Simply delicious! This is authentic Peruvian food. Service is great. Very clean. Good sized plates. The Lomo Saltado is amazing! And the Tallarín Saltado is really good too. We also tried their Chicha water which tastes like Jamaica, also very good and refreshing. A little strong but still good. If you want authentic Peruvian food come here! read more

First time here! Husband and I give it a thumbs up. We had questions about the menu since it was our first time and the lady was sweet in telling us the more popular plates. This is one of the best Peruvian food places I have been too. My dad is Peruvian and he loves this place and says this place is authentic Peruvian food. The waitress is very friendly. People come in a lot to eat here. So the only bad thing I have to say is that they should get at least one more waitress. It seemed like she was the only one doing everything so it took us a while to get our bill. Other then that this place is clean and food is delish! I will diffently come here again. read more

This place has A rating on the outside from the Department of Environmental Health. Inside, there was a Cockroach crawling from behind the picture frame while we were eating. I caught it and showed it to the waiter and he said the place was just sprayed a few days ago. Sure....today was my last day going to this place. read more

Went in to check it out at dinner time on a Tuesday. The place was empty. I asked to look at a menu to see what Peruvian is all about. I saw some chicken and french fries and some other stuff I didn't recognize. The staff was too busy talking to each other and ignoring me so I didn't bother to ask about the food. The first time I went to this place it was a disaster. I ended up literally having a verbal argument with the owner. After swearing to never go back, I heard they changed ownership so I went back about two weeks ago and it was great! The food was good, and most importantly the service was great. Tried the day special, Lomo Saltado but with beans instead of fries and, rice, quinoa soup and fountain drink. Quinoa soup was amazing. Steak was good but it would have been better to have a couple more strips of meat. read more

We found "Mucho Gusto" by chance as we were passing through Fontana. Absolutely gourmet quality Peruvian food in a small family strip mall location. Who would of thought it? We were more than pleasantly surprised and will return even though it is not in our usual roundabouts. If you don't know this restaurant, you don't know what your missing. Gourmet trained and family operated and friendly. No liqueur license though. A Peruvian beer would have been a nice addition to the meal but honestly once I tasted the food, I pretty much forgot about the beer. Maybe by my next visit they can offer a Cristal. By the way, we're not Peruvian, but we're hooked on this food. Be sure to try the green and yellow hot sauces. Personally the yellow sauce is my favorite, my wife likes both. We came here based on the good reviews of fellow Yelpers. We were not disappointed. The lomo saltado was delicious. Well seasoned not salty. The pollo a la brasa was delicious. Not dry at all. Lomo served with rice and chicken served with generous amount of fries and a huge salad. Their green salsa is great. My husband loved the chicha morada drink. The service was great. They ALWAYS run out of chicken. Its a popular dish, I have come in at 1, 3, 4, whatever time, they clearly don't have the ordering down.

Chicken on the dish was very good, but the rice was dry and flavorless. I felt the meals were somewhat expensive. Would not recommend.

Went to Mucho Gusto yesterday hungry and with my family that had not tried Peruvian before. The Lomo Saltado was a hit. The sauce was savory, the veggies were cooked to perfection. The dish itself was perfect in size. My husband ordered the Mariscos Saltado and liked that also. My 11 year is a somewhat picky eater. For her we got the chicken and spaghetti noodle entre although I cannot remember the name. She liked it. The place was clean and the waitress was really nice. It is small but definitely will go again. I would love to try something else on the menu besides the Lomo Saltado but since it was so good, not sure I will. Also, the little cup of chili they serve with the crusted bread is so good, spicy, creamy, we had to ask for more to put on our food. read more

I've eaten here a few times. I like Peruvian food and enjoy the food here. It's a very casual restaurant and the food is made fresh to order. They have their rotisserie chicken ready to go so if you are in a hurry, I would recommend this. It comes with two sides (salad, rice, or fries) for $6.99. Their chicken is good. It was a bit dry the last couple of times I've had them. I've also had their Lomo saltado. It's pretty good here. They have a good selection of desserts but they are not always available. Just left Mucho Gustavo and was very pleased with the whole Peruvian experience. The food was delicious. Happy/ helpful service We had several different appetizers and 2 new (to us) soft drinks which tasted so good we were full. We will be returning and plan on trying everything on the menu. The Lomo Saltado was great. I would recommend it. When I first visited this place I didn't know what Peruvian food tasted like. And when I ordered the food, I was shocked that it looked and tasted like Chinese food. My first visit here I ordered the Lomo Saltado and the fried rice. The spices they used are different from Chinese food but boy was it a culture shock. read more

We found this restaurant on yelp, we were in the area and we went in because my husband is Peruvian and we love their food. My first impression was very negative because we wanted to order rotisserie chicken and she said they didn't have any because they were closing in a couple of hours so they didn't care to have any, then we requested some calamari and she said they didn't have any cause their order was coming in tomorrow, we got two wan tan soups but they were very disappointing cause the wan tans didn't have anything inside and the woman never asked if we wanted more to drink and stuff. A couple of days ago, I walked in before closing and I was told very rudely by the waitress to hurry ordering because they were about to close. One of the plates we ordered looked like it was thrown from the 3rd floor of a building. It was falling apart and I know this because I've ordered the dish before. Other than that the food was alright, but maybe improve the customer service. Also, I could hear the waitresses saying things while starring at us. Some friends that have eaten here, have also complained about the customer service. This has ruined my day and I will never come back here neither will I recommend this place ANYMORE. (I used to recommend it before until this happened) Also, their prices are too high for the low service I have received. read more
