that didn't bother me! The assistants were great and helped us stay on track and helped if we were struggling with anything. I can't say I learned much from the class (which is why I only gave 4 stars), but I sure had a lot of fun!

Living in the North Loop, Cooks Bellecour was hands-down our most visited spot--and for good…read morereason! This place is a slice of French heaven right in Minneapolis. Their pastries? Pure magic. The chocolate almond croissant is next level--flaky, buttery, and packed with rich, decadent flavor. And don't even get me started on the breakfast sandwiches--they're gourmet-level masterpieces. Every bite is perfection. The vibe & service here is warm and inviting, with the irresistible aroma of freshly baked bread and pastries filling the air. Whether you're grabbing a coffee, treating yourself to a pastry, or diving into one of their soups or salads, this place nails it every time. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by. Cooks Bellecour is an absolute gem!
