There were charging extra services that weren't needed, and there co-pay was more than what it was for just an out-of-pocket from other dentists without using insurance. They were even pressuring me to act and move on this which I found disgusting. I have Delta Insurance who claimed this is the only provider that I could use in my area. I'll be canceling Delta Dental and won't be going to Quarry Creek again.

They have verbally changed the course of the treatment three times but only verbally never in writing as I finally requested. I just don't recommend them. I was referred to Dr. Duenes by my fiancé and my cousin who have been his patients since they were kids. The receptionist, Maribel, has been very sweet and super helpful with scheduling my calls and handling my insurance! I've met both Jose Duenes and Angela Duenes and made sure I was taken cared of, they educated me about my oral health, while being so gentle, kind, and patient which helped my anxiety! When I had to get my fillings/cavities fixed, Dr. Duenes was the best as I did not feel pain from the needle to numb my mouth (getting numb always hurt and I would always feel the needle from last dentists, but not from Dr. Duenes). I was pleasantly surprised afterwards and I actually don't feel scared of going to the dentist anymore! Since I was a first-time patient there, they asked about my dental history. My mom decided to have them take a closer look, and that's when we realized that Dr. Vazquez was a general dentist, not an orthodontist. Because of this, I had to get my braces completely removed and redone by an actual orthodontist, which meant I had to wear them for even longer than necessary.
