I don't recommend their pupusas. I wanted to give them a chance since in the past I had them and they were not great. I thought it's been over 10 years I'm sure they worked on perfecting their pupusas, since they're still in business. No way!!! The pupusas were just as bad if not worse. They were so thin and dry. The waitress was quick with taking our order and the food was good. I added salt to my plate but it had the basic flavors that need to be in the dish. The sopa de pata did not have favor and only 4 small pieces of pata, only 3 medium-sized pieces of meat. Had a lot of vegetables, the carots were hard. Our family is very picking when it comes to pupusas since many places make them with excessive masa and not enough filling, however this place does an excellent job on evening the filing. They sell quesadilla pastries which I couldn't resist and ordered a dozen to take home. I'm going to start off by saying that I'm 100% Salvadoreño and I I've been to almost every pupuseria in LA and the rest of California. These pupusas are great for children. The masa is good and the curtido is great, BUT they don't have enough stuffing. I'm a pretty hefty fellow, 6' and 240 lbs and I eat 3 pupusas at a regular restaurant. That's enough to keep me satisfied. These pupusas left me hungry because I only ordered 15 for my family of 4, which I was lucky to eat 4. Stopped to get some pupusas at this hole in the wall . The server had the worst attitude ever. Don't understand why restaurant owners hire people like this woman . She acted like we were asking for free food .
