He didn't know about the timing but I bet it's the same everyday, for everyone's timing! Though they knew I was from out of town, they made me feel like I have lived in Show Low for years. Hopefully, I will soon! And if a daily cup of coffee at AMC has anything to do with it, it can't happen soon enough! The cafe offers many differnt kinds of drink and I had quite a bit of a hard time deciding what i wanted. I ended up getting a medium iced ojai (some sort of vanilla matcha latte if i were to guess from the taste-- $6)..and I really enjoyed the drink! It's not often that I stop by a cafe but this one offered a very pleasant experience. You could sit inside or grab some seats outdoors. My husband got the cortada. It was nice and strong with excellent flavor. The shop is super cute and set up well. We dont live nearby but if we did, I could see myself coming back. No "please", no "thank you"...simply an order for us to follow. Despite the rudeness we decided to order anyway. My son-in-law ordered first and ordered 8 different drinks for us to take back to family. The owner expressed his frustration with the number of drinks (sorry?). Now it's my turn to order and he then put his hand up and told us we needed to wait to order because he didn't want to "stress out the girls in the back". The drinks were made and delivered super fast by the "girls in the back" so I'm not sure what his problem was. Maybe the "girls in the back" are stressed out because their boss is a giant jerk? Loved the huge sofa, as well as tables and chairs for a variety of seating depending on why you're there. They have a drive through but we didn't realize because it's tucked away. My order was correct, and the lady working was very nice and actually struck up a conversation. Overall, solid OK.
