I have been wanting to try Muffin Can Stop Us (and cannot say it without singing "Muffin gonna stop us, nowww")... so glad we finally did! Placed an online order for 4 sandos and 4 coffee drinks. They were ready on a Sat am within 10 mins and the order was completely correct (not to be taken for granted anymore sadly). The sandos are fresh, warm, and compact enough in their cardboard sleeves to eat in the car without getting food all over your lap. Absolutely delicious, no notes. The Cali sauce (extra cup on the side without asking) was not spicy, more like creamy paprika flavored, quite nice. The drinks were very good- Horchata latte for the win (our favorite). The place is super cute with a more indy vibe, not a polished chain/franchise which was nice. There's one or two bright yellow tables inside and a few more outside if you wanna hang out to eat. They had nice energy going with a bopping soundtrack reminiscent of my pre-Covid Zumba classes. We will most def be back, Muffin!! read more

Love the name of the place and the convenient walk-up order window. Menu is basically breakfast sandwiches all on English muffins. If you like running eggs, this is your place. Coming back, I love this place but the coffee...sucks? I don't know a Best way to put it. The place is nice and the staff is amazing. But the coffee isn't as satisfying as it sounds when you read them on the menu. I got a Cubano thinking it would be a stronger-tasting coffee but it was super disappointing.... My drink tasted like spoiled milk. I threw it away after a few sips because I couldn't make myself enjoy it or suffer. I don't know where they supply their espresso beans but I couldn't even taste that to determine maybe poor shots or just something. I used to be a barista at a few companies. I think they should take a review of the drinks, make sure the staff is making it right always, or just fix the menu on the drinks. Never coming again till this is fixed. read more

This place had very convenient parking right outside the entrance, 30 mins which made it easy to run in and grab my online order. To be fair, the food was good but idk about the 7.75 for the americano muffin, it was so sad looking we didn't even bother taking a picture. They should offer combo meals if you get drunk and hash brown, however everything is Al a carte. The sojoo muffin was great, I added extra cucumbers but I probably didn't need to. Was a mix between fresh and savory. Will likely order something more full and larger for similar pricing next time instead of the americano. They give you a delicious dipping sauce with your order, which is SO good! Cubano coffee was good but could be a little stronger if you ask me. OJ FRESHLY SQUEEZED and cold, the best! Forget about those bland Mc Donald's English muffins, because these guys and gals take it to the next level. But, the true of the show are the Mother Effin Salmon and the Iced Cubano coffee. The salmon is fresh, perfectly seasoned and the dill cream is like Whoaaaa!!! Game changer! The Iced Cubano os strong, yet smooth and just the right amount of sweet. So we came here for a quick stop as we had somewhere to be. We parked and walked in. The place is very small and quaint. We ordered our food. My wife got the dream come true and I got the all American classic. Wife also got a hash brown. And a coffee. We paid a total of 27 dollars. So we were excited to get this food. We got it and walked to our car. I opened up the bag. The sandwiches looked good. We first ate the hash brown. It had a little like sour cream or something on it. It was good. I bit into my sandwich. Eggs bacon cheese. It was good. With a little aioli and a red sauce with peppercorns on the side. It was good not fantastic. And for 8 dollars plus tax seems a bit much. My wife's sandwich I had a bite in. It was good. For a total of 27 dollars for 2 McMuffins practically and hash browns seems a bit much. I would give this an overall 4.25. read more

I was referred to "Muffin can stop us" through a client. I work in Glendale so about a week later, I decided to try it out. I had the Americano with bacon, egg, cheese and aioli. It was AMAZING with excellent customer service and quality food. I knew I would return. My second visit, I ordered an Elvis Prestine (crispy bacon, nutella and banana) and an Americano w/hashbrown on-line. The food was ready on time which was a BIG PLUS....but there is one minor issue I had and that was when I was sent a text with a discount code for Cash App from this restaurant. I added it to the app but it did not work so I copied and pasted it on the website instead and it still did not work. I decided to share my experience with the wonderful lady behind the counter named Adra. While I was speaking, a tall gentleman bumped into someones iced drink behind the counter and some spilled. Adra flinched back slightly and this guy got very aggressive with her as he lunged toward her and angrily yelled "WHAT?". Adra was professional and didn't say a word. I was VERY uncomfortable with the interaction. He then proceeded to ask me what I needed to do to have the discount apply and I kindly told him, it did not work. He then walked away irritated and with a condescending tone said "well then, I don't know". I looked at Adra and I asked her who the manager was. She was hesitant of being vocal, so she pointed instead to the tall man that was confrontational with her.... All I could say is "WOW". No one in this establishment should be working with this guy. He's a bully, not of managerial material. What I don't understand is why so much anger so early in the morning? I was in such a pleasant mood till I had this experience....but, at least, my friend enjoyed the Americano. My Elvis Prestine was just messy and the muffin was semi-cold. I'm not sure if that's the way it was to be served but whatever. I will still give it one more shot just to be fair. I just do not want to run into this manager again. He even yelled across the counter and told me to select something worth $5 and he will give it to me. I declined. He should have at least come to my table instead of yelling it across the room. You place your order at the window and the menu is right next to the window, really big hard to miss. They don't have a lot of options yet have a great rating on Yelp. The seating area is right out front with umbrellas to give you shade. Then you pick up your order on the other side of the patio. I ordered fresh orange juice because I love me some orange juice in the morning and my bf ordered a hibiscus juice. I ordered a BLT sandwich because you could never go wrong with that type of sandwich, plus I was a bit hungover from the night before. My bf ordered himself a sandwich that had Nutella and banana in it, not my type of sandwich lol. But he loved his sandwich and that's all that matters to me! But my gosh, today I went inside and no greeting, no "I'll be with you in just a moment" nothing! I just stood there in front of the cashier seeing employees looking at me and say nothing. I decided to leave, and not give my service to a restaurant who is not willing to see you, and want to help you out. I've seen this a common experience at this place, where people have had such a negative experience with your employees. Please, do better.
