I tried to find a cheaper part for my car but his prices were dead on to what I could have paid. The only downside was paying a diagnostic fee that wasn't added into the repair. I do have someone locally (Dunn, NC) that I use and he includes the fee into the service. Not sure how most other mechanics do their fees. Overall he finished the work within 2 hours and I was back on the road. He was polite and a pleasure to deal with. He didn't try to break our pockets either.
